18/05/2025: Delicious and traditional Piedmontese cuisine, where you finally understand what you are eating!! Welcoming place, attentive service, super dishes. Peperoni vol baghette verde that you don't find easily, tagliolini with butter and sage served to perfection, pork cheek that melts in your mouth, semifreddo al torrone that makes you roll on the floor because it is so good... as they say... it's worth it!

23/06/2025: I had dinner and slept at L’Aromatario, right in the heart of Neive, and I felt at home. The property is an old 17th-century house with a red brick facade and wonderful ivy that gives it character. The tavern has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with traditional Piedmontese cuisine creatively revisited by the chef. My room was well-kept, clean, with dark wood furniture and a view of the internal garden. Breakfast was super abundant, with homemade cakes, typical jams, fresh fruit and savory products – I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was very kind and helpful, making me feel like part of the family. The wine selection (over 500 labels!) is also impressive, perfect if you love good drinking. The only small point: parking on the street can be a bit complicated, but it was worth it. Overall, a fantastic experience between history, taste and beauty of the Langhe. I would go back without thinking twice!

05/05/2025: Let me start by saying that we only went for the wine, so I can't comment on the food. As for the wine, however, it was a superb experience: all excellent, but noteworthy were the rosé, the Barbarescos, but also the vermouth and the Barolo Chinato, which elsewhere I found bordering on drinkable while here I had to buy a bottle, such was the surprise. Diana, the girl who served us was simply "super": she entertained us with a perfect mix of professionalism and cheerfulness (impossible to say "no" to any proposal). Thanks also to Silvana, the owner, very courteous and helpful. I recommend it without reservations.

29/06/2025: We had dinner at this pizzeria a week ago, choosing two types of pizza dough. Both good and with fresh and tasty products, good homemade desserts and correct portions. Very kind staff, prices in line with a pizzeria, service perhaps a little slow...

10/06/2025: God lokal mat, øl og vin. Vi var 4 venner som spiste pizza, pasta og dessert. Betjening kom med gode anbefalinger. Verd et besøk.
