28/09/2025: Three adults and a child, a squid ink risotto, a spicy linguine, three grilled dishes from the tavern, and two tiramisus. By the time we got home, it was a disaster! All three had stomach aches, so I assume the fish is either not fresh or the food is poorly preserved. Next step: contact the NAS. We ate outside, and it was infested with flies and wasps. €160 total, including two glasses of white wine. A bit pricey as a purge.

04/09/2025: I visited Alicanto in Rovigo and I must say it was a surprising experience. Here, the fish isn't prepared in the banal way we're often accustomed to, but with the creativity and technique of a true chef: each dish has a unique touch and attention to detail. The owner guided us with great passion in choosing the menu and the "chef of the day," helping to transform the dinner into a true journey of flavors. We paired it all with an exquisite wine and concluded with desserts that alone are worth the visit. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an unforgettable, unique experience.

05/10/2025: I had dinner at this place this evening out of curiosity because I've heard a lot of good things about it. As for me, I won't be going back. I had horrible spaghetti with clams (it's listed as their specialty), and I couldn't even describe the sea bass with vegetables, it was so inedible.

23/09/2025: We were there Saturday night for dinner. Without a reservation, we were lucky and were offered a table inside. The dining room is very cozy. We ordered a bottle of white wine and two bottles of water, pizzas, and dessert. All very good quality and good value. We'll definitely be back. 👍 😉

With a time machine do you want to experience the emotions of being served like a prince or princess with a butler and a cook from the last century? In Mulino al Pizzon I had an unforgettable experience. I was greeted upon arrival by the owner who had me park in the spaces reserved for customers who have booked. In the restaurant room I found the welcome of the waiters. With promptness and kindness they illustrated the specialties of the cuisine with organic products of the area. I tasted the typical wine of the surrounding countryside, the wholemeal bread made with ancient grains, among these the rare wheat S.Pastore 14. An appetizer of corn polenta 🌽 two-tone with a cheese fondue. Lasagna with vegetables and organic meat, delicacies just to try. As a second course I tasted a braised Sorana with red wine Teroldogo Rotaliano. The side dishes were the maximum of variety and pleasantness of the lunch. The homemade desserts enhanced the sweetness of the table and the mastery of the cook. The visit to the machinery of the ancient water mill 💧 and its history involved us in an experience where mind, heart and body found the joy of hospitality and culture of times gone by, which has become very rare today. Try it and believe it!
