05/05/2026: Perfect for families. Ten of us went to Uva Bianca, sitting at a single table in the garden. Delicious pizza and superb traditional South Tyrolean dishes. Fast and attentive service, even when the place was packed. The kids enjoyed their meal, and we adults even more so. The price was fair. A top recommendation.

We even had to pay 4 euros for water! The price-performance ratio was unfortunately not satisfactory.
Since everything was so expensive, you naturally expect something great. The food wasn't bad, but the prices were too high.

28/12/2025: A super cozy and family-friendly restaurant; we'll definitely be back next time we're in Ortisei! We enjoyed the pasta, burger, and venison ragout; they have a wide variety of dishes on the menu. The experience was topped off by the super friendly staff and their excellent service! We didn't have a reservation, but a table was set up for us right away... in short, I can only say positive things about this restaurant. 😋 If you're feeling up to it, you can even take a dip in the adjacent pool afterward.😁🏊♀️
27/12/2025: After swimming, we went straight upstairs to eat pizza. The food was very high quality, absolutely delicious, and the service was attentive.
Highly recommended.

11/05/2026: On the positive side, the food quality was good. However, the portions were rather small considering the high price. We had to wait a very long time at the beginning before our order was taken. In our opinion, it's more of a place for Merano's fashionable crowd. If that's your thing, then this is the place for you.

12/04/2026: A lunch booking is a must for great views and food. My friend and I shared the lobster pasta and prawn one (both were cooked perfectly) and we also shared the 1.3kg turbot between the 5 of us which was expensive but good.

11/04/2026: Rude staff. Weren’t patient. No lactose free or sorbet icecream options. They told my wife they won’t take on the “liability” of her lactose intolerance. Not even an allergy, just an intolerance. As a hotel. Unreal. Just go to one of the other places. You’ll have a better experience with less rude staff.

12/05/2026: The staff was friendly. Our dog was also welcome.
We found the ambiance pleasant, but not particularly outstanding. We personally preferred other restaurants. It certainly looks more impressive from the outside than the interior.
The food was okay. The gnocchi were a bit bland, and I personally found the goulash a little too acidic.
Unfortunately, we don't know what the surcharge of almost 4 euros was for. We haven't encountered that at other restaurants.

10/03/2026: I usually only come here for breakfast (I think they have the best croissants in Bolzano, lol). Today I tried lunch and it was a great experience. The service is impeccable despite the place being very busy, the waiters are all friendly, and the food is excellent!
