16/09/2025: Disgusting!! I got a sandwich and there was nothing in it and the bread was hard, and my husband's steak was said to be medium rare and was raw. The service was rude and always there to ask, and you can't even order before you sit down. Never again!!!

05/10/2025: 7 people, including 2 children. Saturday evening. Not full. The place has potential. It has a nice setting. The food is also good and of good quality. Wide selection of beers. It's a shame about the really poor service, which could be improved. Perhaps because there isn't enough staff, and some were apparently reluctant to serve. We arrived at 8:20 PM and started ordering (after repeatedly calling out to the person ordering, who, poor thing, seemed to be the only one) at 8:10 PM. They brought our beers after 10 minutes. My bottled beer was lukewarm! Too bad! After another 10 minutes, the children were served... I think... good, they're speeding up. After another 15 minutes, they brought the goulash and a burger... then silence... still 3 courses to go... after 20 minutes, they brought the pasta. Another 15 minutes, they brought my grilled meat. The tagliata was cold! The last of us, desperate and now at 10:15 PM, asks the waiter to bring whatever's ready in the kitchen, no matter what (he'd ordered the pulled pork). While we finish eating, we order dessert to keep us going. After 11 PM, we manage to pay and leave. The prices are reasonable. I'll try to return during the week to see if things improve...

02/07/2025: Italy is well known for exceptional ice cream and this little shop can boast about its unique quality ice creams with the best of them. Available are long oblong blocks of two flavours, deep tubs with the same combinations and individual cones which are covered in crunchy chocolate which is really satisfying and a genuine pleasure to eat.

20/09/2025: Terrible. We waited 30 minutes for our order to be taken, and even though we checked three times to see if anyone was coming, they told us to wait, and 40 minutes passed. So we left.

11/09/2025: Piadina is always good. But the girls don't want to work. I'd suggest choosing better...since there are many people who want to work and can't find any. Some girls are very unpleasant.

08/09/2025: The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, they make you feel at home. The food is amazing and the price is truly below average. I'm eating the Etna crust pasta right now; I didn't even know what it was, so when I saw the "Etna crust," a pizza dough topping, I was a little confused, but it was amazing. Even the crust itself took on the flavor of the seafood pasta underneath. A real discovery, recommended to everyone.

28/09/2025: Excellent gelato, creamy and just the right amount of sweet! One of my favorite gelato shops in the area. I think saying that Gelodoc gelato is poor and tasteless is truly unfair because it's absolutely not true. These reviews are meant to damage the company and the product, but I feel sorry for you; most of the customers are satisfied. Keep making an excellent product like you have done so far; the negative reviews speak for themselves.
