03/01/2025: The food was absolutely first class! We had the shrimp salad, risotto with octopus, saddle of venison and veal saltimbocca. All dishes were beautifully presented, the meat and fried to perfection. The dessert - fruit sorbet - was also very tasty. Overall we were very satisfied and would love to come back!

02/12/2024: Di passaggio per motivi di lavori, mi sono fermato a cena alla Pizzeria Jolly, ed è stata una vera fortuna. Senza prenotazione, mi hanno trovato un tavolo, servito velocemente, ed ho mangiato pure un'ottima pizza, a prezzo onesto. Bravi. Spero ti poterci tornare .

24/10/2024: Cena con amici. Mangiato sia pizza che primi e secondi di pesce. Tutto molto buono. Buona la pizza, buoni sia spaghetti alle vongole, che insalatone con salmone, branzino e frittura , bella asciutta. Ottimi anche i dolci, tutti della casa. Puntuale e preciso il servizio, cortesia e pulizia. Prezzi nella norma. Sempre una certezza a Salorno!

08/12/2024: It's been a while since I've been seeing him (like 2 years) but he hasn't changed at all, on the contrary!! The quality of the food is always excellent, it's not gourmet cuisine but we really don't need much, for me it's better because there is also quantity in the dishes 👍, you are welcomed with great kindness, friendliness and the service is very professional and also friendly if you want to exchange a joke 😉!! Elegant place, comfortable when sitting at the tables and for a romantic dinner you can't go wrong at all 👩‍❤️‍💋‍👩!! Vast wine cellar and to finish a praiseworthy tiramisu 💣!! Of course it's my personal opinion and everyone has their own tastes and parameters of judgment 🤓 Now that I'm back in Bolzanino, even if I spend "one euro more" I return to frequent it continuously 💯

15/12/2024: **A top culinary address in Merano – the Restaurant Trautmannsdorf** This evening we had the pleasure of dining at the Trautmannsdorf restaurant in Meran and it was an experience that was convincing in every respect. As soon as we entered the restaurant, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly and extremely professional service. The service was attentive and courteous throughout the entire evening and managed to create a warm atmosphere in which you could feel completely comfortable. The evening was an absolute culinary highlight. I chose the grilled beef fillet, which was cooked to perfection. The meat was tender, juicy and perfectly complemented by fresh vegetables and delicate truffles - a combination that made every bite a delight. My wife chose the veal fillet, which was also excellent: buttery tender, aromatic and accompanied by crisp, fresh vegetables that highlighted the quality and care of the cuisine. We also chose a **Cà dei Frati**, which went perfectly with the dishes and rounded off the overall picture with its fresh, fruity notes. The wine not only harmonized perfectly with the food, but also underlined the elegant and sophisticated atmosphere of the evening. In summary, our visit to Trautmannsdorf was an absolute highlight that we can recommend without reservation. The combination of first-class service, exquisite food and a stylish ambience makes this restaurant a real insider tip for anyone who wants to experience culinary highlights in Meran. We'll definitely be back

04/12/2024: Locale molto frequentato, arredo vecchio addobbato con tendoni di dubbio gusto e palle d’orate pendenti dal soffitto. Cibo ben cucinato con prodotti di qualità e con molte proposte fuori menù. Ottima la selezione della cantina vini. Servizio al tavolo scadente. Conto non economico.

21/04/2024: We went yesterday for dinner, through a recommendation, and I must say that they deserve more than 5 stars. Very fresh fish and cooked to perfection. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. The owners are super friendly, I recommend absolutely everything they have on the menu. Congratulations again and obviously I highly recommend 👍🏻

18/04/2024: We went for dinner on a fairly quiet day. I must say that the place is not a passageway but in an internal area. The food was fresh and cooked to near perfection. Excellent value for money. In my opinion they should put a sign on the road to tease anyone passing by that area. Even the sign in front of the restaurant is not clearly visible due to a PVC shed which in my opinion should be replaced with a wooden veranda. The interior is very welcoming but even there the furnishings should be revised a little, perhaps with paintings that recall the sea and not the mountains.

31/12/2024: Ate pizza with friends, everything was excellent, both the service and the pizza, to be returned thanks to all the staff

08/01/2025: Speaking as an expert in the sector and having worked in many leading 5 star hotels, the bar service is totally poor: no greeting at the entrance, the menu is not clear, staff who barely speak correct Italian and concentrate on talking to each other them and not to follow the customers, multiple attentions to their colleague the pianist (who consumes at the bar for free) at the end of the shift and is treated better than a paying customer, incompetent barman. Despite the complaints, no step back and a very grumpy attitude: no proposal to speak to a superior saying that he has never had any problems despite the menu not being truthful, almost a scam. Bar completely not recommended and unacceptable service from a hotel that is still considered (unfortunately) of this caliber. never again

08/01/2025: we were external to the bar of the apenroyal, despite being a leading hotel the standards were not respected in the slightest: rude staff counting the money while there were customers waiting to order, at the reception no one said "good evening", the menu is old and the price you pay does not correspond to what is written. I don't understand why we still have the term Leading Hotel, an experience to forget and which I won't do again. I speak as an expert in the sector, now I understand why the bar is empty

18/11/2024: Appena entrata ho chiesto se c'erano alternative senza glutine, il cameriere si è innervosito tantissimo, pizza da quello che mi hanno detto buona, io riso in bianco perché non si poteva mettere niente sopra visto che non era previsto nel menù, il locale è molto freddo l, abbiamo mangiato con la giacca, sicuramente non tornerò
