20/10/2025: Had dinner with friends a few nights ago in a beautiful and welcoming location in Beruilles (between San Teodoro and Budoni). The pizzeria is expertly managed by owner Michele and his wife, who create a family-friendly, welcoming, yet refined atmosphere. The pizza is excellent thanks to the ingredients selected by Michele, who kneads the dough 24 hours in advance, making his pizza easy to digest and delicious. Excellent prices. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Congratulations!

19/10/2025: ...A place where time stands still; kindness, thoughtfulness, and beauty distinguish the restaurant. The dishes reflect the heart of the local tradition; I found the ingredients to be of the highest quality. The service is excellent: fast, warm, and familiar. I highly recommend it to anyone passing through the area. It's a distinctive place offering a wide selection of food and wine! A place that leaves its mark.

28/09/2025: A very pleasant little place just outside the center (during the day, you can see the lake from the outdoor tables). Delicious home-cooked food: you can choose between Cinta Senese, game, and lake meats. We had the exceptional wild boar-stuffed ragù, but everything else was delicious, too.

15/09/2025: For my first time in Citerna, I had lunch at Belvedere. It was an experience worth repeating because the fish was fresh and well-cooked, the restaurant was absolutely beautiful and clean, and the view of the Tiber Valley was breathtaking... the only downside: the waitress made a mistake with one of our orders, and we waited a bit too long to fix it. I must say, however, that the waitress was good; she apologized several times (mistakes can happen, of course!) and offered us dessert. The prices are fair for what you get, and I think I'll be back.

31/08/2025: A restaurant with a truly enviable view, not to be missed. The menu offers a wide variety of choices, both for starters and main courses, and a wide selection of desserts. Excellent quality and quantity. Fast and friendly service. Reservations are recommended, especially for a comfortable table with a view.

We were greeted with a free and appreciated gastronomic surprise and left with delicious limoncello, always free. Truly excellent!! We'll be back soon.

We began with a rich assortment of lake appetizers, incredibly fresh and beautifully presented, which alone were worth the visit: delicate yet bold flavors, thoughtful pairings, and top-quality ingredients. The highlight of the lunch was a spectacular mixed lake grill, with perfectly cooked and flavorful fish, followed by two memorable dishes: eel in white wine, tender and intense, and grilled carp, surprisingly tasty and served impeccably cooked. To accompany everything, an excellent local wine, carefully chosen and perfect for enhancing each course. To finish on a sweet note, a simply delicious caramel panna cotta: creamy, velvety, and with an aromatic caramel that won everyone over. The service was warm and attentive, with friendly and helpful staff who were able to offer excellent advice.
