01/04/2024: We stopped at this restaurant by pure chance. We ordered takeaway pizzas for the children... the staff was very kind and made us prepare the pizzas immediately despite the place being very full. Pizzas arrived promptly and were also delicious

17/03/2024: We went for lunch... you have to book, otherwise you have to wait. They were very kind as I had asked for my daughter's dish before, they told me they couldn't but they did it anyway. Very generous portions.
Unfortunately I was disappointed with the food and the service: the waiters would be happy to have a bit of a smile and if they aren't constantly running from one side to the other even better.
For the food: my husband ordered the tagliatelle, she was a bit nervous... my daughter had pasta with ragù which had a strange scent, I ordered fried pasta (I had ordered it with salad, it arrived with fried potatoes and the price list also indicated calamari squid, cuttlefish and prawns and I found 1 prawn and many sardines (????)). Last but not least, when I went to the bathroom I found a cockroach.
Average price.
Given the many positive reviews on the internet, I was deluded...I think I won't go back again.

01/04/2024: Today I went with friends with the hope of having a fish-based lunch, which didn't happen except for the name of the dishes on the menu. I took some first courses such as tagliolini with seafood, where the seafood was absent but also the flavor of the sea. The scampi risotto looked like plain rice mixed with a knob of butter, leaving aside the fact that the dishes that arrived at the table were very cold, they looked like they had been heated in the microwave. Inconsistent price quality, prices too high for the quality of the food, a place not to be recommended to anyone.

20/02/2024: We had a very good time, the products served are of good quality and cooked really well. The prices are excellent compared to all the other restaurants and the portions are generous and the staff friendly. This year we both ate on site and took advantage of the takeaway, everything was perfect.
24/01/2024: It's a magical place for me. I love the owner and the blonde girl. Every time I come in I feel like I'm part of the family and they know how to spoil me with extraordinary fish delights. In addition to fish I also have pizza, and it is always delicious.

09/02/2024: La Taverna è uno dei posti che frequento da moltissimo tempo e, sicuramente, ci tornerò. Però devo anche dire che nelle ultimissime visite, ho notato un lieve peggioramento per quanto riguarda la cucina. Ad esempio, gli spaghetti alle vongole, che prendevo sempre, nelle ultime due occasioni navigavano nell'olio e non nella classica cremina che tanto mi piaceva. Altra nota: spero non alzino ancora i prezzi perché siamo al limite.
03/02/2024: Giornata di sole che ha "chiamato" una passeggiata al mare, alla fine della quale si è fatto mezzogiorno. Google mi segnala questo posto a 300 metri da dove avevo parcheggiato e quindi abbiamo provato a vedere se c'era posto. Sorridenti e professionali ci hanno accolto subito. Ambiente molto ampio in legno, con belle vetrate molto ampie. Ho molto gradito lo spazio vivibile tra i tavoli (spesso introvabile!) E la salsina di entrée. Purtroppo eravamo si fretta e avevano voglia di carne. Per cui abbiamo optato per due grigliate miste. Ottime! Cotta benissimo. Morbida e saporita, accompagnata da verdure alla griglia e patate fritte. Il tutto per meno di 20 euro a persona! Ho visto passare del bellissimo pesce! Prossima volta si proverà anche quello. Bella sorpresa insomma!

30/08/2023: the place itself is beautiful, the problem is the maintenance: the room we had was very dirty, the air conditioner didn't work and they didn't even give us pillows, we had to sleep without them, luckily we changed rooms, that one was clean, the air conditioner worked and they gave us pillows.
The pool was beautiful but also dirty, it was full of sand, never found it without it.

07/09/2023: Martedì sera sono stato al locale con mia moglie. Esternamente, si nota subito che è un luogo pensato esclusivamente per l'estate, poiché è coperto da un tendone.
Tuttavia, devo sottolineare che il servizio è stato molto attento e premuroso. La qualità del pesce è buona, anche se i prezzi sono leggermente al di sopra della media rispetto alla terraferma, ma in linea con gli standard dell'isola, dove i costi sono generalmente più alti.
A differenza di altri locali che abbiamo provato sull'isola, almeno qui il pesce è di buona qualità. Lo consiglio sicuramente.
18/08/2023: Complimenti allo staff del ristorante che è stato perfetto. Servizio molto attento. Vorrei dire impeccabile. Cibo molto buono. Siamo stati trattati molto bene.

26/08/2023: Cercavamo una location sul mare ...purtroppo di bello ha SOLO il mare ... ( trovandosi proprio sulla spiaggia )servizio pessimo personale maleducato .. cucina 👎( senza parole )... avvicinatevi FORSE alla pizzeria visto che non l ‘ ho provata .

17/08/2023: Avevamo prenotato per 6 persone e partiamo malissimo dalla cameriera molto maleducata che a stento ci fa accomodare.
All’arrivo del menù rabbrividiamo dall’aumento sconsiderato dei prezzi rispetto l’anno scorso: circa 4 euro in più per spaghetti alle vongole, il prezzo medio per una pizza è 10 euro senza modifiche (e dalla qualità terribile), aumento anche del prezzo del coperto. A tutti questi aumenti però non è migliorata la qualità o il servizio, tovagliette di carta dove mangiare e bicchieri con aloni, il pane che ci hanno portato erano 5 pezzi (noi eravamo in 6) salatissimo e anche vecchio, senza parlare dei piatti (soprattutto le pizze).
Al momento della cena arrivano prima le fritture di due nostri amici, e solo dopo 40 minuti arrivano le pizze degli altri 4, costringendoci a mangiare in momenti diversi. Ci portano aceto balsamico al posto di olio di oliva per la pizza, rovinando così una pizza intera e non l’hanno voluta rifare, e camerieri e titolare molto maleducato.
Al momento di pagare in cassa non effettuano conti separati, pratica illegale, perché il conto separato si deve sempre garantire.
Esperienza terribile, ora come ora non lo raccomanderei a nessuno. Scegliete un ristorante diverso.
Andavamo spesso in questo ristorante, da quest’anno cambieremo posto.
