The chef trained at the Illkirch hotel school and clearly puts his skills to good use. Bravo!

30/12/2025: Il Grecale is located on a hill in La Morra, overlooking the surrounding landscape. The view is priceless. The location is meticulously maintained, and nothing is left to chance. The chef offers a choice of 4-, 6-, and 8-course surprise tasting menus (available if all guests choose this type of menu) or an à la carte menu, including dishes prepared with seasonal ingredients. The staff is friendly and helpful. A true treat for both the palate and the eyes. Absolutely worth it. Highly recommended.

25/12/2025: Passing by for lunch, we discovered this excellent restaurant in the center of Novello.
Intimate and welcoming atmosphere; traditional cuisine is extremely tasty and beautifully presented. The staff is exceptionally kind and helpful—much appreciated.
We will definitely be back.
30/11/2025: Perfect service, clean and well soundproofed rooms, excellent value for money, excellent breakfast, excellent evening meal too, perfect, attentive and personalized service, family atmosphere, top location, in short everything was perfect, nothing to complain about, we will be back!

12/08/2025: We could not recommend this place more. It was a fantastic stay. Roberta and Marco were fantastic hosts. Their place is located in a most beautiful setting, and a great place to relax and enjoy good food and good wine. Having the pool was also great at the end of a hot day.
We had dinner there both of the nights we stayed and it was well worth it - the food was amazing. Definitely recommend.
03/08/2025: We had the pleasure of staying at the inn for 3 days on a family getaway.
The owners are absolutely kind, friendly, and welcoming. We had a wonderful time!
The property is charming, welcoming, with a pool, and strategically located for exploring the area.
The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.
The cuisine amazed us greatly: absolutely exquisite dishes featuring typical local dishes for both dinners we had at the inn.
The breakfast buffet is abundant with variety: from sweet to savory, with cold cuts and cheese... and absolutely delicious homemade cakes! We'd love to try everything!
We'll definitely be back and highly recommend it :)

28/01/2026: "Land of Barolo": that's what we call the view from the restaurant's terrace. A 180-degree view of vineyards. The bistro/restaurant, called "Nas-Cëtta," takes its name from the wine of this small region: Nascetta, the "white jewel" of Piedmont, a nearly forgotten native grape from the Langhe hills that has made a spectacular comeback in recent years. And it's precisely this wine you should be drinking when you sit here on the terrace, the vineyards and blue sky imprinted on your retina.

14/06/2025: Consigliatomi dalla proprietaria del Gioco dell'Oca di Barolo, si è rivelato un ottima scelta.
Una calda sera di giugno, con un tavolo affacciato sul panorama dei colli al tramonto, ci ha dato una occasione indimenticabile per gustare dei piatti molto buoni e accompagnati dall'ottimo vino bianco tipico di Novello.
Il gestore, assieme a tutto lo staff, ha assicurato un servizio perfetto durante tutta la serata.
Se devo scegliere un piatto, l'antipasto di fiori di zucca farciti fritti - piatto semplice ma esecuzione spettacolare.
Peccato per un avventore che, con un sigaro pestilenziale, ha ammorbato la conclusione del pasto (cestini di sfoglia con chantilly e frutti di bosco.... ottimi): sarebbe ora di vietare questa pratica in toto, almeno in qualsiasi luogo pubblico.
