13/03/2026: I've been there for dinner with my husband and friends several times now, and I've always had a great time. The fish and pizza are excellent. The owners are very kind and helpful.

08/03/2026: At first glance, great restaurant! Friendly staff. On closer inspection, the tablecloth was dirty; they'd simply placed a clean one over it. Dust was almost everywhere. The chair covers were dirty. The wine glass was dirty. The water glass was dirty. The food was good. The pasta was a bit too "aldente." The fish was still very cold on one side, as if it had been frozen; upon closer inspection, it was still raw. Our complaint was met with a brief apology, but with the lingering feeling that it didn't matter because we were just passing through. One could overlook the fish if everything else were better. I wouldn't go back! My advice: replace the cleaning staff. Wear matching shirts. Throw away the broken plates. And it's better to wait two minutes longer for fresh food than to be served undercooked dishes too quickly. Last but not least, a guest is a guest! Both travelers and those staying overnight! (Unfortunately, not everything was photographed.)

19/02/2026: I loved everything about this Hotel! The service, the rooms- which were impeccably appointed, the pools and the spa were all wonderful! I highly recommend!

15/12/2025: We spent 2 days there with our two kids. The building is very modern but with a touch of traditional architecture. Rooms immensely big, curated in every detail. The spa is well curated and clearly divided between family and adults only area. Food is good (we dined in the no-star restaurant), perhaps a bit overpriced. The staff is simply amazing. They are very discrete, but always smiling and willing to help you. The service deserves 6 stars.

14/03/2026: Pizza descriptions don't always match what's actually served, but the pizza is always excellent. Good service, short waits even with reservations. I'll definitely be back.

21/12/2025: In a part of Bolzano that experienced unregulated urban development in the 1950s and 1960s, an Art Nouveau building was spared. Its ground floor, formerly a bar and then a pub, has been converted into this intimate, well-appointed, and quiet restaurant. The food is good, and when I visited, it leaned toward traditional Roman cuisine. The service is provided by a mature couple, whose demeanor reflects extensive experience in the sector, but perhaps also a lackluster enthusiasm.

18/03/2026: I hope it was just a bad day... I chose the restaurant based on the menu options I'd read on the website, but once I sat down, I was told three times that the dish wasn't available. In the end, disheartened, I had to settle for the usual Milanese cutlet. There was something "good" there, but it wasn't on the menu. The website is inviting, but it's a shame it's only in the photos, but I can say I'm still craving it.

06/10/2025: Very rude owners. When we entered, they didn't say hello, and when we paid again, they didn't say hello even though the pizzeria was practically empty. The lady just looked at us without making a move. It's a shame because the pizzerias weren't that bad.

26/07/2025: The atmosphere was lovely, with soft lighting and candles lit at the tables. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and the service was impeccable. This restaurant is excellent for romantic dinners. The pizza was also good. In this case, I had spaghetti with fried eggplant in tomato sauce. It was really good. For dessert, I had a chocolate soufflé with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, which was also good. For what I ate, I have to say that the quality/price ratio was fair. I recommend this restaurant.
