20/07/2025: We dined at Sal8 and I was delighted with the welcome and hospitality of the staff. The food is divinely good, the staff attentive and French-speaking, and the atmosphere is relaxed. I recommend it without reservation. Bravo to the entire team.

19/07/2025: It's not just a restaurant, it's an experience. Exceptional dishes with indescribable flavors. Excellent service: attentive, but never intrusive. The welcome glass of wine was much appreciated. The appetizer, in my opinion, captured the original essence of this restaurant: intriguing combinations, sensational textures, and flavors you can't understand until you try them. We live in Lombardy, but we hope to be able to return specifically to eat at this special place once again. Congratulations and thank you for everything.

14/09/2025: We really liked this restaurant! The food was really tasty, and the prices were surprisingly affordable - you don't feel like you're in a "cheap" place, on the contrary, the atmosphere and quality are more reminiscent of a good, high-end restaurant. The area is very beautiful, the atmosphere is calm, quiet and pleasant. The waiters were attentive, spoke a little English, and the owner himself even asked the guests if they liked everything - it's clear that he is present in the life of the restaurant and pays attention to details. We tried only two items from the menu, but they were so delicious that we immediately wanted to order everything else. So we took mixes to try different dishes - and it was the right decision. A separate plus is the prices: for example, Aperol here costs only 6 euros, while in Italy in most restaurants it costs from 8. Overall, the impression was the best: delicious, beautiful, cozy, soulful and very affordable. We will definitely come back again!

13/09/2025: Amazing place! The location and views are stunning, staff is extremely professional, helpful and engaged in their job. The manager is also super friendly and made us feel welcome. This is the best restaurant I ate in while in Sicily. Definitely recommend going. The prices are good and the quality of food is very high. The restaurant offers free starters with the local olive oil. This is a must visit place! You can park your car on the street just in front of the restaurant.

12/09/2025: My partner and I visited this restaurant on September 10th and had a wonderful time. Our table overlooked a spectacular view of the valley, which made the dinner even more enjoyable. The staff was very kind, professional, and friendly, making us feel immediately at ease. The food was truly amazing: from the main courses to the desserts, everything was carefully prepared and tasted impeccably. The quality/price ratio was also excellent. I highly recommend this place, whether for a romantic dinner or a pleasant evening with friends.

28/08/2025: Very disappointed with this restaurant: We wanted to order seafood pasta with squid ink, but they were out of squid ink. So they made us the dish without squid ink (at the same price, of course), and the dish arrived: 3 mussels, 2 cockles, and 3 tiny shrimp! Absurd... (18 or 19 euros per plate). What's more, there were 5 of us at the table, and we all had to order the same pasta because otherwise we wouldn't be able to eat together! 🤔 And finally, when the bill came, a "tax" of 2.5 euros per place was added! (We had been on the island for a week, and we hadn't yet been charged this tax). All in all, a very disappointing restaurant for us.

16/08/2025: We stayed here during our stay in Lampedusa in early August. The food and flavor combinations were excellent, and the staff were very welcoming. We were looking for alternatives besides fish, and here we found a variety of options and enjoyed a superb cheese platter with jams! We liked it so much that we returned twice during our vacation! The only downside is that the outdoor seating is unfortunately on the roadside, so it gets crowded with cars and scooters, but alas, this is a common problem for local restaurants.

10/08/2025: A very quaint outdoor table for two. The quality of the dishes is unquestionable: everything is top-notch. We started with "bombette" (actually arancini) with seafood and zucchini. Very special. We continued with amberjack tartare with Smith apples, truly divine. Recommended more for an aperitif than for dinner, as there are no main courses like pasta or second courses. In any case, highly recommended.

29/08/2025: Had a bad experience here 2 years ago. Maybe it was the yeast, but I had a bad night visiting the bathroom a few times. To give it credit, I had a takeout recently which was fine after. Maybe it was just that one bad pizza. But I guess we all have to take our chances!

25/07/2025: This place is truly extraordinary! The food is diverse and delicious, and everything is impeccably clean. We stayed in a spacious apartment that was perfect for our family. I can't express enough gratitude to the staff at the kids' club; they provided exceptional care for our child. Our daughter particularly adored the woman in the photo—she formed a wonderful bond with her and eagerly looked forward to visiting the kids' club every day. It was a fantastic experience for all of us!

15/08/2025: We had dinner on a Saturday... a pleasant family evening, beautifully decorated with a splendid terrace overlooking the valley and the sea. The place presents itself as a high-quality pizzeria restaurant... appropriate tablecloths, comfortable chairs, and excellent taste in the decor. The food is excellent, without surprises, with excellent toppings for the high-quality pizzas, cooked to perfection. The desserts deserve special mention. At the end of the meal, the very kind owner offered a bitter coffee and an after-dinner drink.

12/08/2025: We will be going on holiday again very soon, and only since 2015, because we go every year, truly a corner of paradise, where you can disconnect from the world, and spend days of complete relaxation, fun, we will gain a few kilos, because the food is excellent, the staff are all family, and always, I mean always, available for all our requests, we have always been more than well, very clean rooms, top air conditioning, excellent comfort.... see you soon we are coming.... I take this opportunity to say hello to Michele and Piero not only the owners, but for us they are part of our family

19/03/2025: Pearl hotel restaurant in the middle of a gray sea... spectacular place. Beautiful design, splendid color combinations, excellent lounge music in the background, attentive as well as fast room service and very refined cuisine. I think that in Favara it is useless to look for better. Prices a little above the average for the place, but fully justified. Excellent

20/08/2025: Ordered 2 pizzas for home delivery, at 8:30 PM they told us they would arrive at 9:15 PM, at 10:30 PM they delivered the pizzas even with the wrong ingredients. I promised myself I wouldn't buy anything from them again because the same situation happened three years ago. IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO MANAGE BOOKINGS, you should leave it alone and not fool people. I understand that every rejected order is a waste of money, but for you it's not an exception, it's the rule. The fooling is what bothers you the most. We called the restaurant and they promised us every 20 minutes that the pizzas were already out for delivery, trying to block the order if it hadn't already been fulfilled. PEOPLE ARE TOO SMART and greedy.

19/08/2025: A pizza to forget. I ordered a "bufalina" pizza... too bad instead of buffalo mozzarella they used that horrible pre-made product that they don't even use in pizzerias abroad anymore. Besides, I paid for a pizza with buffalo mozzarella and not pre-made product, which costs less. Luckily, I'm not allergic to lactose, since buffalo mozzarella is recommended for those with allergies, whereas with pre-made product I would have felt sick. It's unfair to deceive a customer like this. When I got home, I realized they'd sold me a pizza that with that pre-made product becomes hard, heavy, and inedible. But how can you use pre-made product in Italy? Everyone only uses fresh mozzarella these days... and above all, how can you think you can get away with it? Buffalo mozzarella has a texture, delicacy, and flavor that have nothing to do with your pre-made product. Final rating: zero.
