15/02/2025: Scoperto grazie al consiglio di amici di Perugia, è un ristorante fuori dai circuiti turistici umbri. Anche la cucina di distacca dai classici “ salumi tartufo e torta al testo”. Ottime materie prime abilmente cucinate, presentazione classica, ma curata. Servizio attento, senza essere lezioso. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo dei vini in carta. Da ritornare sicuramente

18/02/2025: Top place, my favorite fish restaurant on the lake, I've been there several times, and every time it's safe, the quality of the food is excellent, I recommend the tartares I've never eaten so good, and the first fruits of the Adriatic, a dish worth a dinner. I'm still waiting for Bruno's risotto, the best risotto I've ever eaten which I haven't found on the menu for some time, unfortunately. Furthermore, due to a misunderstanding on a previous bill, on a Sunday for lunch, I returned with my partner and the child, and the owner offered us the whole dinner to apologise. Catering that is difficult to find, and I travel around Italy for work.

15/02/2025: Unfortunately we decide to spend the evening of Valentine's 25th and my wife's birthday in this place. We arrive at 8.50pm in the half-empty room. We are parked at a table in a corner of the room between a column and a bar corner. After 20 minutes they deign to serve us the first of the 3 appetizers included in the fixed menu. We wait another 30 minutes without being served and we notice that the table next to us (who arrived about 20 minutes after us) was already at the risotto. At that point I turned to the owner of the blackbird seat asking to change tables so that the waiters could see us and serve us. The very kind manager, snorting, says to be patient. After 10 minutes a waiter arrives with the second of the 3 starters and serves us exclaiming: "now eat!" At that point my wife and I got up and decided to leave that blackhole. The thing that bothers me is that the owner also knew that it was my wife's birthday and he didn't even bother to justify himself for the poor service and the evening that he had ruined for us but instead he did his best to make money. Total spent €94.50 for a bottle of wine, a bottle of water and a starter eaten in an hour (the second starter was left to the well-mannered and professional waiter). We left hungry to go elsewhere but I certainly didn't look like I was starving... Some places are naturally meant to fail and I don't understand how people go back there.

07/02/2025: Family-run restaurant, fresh fish, modest prices, spartan and informal environment, clean and welcoming. Kind staff, good cuisine, guest star in the room: the robot that delivers the dishes to the table! It is a sure-fire attraction for the little ones. My off-menu craving, spaghetti with clams, is close to perfection. To return.

26/02/2025: New, beautiful place with super welcoming and professional staff. I had read the only review from another user about gluten-free pizza called "exquisite", but I didn't have the courage to try a Schaer pre-cooked base as I always look for fresh homemade gluten-free dough. Let's say quickly I rushed into it. It may not be for the modest gluten-free Peroni, but rather for also having the celiac dessert from Schaer which I still feel like thanking for the care that is also offered to intolerant people for what you manage. In the truffle scramble I didn't smell much truffle and saw a lot of leeks. For what it costs I was disappointed. Spending level corresponds to Google indication. Thanks and regards

25/11/2024: Ottimo posto vicino a Spoleto. Locale accogliente e caratteristico. Abbiamo pranzato con ottimi piatti della tradizione umbra. Un posto da provare..... il personale è stato affabile ed efficiente. Tutto molto bene.... ci tornerò.

17/11/2024: Ristorante con delle possibilità ma sfruttate poco e male. Spiace essere trattati da turisti inesperti. La location è graziosa ma poco e male riscaldata e mangiare al freddo non è una bella esperienza. La cucina è da trattoria (e andrebbe benissimo) se i prezzi fossero equiparati e le porzioni più abbondanti. Rapporto qualità prezzo decisamente squilibrato. I piatti arrivano freddi e anche questo non depone a favore. Il personale è decisamente affabile e disponibile, ma sul resto c'è ancora molto lavoro da fare.

20/02/2025: Ieri sera ho avuto piacere di cenare con alcuni amici al Deba sushi. Il locale ci ha davvero sorpreso per la qualità e l’originalità dei piatti. Sin dall’ingresso, l’atmosfera è risultata accogliente ed elegante, con un design moderno ma senza eccessi. Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile nel consigliarci le specialità della casa. Sushi eccellente, abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente gli abbinamenti creativi proposti dallo chef. In definitiva, una cena tra amici perfetta, in un ristorante che riesce a distinguersi per qualità e creatività. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

02/02/2025: Il locale è semplice e senza pretese, camerieri preparati e gentili. Cibo fresco, abbondante e servizio veloce. Una pecca però è la mancanza del menù da poter visionare completo di prezzi... l'ho chiesto, ma non ce l'hanno..... imperdonabile!!!!! È un diritto del cliente sapere cosa scegliere senza tenere in memoria disordinatamente un po' tutto e poi.....i prezzi devono essere visibili. Per questo do solo 3 stelle.
