A great combination is: Gorgonzola + Buffalo cheese + onions. The atmosphere is cozy and quiet, and the service is quick, friendly, and efficient. Enjoy your meal!
10/05/2026: Terrible experience. We waited an entire hour just for water. As for bread and drinks, we ended up having to get up and get them ourselves because, despite asking, no one would serve us. The icing on the cake: the fried food was burnt. Disorganized service and disappointing food. We won't be back.

02/05/2026: For years, despite the opening of other Neapolitan pizzerias, it remains one of the best in South Tyrol! The fried foods are absolutely top-notch! Unbeatable for crispiness, flavor, and the fact that they're NOT greasy!
01/05/2026: Our visit to this restaurant was unfortunately disappointing.
Food:
The dishes were mostly served cold or only lukewarm. One of the dishes was completely inedible. In addition, there was a hair in the food, which is absolutely unacceptable.
Service:
The service was inconsistent: One waiter was friendly and very attentive, while the waitress was unfortunately extremely slow and inattentive.
Atmosphere:
The ambiance was okay overall, but nothing special.
Other: When we asked for garlic oil, we were simply told that it didn't exist – also disappointing.
Conclusion:
Overall, we unfortunately cannot recommend this restaurant.

29/03/2026: Overpriced, with terrible attitudes from the owners, who are surly, unfriendly, and hasty. To be forgotten.
21/12/2025: In a part of Bolzano that experienced unregulated urban development in the 1950s and 1960s, an Art Nouveau building was spared. Its ground floor, formerly a bar and then a pub, has been converted into this intimate, well-appointed, and quiet restaurant.
The food is good, and when I visited, it leaned toward traditional Roman cuisine.
The service is provided by a mature couple, whose demeanor reflects extensive experience in the sector, but perhaps also a lackluster enthusiasm.

18/03/2026: I hope it was just a bad day... I chose the restaurant based on the menu options I'd read on the website, but once I sat down, I was told three times that the dish wasn't available. In the end, disheartened, I had to settle for the usual Milanese cutlet. There was something "good" there, but it wasn't on the menu. The website is inviting, but it's a shame it's only in the photos, but I can say I'm still craving it.

06/10/2025: Very rude owners.
When we entered, they didn't say hello, and when we paid again, they didn't say hello even though the pizzeria was practically empty.
The lady just looked at us without making a move. It's a shame because the pizzerias weren't that bad.
26/07/2025: The atmosphere was lovely, with soft lighting and candles lit at the tables. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and the service was impeccable. This restaurant is excellent for romantic dinners. The pizza was also good.
In this case, I had spaghetti with fried eggplant in tomato sauce. It was really good. For dessert, I had a chocolate soufflé with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, which was also good.
For what I ate, I have to say that the quality/price ratio was fair.
I recommend this restaurant.

17/09/2025: Fab place, delicious food, great coffee, exceptional service! The warmest and most hospitable restaurant owners we’ve encountered anywhere in Italy, they welcomed us as if we were old dear friends and really made our visit special. We thought the prices were reasonable too, definitely have paid a lot more elsewhere (for food that was nowhere near as delicious!). Wish we were staying locally instead of passing through, so we could come back again! Loved this place.
08/08/2025: We stayed for two days with our children. It's a fully equipped place, with a bar, restaurant, and pizzeria, and beautiful new rooms where nothing is missing. The staff was very courteous, kind, and attentive to everything. They recommended places to visit. We ate very well, the pizzas were delicious, baked in the oven, and the wine was excellent. I can only say that if you pass through Tonara, it's definitely an oasis of peace. We'll be back! Thank you!

04/02/2025: Il locale, situato in una via laterale del centro storico a 5min da piazza Walther, si presenta carino e ben arredato.
Il menù, che varia in base al periodo, propone piatti non strettamente legati alle ricette della tradizione locale.
La carta dei vini è ben fornita, dove, oltre a vini del territorio, è possibile scegliere etichette provenienti da altre zone della penisola.
Il conto leggermente alto rispetto all'offerta della zona.
14/12/2024: Ho avuto il piacere di festeggiare il mio compleanno presso questo locale e devo dire che ne sono rimasto veramente soddisfatto. In primis per la disponibilità del titolare che si è prodigato per perfezionare il menù mettendo anche a disposizione alternative per i vegetariani; poi per tutto il personale che si è dimostrato professionale e molto disponibile ad accontentare varie richieste nel miglior modo possibile, nonostante la tavolata comprendesse un numero abbastanza elevato di invitati e nonostante il resto del ristorante fosse davvero full, insomma una festa come me la ero immaginata. Per quanto riguarda il cibo è stato tutto davvero ottimo, confermato da tutti i commensali compresi i vegetariani. Il conto è stato più che in linea con la qualità del cibo servito. Locale vivamente consigliato e ancora grazie per tutto!
