13/10/2024: Après avoir arpenté en vélo par une belle matinée très ensoleillée, une partie de l’île, nous sommes arrivés pour déjeuner. Le patron a accepté volontiers de nous accueillir dans la salle intérieure n’ayant plus de places à l’ombre en terrasse. Les plats choisis étaient copieux et succulents. La pizza « Valery » fut une surprise très agréable : garnie à souhait et délicieuse, jamais vue ailleurs.De plus, le patron nous a apporté gracieusement un plat de spaghettis au pesto, un délice. Nous recommandons vivement de vous arrêter en ce lieu.

18/09/2024: Durante il giro dell isola di Lipari in scooter, ci siamo fermati a pranzo in questo ristorante presente lungo la strada che porta a Lipari. È stata una ottima scelta, poca varietà di primi ma squisiti, preparati sicuramente al momento. Optato per maccheroni della casa (non i soliti maccheroni commerciali) ma pasta medio lunga , e casarecci: porzioni abbondanti servite in un caratteristico piatto a ciotola, ottimo vino della casa. Prezzi sotto la media dell isola (primi dai 12 ai 16 euro). Consigliato.

24/12/2024: si tratta di un ristorante che mantiene la tradizione dell'isola e introduce novità che non alterano la qualità dei prodotti del territorio. avevamo 3 cene a disposizione, le abbiamo con soddisfazione passate da Maria Tindara.

13/10/2024: In a region that has great food everywhere, Maria Tindara’s restaurant, perched up on the mesa and away from the hassle and bustle of the port, was a great find. Three generations of hosts have welcomed travelers for decades. The food is excellent — a mix of fresh local produce and delicious culinary tradition. Good wine list. Attentive service, a beautiful outdoor area overlooking a lush garden lush. A treat to be repeated. They run a shuttle service to/from the port, if you arrange in advance. Reservations are recommended if you are visiting off season.

31/12/2024: Ristorante di alto livello, tra i migliori da annoverare. Eccellente in termini di servizio, cura del dettaglio, tradizione mediterranea, alta qualità delle materie prime e innovazione/ricerca. Pochi piatti ma ognuno intriso di racconto, storia, esperienze, territorio. Dario Altamore

23/09/2024: Esperienza che ha confermato le aspettative Pochi fronzoli ma tanta qualità delle materie prime ed ottima esecuzione dei piatti. Servizio formale ma professionale con la giusta attenzione all’ospite.

01/10/2024: Fantastic food with very, very lovely owner. We had two pasta dishes, both of which were really tasty. Priced like all other pasta dishes in Sicily between 15-20 euros. Any time :)

24/09/2024: Definitely not my kind of food, although my friends said they enjoyed their meals. Friendly, positive atmosphere and affable service. There was a bit of confusion with the final bill, which started at €482, went down to €387 (after reconsidering the dishes as part of the daily menu offer, as they were initially ordered) and then to €357 (when using a calculator to add it all up). We had a lot of fun otherwise. The restaurant was recommended by a local and we were lucky to get seats without prior reservation.

16/10/2024: In attesa della mia vacanza nelle Isole Eolie ero in cerca di consigli su ristoranti dove trovare qualità ad una cifra giusta. L'albergatore dell' Hotel Villa Diana mi ha consigliato E Puledra ed io ne sono rimasta veramente felice e soddisfatta. Il ristorante è molto bello, un giardino che non ti aspetti curato nei minimi dettagli che ti fa respirare aria siciliana in ogni dettaglio. Proprietari e cameriere gentilissimi e professionali. Cibo delizioso, ingredienti di prima qualità, porzioni per me abbondanti, esecuzione perfetta. Vino servito a temperatura. La guancia di vitello con caponatina mi ha conquistata. Dopo vari pranzi e cene fallimentari, da E Pulera ho trovato ciò che davvero meritava di essere provato, gustato e apprezzato.

29/09/2024: Es ist ein sehr hübsches Lokal mit toller Chefin Gutes Essen, gute Pasta und Branzino Sehr köstliche Nachspeisen Waren gleich zweimal dort🌈
