15/11/2025: This is my first time ordering pizza here, and I can honestly say I've had the absolute best pizza in Giaveno and the surrounding area! It's a Saturday night, and the service and delivery were on time. The dough is excellent, and the ingredients are top-quality! We're so happy it'll become our new go-to takeout place! Great job, top 💯💯💯💯

07/02/2026: I've been going to this place for almost 10 years. The food is always good, and that's probably why it's a winner. However, what used to be a slight delay in delivery is getting worse and worse. Waiting over half an hour just to order, then another half an hour before getting your first course. Let's just say that if you're in a hurry for food, this isn't the place to be. It's a real shame because the food is good, but the service needs to improve. Having to wait two hours for food is unacceptable. Takeout also falls short in this regard: they tell you over the phone that your order will be ready in 30 minutes, but then when you show up to pick it up, they make you wait another hour.
If they had more staff and managed orders better, this place would deserve 5 out of 5 stars.
31/01/2026: The guys are no longer running the place and it shows.... After an hour and a half of sitting down, they finally served our table (there were 7 of us) except for my son who is also diabetic and had taken insulin thinking he would be served too.... I had to feed him some breadsticks to prevent him from going into hypoglycemia and from 7:30 pm he was served until 10 pm.... let's hope the management of the lady's children returns, otherwise you have lost some regular customers.

22/11/2025: The food is good, the staff is friendly, and the place is clean, but unfortunately the wait times are biblical. Another detail that I find out of step with the times is the lack of a menu. The choice of dishes is listed by the owner when you order, but the price is a surprise at the cash register and not really appropriate for the type of place.

13/10/2025: This regional fair draws large crowds to Giaveno in early October.
The undisputed star is the "mushroom," a gastronomic specialty with an unmistakable flavor.
In addition to stands selling various species, there are also stands selling other autumnal specialties, such as pumpkins, chestnuts, and walnuts.
The event is well organized: in a decentralized location in Piazza Monsignor Antonio Delbosco, the Palafungo, a large marquee offering mushroom-based menus, is set up.
In Piazza Carlo Mautino, in the area known as "Sota l'Ala," is the Ca Dël Gust, which organizes food and wine events with workshops, talk shows, and cooking shows with journalists, chefs, writers, and guests including food bloggers and sommeliers. Furthermore, the interesting educational mycological exhibition curated by the Piedmontese Mycological Association features a display of carefully described edible and harmful mushrooms.
For the occasion, the Mushroom Museum, which is normally only accessible for school visits for educational purposes, is open.
05/10/2025: The only mushroom 🍄 is the one when you enter the town in the roundabout, one of the free spaces and only the kebab shop

08/03/2025: The place has been closed for two weeks. No sign, no notice, no nothing. What a shame! The pizzas were good, the pizza chef was very precise and attentive. If they're closed, it's a shame... a great loss!
07/03/2025: How much less than one star?! Total disappointment! Last night, four of us wanted to eat at this place I've been going to since it opened. When we got there, we were in for an unpleasant surprise. It was gone. No sign, the place was completely empty, no notice on the door or on social media, and it even showed up open on Google. We tried calling the pummaró in Avigliana, and they were also unaware of the situation. I hope it's just a renovation, but at least there should be a notice somewhere.

20/10/2024: Il servizio molto lungo , attesa di 30 minuti tra una portata e l altra., ci siamo seduti a tavola alle 13 ed abbiamo terminato alle 16.30, il vino di qualità molto discutibile , la cucina normale come a casa, porzioni scarse . Il locale visto da fuori è un bar con sala dietro il bancone dei gelati.
Non lo consiglio
20/10/2024: Prezzo alto e senza scontrino , vino sfuso pessimo, tempi d attesa eterni ci siamo seduti a tavola alle 13 e la prima portata è arrivata dopo 30 minuti e cosi per le altre portate x terminare il pranzo dopo 3,5 ore.
Il cibo nella norma, cucina semplice cone a casa, portate scarse.
Non giudico il locale ma visto da è un bar che fa anche cucina.

Peperoni con bagna cauda ottimi, tomini e acciughe buonissimi.
Le porzioni di polenta concia e con la salsiccia sono enormi e buonissime!
