13/05/2025: I had the opportunity to see and dine in this beautiful location at a wedding! The villa is surrounded by greenery, large and convenient parking. Really very nice inside, friendly staff. The outdoor pool is also very nice. I didn't have the opportunity to try the 'normal' restaurant, but the wedding dinner was really excellent!

The restaurant specializes in fish and seafood, and everything we tasted was prepared with absolute precision and artistry. We started with a stunning appetizer: tiny shrimp from the lagoon, fried whole and served over creamy polenta with a delicate cod mousse made with milk and cream. Then came a beautifully plated octopus dish with razor clams and a fresh young artichoke salad – a perfect balance of texture and flavor. The grand finale: spaghetti cacio e pepe with scampi – a dish so rich and refined, it left a lasting impression. This is not a tourist trap, but a place where you experience Italian cuisine at its finest, made for those who truly appreciate top-level cooking. Service was impeccable, the wine pairing spot on, and every detail of the evening felt carefully curated. Zafferano isn’t just a dinner spot – it’s a world-class dining experience.

18/04/2025: Excellent dishes from local cuisine perfectly cooked, service very polite, friendly, professional and appropriate. An experience, so I can recommend pretty much the entire menu because you won't go wrong. Bread basket is fantastic and large with different types of bread from all over Italy. Biscuits from the kitchen are very good and light, coffee is great. Very nice atmosphere with plenty of space for guests and very quiet. Easy to reach with very long parking spaces but at the restaurant the ticket can be exchanged for free, so it's free.

03/05/2025: Ate very well. Well-kept place with nice table arrangements. We ate on the veranda just before the garden. Trained and courteous staff excellent raw materials. Excellent mountain ham. I tried the asparagus cream with raw scampi and silene. Really well balanced, the cube roll is also excellent.

27/05/2025: Delicious food, attentive service, decent (but not too extensive) wine list. The interior is stylish, but not over pretentious, making it an ideal place for a quiet dinner. I have been there on a couple of occasions, tried both fish and meat dishes and never left disappointed. Michelin star well deserved.

03/06/2025: Endroit INCROYABLE ! Magnifique, c’est très agréable d’y manger le soir sous une terrasse végétale entouré de glycines. Nous avons mangé en entrée du poulpes avec une purée crémeuse parsemé de copeaux d’olives. Et également un feuilletée de mozzarella à la truffe. En plat, nous avons mangé un risotto. Il était très savoureux, cependant il manquait un peu de texture croustillante qui aurait pu être ajouté.
