Pleasant dinner, with a few pearls.
I loved the roast cardoon, beautiful and delicious. The "ris e coi" plin are very interesting and particular, even if they are not particularly tasty. The mustard and honey cheek is wonderful.
Castelmagno's selection is very good. The bunet was good, small but very pleasant.
Excellent service.
I don't know the price, I was a guest.

03/03/2024: Pizza,antipasti e primi niente male.. da stendere un velo pietoso per il secondo: un “arrosto di tacchino” che AVEVA L’ASPETTO (o forse lo era proprio??!!) di un semplice affettato tagliato un po’ più spesso e servito con delle patatine fritte.. mai vista una cosa simile🤦🏻 Peccato ,ma non tornerò più

18/03/2024: Assolutamente non consigliato , personale sgradevole , mobili e sala sporchi e impolverati , caffè slavato .. e con tre tavoli occupati il personale evidentemente preferiva scambiare due parole anziché svolgere i propri doveri . Peccato perché era considerata un eccellenza di Cuneo

30/01/2024: Siamo state per un aperitivo. Ci hanno portato un piatto con polentina poco invitante,delle polpette dal sapore mediocre,qualche salatino e delle insalate misere. Siamo state deluse, anche per il rapporto qualità prezzo. Non lo consiglierei.

Wide choice of dishes that can be ordered from a tablet on the table, just being careful to order one course at a time to avoid everything being brought together.
Helpful and courteous staff.

16/03/2024: I returned and with great pleasure because it is always worth it.
One of the things I love most is the fact that there are few seats and that - therefore - you can spend lunch or dinner talking without noise.
The raw material is not only of quality: it is well worked, with an incredible study. The scallop with cotechino and dove is something stratospheric, unthinkable. The fois gras melted in your mouth..
in short… you are fantastic! From the living room to the kitchen!!

Cucina di alto livello,servizio attento e puntuale,la cucina merita per prodotti e tecnica.
Ci torneremo sicuramente.
