17/11/2025: In nomen omen. We went there on the first evening of our vacation, right after arriving in Calasetta. At the end of our vacation, it was definitely our best place. The food was truly excellent, well-prepared and beautifully presented. Unfortunately, the tuna tartare was already sold out, and I recommend showing up early if you want to try it. We consoled ourselves with a lovely, freshly seared grilled belly that, months later, I still dream about. Otherwise, everything else was decidedly top-notch.

22/05/2026: We had an incredible tuna carpaccio. It was simply unbelievably delicious. I eat out often and a lot, but this was truly Michelin-star quality. The suckling pig was tender and beautifully presented on the mashed potatoes – tender and incredibly tasty. If you're ever in the area, definitely stop by and prepare to be amazed!

13/05/2026: And this is the second time we've had dinner there, everything was perfect, the waiters were good and well-prepared, the owner Antonello makes you feel welcomed, wanted and cared for as if you were at home, the service is impeccable, the menu is varied and complete, the dishes were delicious, the tuna tartare and the carpaccio were excellent like everything else, the place is super refined, thanks for everything, we will definitely be back.

15/03/2026: We had lunch at Oasi, intrigued by the positive reviews, but we really can't explain why. Let's start by saying that I'm not in the habit of writing negative reviews, but it's only right to offer a few tips for those who spend little time in Carloforte. We had a mix of appetizers, including a hard octopus salad, a vegetable and tuna caponata (I think it was tuna because the flavor was unrecognizable), which was obviously reheated, a tuna mousse, and some frozen tuna with Tropea onions. They looked like they'd just been taken out of the fridge, inedible! A tartare that looked fresh but had no connection with its seasonings. The man at the restaurant was kind, no complaints, but the quality was terrible!

17/11/2025: This restaurant overlooks Calasetta's main road, with a holiday atmosphere, a pleasant buzz of customers, and attentive yet very friendly and approachable staff, who served us professionally and quickly despite the busy schedule. We had a very good meal, obviously seafood-focused, though perhaps a bit pricey for the type and portions. Definitely one of the best we've had this summer.

17/05/2026: We each ordered one main course (primi) and it was delicious. The portions were generous and the flavor was excellent. The waitress was friendly, and the service was quick and efficient. I recommend it!

28/04/2026: We went last night and had appetizers, first courses, and second courses: everything was delicious! The lady who served us was really kind and the staff was generally very friendly. Fast service and excellent food. Prices were good and average. We'll definitely be back!

29/04/2026: The restaurant was very well-maintained, as was the service from a young woman and a young man who looked after us throughout the rest of the meal. I chose the breaded swordfish fillet (see photo), and I must say I was a bit disappointed. The fish flavor was too overpowering, so it tasted like a cutlet. Not bad, but I expected something more. The other two people I had lunch with chose the tuna alla carlofortina and grilled corvina fillet, both excellent. Next, they had a mille-feuille with a pistachio cream. It was recommended to me by the property where I'm staying, both for the excellent quality of the food and for the food inside (there's no specific sign outside, it just says "restaurant"); the window display was very inviting. I'd recommend it too!

25/05/2026: Average restaurant (it feels like a trattoria), but the prices are definitely too high for the quality and presentation of the food. An unassuming place for a seaside location, not very welcoming. The staff is friendly but not always professional. Too bad.
