12/05/2024: In my opinion we often exaggerate what we have eaten! Almost 200 euros for a small platter and 4 first courses, plus the truffle tagliolini only tasted like butter. They really could do better!

04/05/2024: I was here with my girlfriend, we ordered two first courses: I a tagliolini with truffle (nothing special, edible), while my partner ordered the fresh pasta with duck ragout, very good at first glance, but unfortunately the situation it turned negatively as soon as we returned home and during the journey: nausea and diarrhea. Food poisoning . Be careful what you offer your customers to eat, especially these preparations based on wild meat, which require long cooking to kill the bacteria present.

02/05/2024: Had dinner with friends the other evening after many years... Personally I wasn't completely satisfied, the seafood risotto was very salty although it would have been good with just enough salt, the spaghetti allo scoglio tasted by a friend were soaked in oil as was unfortunately the fried seafood (frozen and very very chewy) composed mainly of squid (there must have been 2 prawns not even cleaned). Normal service, retro atmosphere, sometimes rude staff. Who knows, maybe something has changed in the current management......

30/12/2023: Oramai è una continua sorpresa mista a certezze. Una insalata di astice per iniziare che con sommo stupore mi ha aperto lo stomaco in attesa di un piatto che non aver mai assaggiato: orecchiette con cime di rapa e gamberi. Ho optato poi per un antipasto di secondo capesante con fois gras e pan brioche. Il tutto bagnato con un ottimo champagne Rosso Veneziano. Il servizio eccellente e Davide un degno padrone di casa.

22/02/2024: Saturday at dinner... as soon as we arrived the waitress welcomed us with the list of things they DIDN'T HAVE!... No tuna... No prawns... no salmon... No tartare etc.... They served a table evidently friends of the owner, long before us even if they arrived after us. They didn't even ask us if we wanted wine. The table they sat us at was exactly 50 × 60 cm... smaller than a bar table. The waitress served with a smug and very presumptuous air. Not at all friendly. An experience not to be repeated at all. I absolutely don't recommend. They give us much better places in the center of Pistoia.

26/01/2024: I had been here other times, as a lover of oriental food (in my opinion it offers the best uramaki in Pistoia). This time I left more space for the second soul of the restaurant, the more Mediterranean one, and it was definitely worth it. I found the passion that the young and promising Chef shows in describing his proposals in the dishes. In addition to the tempura, we took two fish first courses which gave us mixes of innovative flavours, fresh and intense at the same time, but never invasive. See you soon!

21/02/2024: Historic place in the city, where you only eat fish. The menu offers a selection of appetizers, offered in the crudité or cooked version; three first courses (prawn dumplings, fish ravioli, tagliolini with clams and bottarga); baked fish and Catalan shellfish as second courses. We have always opted for the crudité as a starter and followed by a first course. The quality of the raw material is excellent. The fish is served simply but is eaten with great pleasure. The same goes for the first courses, all very good. The only thing to improve is the choice of desserts, which is currently rather limited. Adequate account.
