15/01/2025: Disappointing experience despite good food The restaurant is quite nice, although not particularly luxurious. The food was good and fresh, with reasonably prepared dishes. However, the prices were very high compared to the service, ambiance, decor and quality of food offered. In particular, the cover charge of 4 euros per person is more appropriate for a luxury restaurant, and not for a structure of this level. The real problem was the behavior of the staff: unfortunately, they were not at all courteous, and this made the experience decidedly unpleasant. Despite the quality of the food, the service leaves a lot to be desired. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this restaurant due to this aspect.

15/01/2025: We visited La Scala in Padova based on good reviews but were disappointed. While the food was delicious, the service lacked warmth, and the charges were excessive. For two adults and a 4-year-old, we paid €137 for one full Rombo fish, a starter, a tiramisu, and a scoop of ice cream. They even charged €4 for a bottle of water and €4 per person for service, including our child. The food was good, but the lack of hospitality and unexpected costs were disappointing.

27/12/2024: At Villa Liviangior in a dream setting, of superb refinement, surrounded by flowering gardens, in the most absolute quiet and with the view of the Euganean Hills, I enjoyed a Sicilian tuna tartare as an appetizer, then dip and accompanying sauce, a dish based on grilled octopus, lemon potatoes and salmoriglio sauce, tasting of own-produced chocolates and finally for dessert a gianduia chocolate mousse, everything was excellent, staff and service were impeccable and exquisite, total cost €66.50, fabulous, a must try!

22/12/2024: I had lunch yesterday in this beautiful restaurant and I must say that the food is truly excellent. The quality of the products and the passion of the chefs in this work are immediately noticeable. Being a vegetarian I asked for a menu that could suit me and they managed to satisfy me as best as possible. Very well prepared dishes and well balanced flavours. The precision of the girls (waitresses) in the room is meticulous. The welcome aperitif (flûte) offered by them is very nice... it's not obvious. CONGRATULATIONS indeed!!! I ate very well, thank you very much When I'm passing through I will return with great pleasure.

18/01/2025: An exceptional experience. We ate here with my aunt and my mother and they managed to amaze us. The exceptional dishes, the deer so soft that you can cut it with a fork. We also had dessert, which often disappoints expectations... not here, exceptional. Thank you for this wonderful dining experience, we will definitely be back

As for the dishes themselves, my recommendation is...well, their cuisine is definitely superb...) And, as I understand it, you must reserve a table... 26/12/2024: Last night, I ate in this restaurant. Beautiful place with attention to the smallest details, the staff makes you feel as if we have always known each other. They recommend dishes off the menu, excellent and quality food. We come from Ferrara, I wanted to try their eel and as I told the owner: it has nothing to envy of the one I eat in Ferrara. Congratulations again, we will more than willingly return.

10/12/2024: very welcoming place, staff present but not very patient, for example I was choosing the pizza and in the meantime he went to serve other tables and arrived after 10/15 minutes. for the food we must say that it is very good.

I opted for fish, while those with me chose meat-based dishes and we were both pleasantly surprised! The prices are also excellent, I recommend you try it!!!

30/11/2024: Ma che fine ha fatto la vecchia conduzione? Quella di adesso...ni....ragazzo bravo attento sempre in movimento, lei quasi antipatica e asettica..cibo: abbiamo aspettato tanto per la paella, carne con il binocolo penso di non aver mangiato tanta verdura come stasera, di solito il nostro arrivo alle 20...ritorno a casa max 21.30 ...stasera 22.10 e abbiamo preso sempre il solito. Mah?!!!! Non penso che ritorneremo, ci andavamo per la vecchia gestione, ora non più.

11/12/2024: Very welcoming environment, refined and well-made food, the owner is a person with experience in the sector who is very professional and kind to customers. Very positive experience, I recommend it; an out of the ordinary restaurant in Padua.

31/12/2024: Comfortable environment, beautiful view of the garden with centuries-old wisteria, tables prepared with care and elegance without too many frills, as far as food is concerned, the quality of the products is excellent, both the boiled meat trolley and also the fish-based dishes. Advised!

31/12/2024: When you return to a place after many years, you often have an imprecise idea, since time makes you enhance the salient points and smooth out everything else. The impact was slightly different, as is obvious, I had a pleasant chat with the owner of the place, I think, who informed me that there had been a change of management in 2007. Elegance, kindness but not suffocating. Excellent bigoli, the “Torresano di Torreglia” stuffed 10 cum laude, perfect desserts. Compliments from the managers, chefs and waiters. I hope to return soon.

31/01/2025: On Sunday 26/01, like other years, I participated in the social lunch of the sports club I belong to. Compared to previous experiences, perhaps due to the choice of the fish menu, this year I was disappointed by the poor quality of the food and the general presentation of the dishes inadequate. Too bad: nice party but for me it will remain a negative memory.

22/12/2024: After going there several times and tasting several dishes, I can confirm that I ate one of the best pizzas ever. Even when it cools down it is still soft which in other places would quickly become rubbery. The menu is refined with authentic flavours. They also make their own gin... lots of stuff!! The refined and not obvious desserts. Congratulations, keep going! 👏👏👏
