We went to the first of our pizza tour evenings tonight. The experience was perfect: easy-to-digest dough, top-quality ingredients, and impeccable service. The price was fair and as expected! See you soon.

Pizzeria specializing in farinata (cecina) and pan pizza. The farinata is large, recommended for two people, and can be served plain or with toppings. The pan pizzas are different from the traditional ones, with a thick, crispy crust and the toppings in the center. The toppings are good quality, and the price is higher than average. The service is good and friendly; we were able to stay and chat after dinner without being asked to get a coffee or something and leave (despite it being a Saturday night). The atmosphere is pleasant and quiet enough to chat. The pizzeria is small, so reservations are recommended.

Gourmet pizzas with top-quality ingredients, highly digestible and one-of-a-kind. Incredible violet panna cotta. Excellent wines and excellent beer.

Fantastic pan pizza and really super farinata!!!

For our tastes, obviously, we didn't like the pizza; the ingredients are quality and the atmosphere is friendly. Parking is difficult; I recommend arriving early.
