06/04/2025: Very positive experience, I had lunch with my wife and we had a great time. Small and welcoming place, the service is very attentive and attentive to the needs of customers. Excellent dishes both fish (house specialty) and meat. Prices consistent with the menu/service offered.

12/11/2024: Happened to be in Peschiera del Garda in September and decided to go to this restaurant. Last time I was here was a good few years ago. We had booked and were met at the top of the steps by a grumpy waiter who didn't seem to care whether we had booked or not. He led us to a table inside as it was a chilly evening and sat us down... this was all done with the great talent of not speaking to us at all. Service at the table was quite good and between the four of use we had pizza / lasagne and steak milanese (viener schnitzel) The food was a mixed bag to be honest. The lasagne was good, the pizza was ok and the milanese was awful. (tasted like microwave reheat). I would suggest if you eat here stick to food that has a good turnover like the lasagne and so has to be fairly fresh. I think in general though the menu is old fashioned and tired as is some of the food. I think the menu badly needs to be refreshed and modernised to match some of the competition in Peschiera. If its a nice sunny evening the aspect of this restaurant is great overlooking the lake.

15/03/2025: I can't say anything about the price because we were offered dinner by friends, but we ate very well. I enjoyed canoe, spider crab and a first course with sea urchins and bottarga, but those who ate the raw ones also appreciated it. We will definitely be back to try other dishes.

15/03/2025: Io e mia moglie siamo stati ospiti di amici in questo ristorante a cena, abbiamo mangiato benissimo. Una piacevole scoperta. Tutto freschissimo e preparato in modo sfizioso. Io sul pesce sono delicato, ma "canocie", granseola e pasta con ricci e bottarga erano ottimi. Chi ha mangiato il crudo, lo ha apprezzato. Locale piacevole, sicuramente ci ritorneremo

21/10/2024: The best thing about this restaurant is definitely the beautiful waterfront location with a view of the castle. We came extra early in the evening and even got a place right by the water without a reservation, which we were very grateful for. Unfortunately, the food was rather mediocre, at least the tuna pizza and the truffle pasta - we've had much better food on Lake Garda. Prices are okay for the location. The service was friendly, but not outstanding.

19/10/2024: Wir sind am Abend der Anreise dort eingekehrt und hatten Glück mit einem Tisch am See. Traumhafte Aussicht, das Essen war wirklich gut, am Service "scheiden sich etwas die Geister". Es gibt Unterschiede in der Freundlichkeit, wir hatten an diesem Abend einen sehr netten Service, am nächsten Tag war eine etwas brummelige Bedienung für uns zuständig. Aber insgesamt kann man das Lokal empfehlen.

28/03/2025: Sono stata oggi a pranzo. Locale molto accogliente e proprietario molto cortese, ma soprattutto si mangia molto bene. Pesce fresco e cucinato in modo semplice come piace a me senza nascondere il sapore delle pietanze con salse o condimenti eccessivi. Il pesce sa di pesce e la qualita' e' ottima! Cappesante ottime come i canestrelli e per la prima volta in vita mia senza pane grattugiato ma condite solo con olio buono e prezzemolo. Prezzi molto onesti. Da ritornare sicuramente.

17/03/2025: Siamo andati in quel ristorante in 4 (mio padre, i miei 2 figli ed io). Non avevamo molto tempo causa imminente competizione di mia figlia. Con tutti i dovuti modi (anche perchè non avevo prenotato) abbiamo chiesto se avevano un posto per noi. La persona alla cassa ci ha accolto con freddezza, ho provato a chiedere se potevano in qualche modo preparare qualcosa di leggero per mia figlia, ma ad ogni domanda la risposta era data a monosillabe e tendenzialmente poco disponibile. Alla fine ordiniamo 4 piatti di pasta (1 bigolo in bianco, 2 bigoli con il sugo della casa e d un piatto di gnocchi) + una porzione di capesante. Morale della favola, ci arrivano quasi tutti i piatti ordinati. Delle penne in bianco (i bigoli forse se li erano mangiati in cucina) erano tutto fuorchè una pasta appena cotta, davano l'idea di esser state riscaldate. Degli altri 3 primi arrivano solo 1 bigolo con il sugo della casa e gli gnocchi (totalmente privi di gusto e scotti). Per il terzo piatto (gli altri bigoli) abbiamo dovuto sollecitare il cameriere più e più volte, perchè chi ci ha "accolto" non si è più palesato al nostro tavolo. Alla fine dopo 15 minuti è arrivato il piatto (diciamo molto al dente). Anche per il grana abbiamo avuto problemi... dopo varie richieste ce ne hanno portato più o meno 10 grammi. Prima ho parlato di freddezza... ne ho avuto la conferma quando vicino a noi si sono sedute delle altre persone e sono state accolti dalla stessa persona che aveva accolto noi. Un'altra persona... gentile ed accogliente, e alle loro richieste ha risposto sempre con disponibilità ed accoglienza... Alla fine sono andato a pagare. Chi ci aveva accolto era alla cassa. Nessuna scusa per il disservizio e neanche mi guardava in faccia, batte il conto e ci propina la bellezza di 96€, per aver mangiato male ed esser stati trattati ancora peggio. Probabilmente avrei dovuto far presente le mie osservazioni al diretto interessato, ma ho ritenuto più saggio conservare eventuali energie, anche vista l'urgenza del momento. Dimenticavo una cosa importante, quando siamo arrivati noi eravamo gli unici avventori... poi (circa 20 minuti dopo il nostro arrivo) nel locale sono arrivati circa altre 10/15 persone.

05/04/2025: trip to Caorle, we enter with pet in tow, immediately welcomed, fish-based lunch, very good, obviously the prices are accordingly, but the quality is not up for debate, that's fine, excellent service, courtesy, I definitely recommend

10/04/2025: A truly wonderful place where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the mountains but also the panorama of the entire city of Vicenza; the food is excellent, delicious baked peppers, excellent pizza but also everything else. I have come several times to eat this way and have always been satisfied; There is a lot of parking even if sometimes given the crowding it is a bit difficult; nearby there is the wonderful sanctuary of the Madonna del Monte Berico, certainly a very important place of worship

07/04/2025: We didn't like the pizza, difficult to digest and with non-particular ingredients. Sufficient service, we were in a corner of the place and they often forgot about us. We certainly won't be returning.

26/01/2025: Mira is a small town in Italy that I visited on a bullet weekend tour for shopping purposes. The town's name is a combination of my wife's MIHO and my daughter's RIRA. The restaurant at the hotel we stayed at had a surprise ``tiramisu SHOW'' after the meal, although there were about 6 groups of customers as it was off-season. It was a comfortable restaurant where I felt a great sense of hospitality, with the Camellier serving each table and controlling the overall atmosphere. There are many high-end restaurants, but it was at this moment that I once again realized that being able to enjoy a meal in a relaxed manner is more important than feeling the tension that stretches your spine.

05/04/2025: Reservation made 3 days before. On the evening of the reservation I called to warn of a delay and the lady who answered told me that she had no reservations in my name. I told her the day and time of the call and the possibility of also sending her the screenshot, but the lady unperturbedly told me that the restaurant was fully booked and that she would have prepared a makeshift table for us at 9.30pm at the latest, adding annoyed that she couldn't spend time on the phone other than because she was busy serving tables. All without ever admitting their mistake and implying that I had probably made up the booking despite having a 1 minute telephone conversation in my call log. An oversight happens to everyone, what should NEVER happen is not admitting your mistake by denying the evidence and addressing the customer in a rude and unprofessional manner. Congratulations for your problem solving skills for a mix-up caused by you.

05/04/2025: Prenotazione effettuata 3 giorni prima. La sera della prenotazione chiamo per avvisare di un ritardo e la signora che mi risponde mi dice che non le risultava alcuna prenotazione a mio nome. Le dico giorno e ora della chiamata e la possibilità di inviarle anche lo screenshot, ma la signora senza scomporsi mi dice che il ristorante era al completo e che ci avrebbe al massimo preparato un tavolo di fortuna alle 21:30, aggiungendo seccata che non poteva intrattenersi oltre al telefono perché impegnata nel servizio ai tavoli. Il tutto senza mai ammettere il proprio errore e lasciando intendere che probabilmente la prenotazione me la fossi inventata io nonostante avessi una conversazione telefonica di 1 minuto nel mio registro chiamate. Una svista capita a tutti, ciò che non deve MAI capitare è non ammettere il proprio errore negando l’evidenza e rivolgendosi al cliente in maniera sgarbata e poco professionale. Complimenti per la capacità di problem solving per un disguido causato da voi.

My review may be biased, but I am a gourmet and love comfort - that is why my friends and I always visit this establishment!
