04/06/2025: Fantástica cena en Langotto. Elisa dirige el frente de la casa y Otto dirige la cocina. Comimos platos tan buenos el domingo que regresamos para la segunda ronda el viernes. Los panes dulces de ternera y el plato de champiñones morcilla fue una de las mejores cosas que he comido. Y he estado en muchos restaurantes de clase mundial. No es un restaurante grande, así que reserve su reserva. Novello se encuentra a poca distancia en coche de las ciudades de Barolo y La Morra.

Io e il mio ragazzo ci troviamo da queste parti per un weekend di spensieratezza ed eccoci a cenare in questa graziosa location con vista, dove abbiamo avuto modo di godere di piatti gustosi, ben fatti e sopratutto ben serviti! Bonus track al simpatico e professionale cameriere! Davvero grazie per questa bella e gentile esperienza.

03/04/2025: We went with a few friends, fifty of us, a very generous aperitif outside, at the table we had appetizers and a first course, as per our request, but the owner delighted us with a plate of taiarin with meat sauce.

05/06/2025: We ordered this cold table with various goat cheeses, cured coppa, salami and this wonderful orange marmalade! The wine, without words! Very good! And the service was truly a pleasure. €60.00 for four people... It was a pleasure to spend every cent, because we were there with family from Brazil and I can truly say: It was a spectacular experience! I recommend you!

27/05/2025: An unforgettable experience! I had the pleasure of staying at Locanda Rosso di Sera in Novello and I have to say that it was a truly superb experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by incredibly kind and helpful staff, who made our stay extremely pleasant and relaxing. Every request we had was handled with a smile and great professionalism, making us feel pampered and at home. A paradise for the palate and beyond The food offered by the inn is simply delicious! Each dish is a triumph of flavors, prepared with high-quality ingredients and presented impeccably. We tasted local specialties that won us over, accompanied by an excellent selection of local wines, which made each meal a true culinary journey. Relaxation and fun by the pool The icing on the cake of our day was the opportunity to spend time in the beautiful pool of the inn. It was the perfect way to relax and recharge, enjoying the sun and the tranquility of the surrounding landscape. In short, Locanda Rosso di Sera is a place where professionalism, good taste and relaxation blend harmoniously. 06/05/2025: I had dinner at this restaurant with my girlfriend. The restaurant has two internal rooms and a small internal courtyard which can be used with the onset of summer. The menu is written on a blackboard; there are very few proposals, 3 starters, 3 first courses and 3 second courses. Very slow service, it took a good 20 minutes to take the order. There is no wine list for the wine but you have to get up and go and look in the cellar where the prices are marked with a tag hanging from the neck of the bottle... definitely not comfortable getting up when you are in company. However, both the dishes and the wine arrive first and among the confusion arrives when we have finished the starter. The quality of the dishes is of medium quality, the service, although friendly, is very slow. Price for what was eaten was decidedly high. I'm sorry because seeing the other reviews I probably had a bad night.

06/05/2025: I went to this place for my brother's wedding lunch and I must say that I had a great time. Friendly staff and good music and great service. All the dishes were beautiful to sell and delicious to eat. It's nice to return to Piedmont and be welcomed so warmly. Cleanliness of the rooms and lots of joy. I had a lot of fun and the atmosphere was very pleasant. It felt like home. The next time I return to Piedmont I will definitely stop to eat here again. I had a great time thanks for the wonderful day we spent.

13/04/2025: Wir waren schon zum 3. Mal hier und sind nach wie vor begeistert! Die Gerichte sind authentisch, sehr lecker und mit Liebe präsentiert. Die besten Tagliarin weit und breit.Auch mit den Kindern war es ein sehr angenehmer Abend Michele der uns betreute war sehr charmant und professionell zugleich. Chapeau an die ganze Crew e grazie mille!

28/12/2024: Siamo capitati per caso giorovagando per le Langhe e non potevamo essere più fortunati. Cibo sublime dall’ antipasto al dolce, vini super ma nella zona puoi trovare di ogni. Gran qualità e grande accoglienza. Straconsigluato
