10/03/2024: One of the best restaurants in Alessandria, excellent cuisine and excellent service. Definitely my favorite at the moment. I had dinner with foreign colleagues and I asked for a tasting (55 euros) with a triptych of quality Piedmontese wines... Alta Langa di Serafino, Timorasso di Massa, Barbera di Ratti, Barolomdi Gaja... Total... expensive but not exaggerated. Around 100 euros. But it's worth it all... just for the numerous interludes such as amuse bouche, pre-dessert and coffee with sweets... in short, here you are in the high range. Nel.resto.di alessandria, excellent quality and service but of a slightly lower range.

04/04/2024: Excellent pizza, perhaps the best in Alessandria, top quality ingredients. Soft, thin but not too much and digestible. I tried both the pan and the others in various formats. Owner and staff very kind and competent. Attention to every detail to guarantee a result that satisfies the palate. I also recommend trying Farinata, Panuozzi etc. This is why I have been their customer for a long time and recommend it to friends.

22/03/2024: For me one of the best pizzas in Alessandria, I'm a regular at Maxy pizza and I must say that the dough is really good, light, not very salty but above all I don't even have a piece of the edge left over!! The guys are very kind and always courteous 👏👏👏 keep it up

05/05/2024: Simply fantastic. Classic cuisine dishes in a completely vegan version: practically a dream. The recipes are incredible, and finally you can enjoy a good menu, from appetizer to dessert, without cruelty. I brought two non-vegan people and they really liked it, so I recommend it even for those who are not used to this type of cuisine. For me the best ever, I will definitely be back. The service is excellent and the waiters are extremely kind and helpful

10/03/2024: Comfortable environment to enjoy traditional Mexican cuisine, fresh products, I would say very high quality! There is a good selection of both Mexican and Italian drinks, to my taste, don't miss the Margarita and the cheesecake! Then everything is good: ribs, burritos, nachos, etc. the whole menu anyway. Well done to Josefina, Aimé and Marino.

16/12/2023: Siamo stati in questo ristorante io e la mia famiglia a fare una cena sotto le festività natalizie. Locale molto bello, piccolino e accogliente, tavoli distanziati il giusto che garantiscono un pò di privacy se ci si trova a fare una cena in coppia. Menù composto da cinque antipasti, una bella scelta di risotti, anche questi cinque, troviamo poi due paste fresche con altrettanti condimenti e gli agnolotti con tre tipi diversi di condimento. Tra i secondi troviamo altre cinque portate, tra cui le lumache al verde e una scaloppa di foie grass e per finire troviamo i dessert (tre) e quattro tra gelati, sorbetti ed affogati. Quindi direi un bel menù con la quantità di scelta giusta secondo me. Abbiamo scelto tutti quanti un antipasto ed un primo, il secondo l'avremmo valutato alla fine dei primi. Antipasti ottimi soprattutto il baccalà mantecato fantastico, quasi tutti hanno preso il risotto tranne me e la mia compagna che abbiamo optato per gli agnolotti. Riso molto buono, forse proprio al limite di cottura ma mio parere, agnolotti veramente molto buoni soprattutto quelli al brasato, buonissimi. Unica pecca per gli agnolotti è stata la cottura che è andata oltre e purtroppo erano molli, ma può succedere, fortunatamente ripeto avevano un sapore ottimo che ha fatto passare un pò in secondo piano la cottura. Come quantità direi piuttosto abbondanti, peccato però che alla fine dei primi, dopo un pò di attesa ci sia stato portato via tutto dal tavolo senza chiedere se gradissimo un secondo o se volessimo passare al dolce. Al che mio cognato lancia una frecciatina parlando con noi al tavolo davanti alla cameriera se appunto avessimo gradito il secondo, ma invece che scusarsi sulla cosa e chiedercelo li al momento ci è stato risposto che erano dispiaciuti ma si era fatto tardi e quindi niente (erano le 22.05). Sui secondi peccato perchè forse avremmo anche potuto scegliere di dividerci un piatto di lumache io e mio cognato ma pazienza, prendono tutti il dolce se non sbaglio, io no ed il caffè. Abbiamo preso anche due bottiglie di camp du rouss. Conto direi nella norma, 90 a coppia, contando due bottiglie di vino direi che sia giusto. Peccato solo per quello scivolone del secondo ma per il resto io non mi son trovato male.

05/05/2024: A hidden place... But very very beautiful. Good pizza with many varieties of dough and the possibility of thick or thin. The beers are good and there are also Italian ones like Coca Cola. Pizzas also for celiacs. The desserts are all gluten-free and each is tastier than the other.

17/04/2024: I rarely leave reviews but on certain occasions I can't help it! You don't find such good pizza easily. Truly quality ingredients, delicious dough and a wide choice, not to mention the cheesecake, I am a lover of this dessert and having eaten it several times I want to allow myself to say that it is the best I have eaten. We left this pizzeria really satisfied, we can't wait to return. Competent staff, kind and above all available to all our requests, fast and attentive service, absolutely honest price
