The added value of this restaurant is the wait staff: young, super-efficient, and professional, whose kindness and courtesy aren't just superficial, but, in my opinion, stem from a desire to do their job well. This world still has hope! Back to the menu....Fregola with shellfish....amazing!

07/07/2026: Highly recommended restaurant; the seafood dishes are excellent. I had the fregola allo scoglio, the swordfish rolls, and a portion of grilled vegetables. All three dishes were meticulously prepared and presented. I also really enjoyed the carasau bread, which they offered. The place is very charming, and the staff is very courteous and polite. I'm very satisfied; I'll definitely be back. Thank you for everything, and see you next time.

05/07/2026: Suffice it to say that since we discovered it, unfortunately near the end of our holiday, we've been there 4 times. The staff are incredibly friendly, the food is truly top-notch, and the prices are super fair. Glad to have discovered you. Keep it up, you're truly amazing. ❤️ See you next year❤️

09/06/2026: We stumbled upon the L'Oasi restaurant by chance while strolling through Carloforte. We were looking for a selection of traditional dishes, but also original, and here we found them ☺️! The octopus appetizer on a bed of flavored mashed potatoes was unforgettable: one of the best we've ever eaten. For our first courses, we chose the Carlofortino pastry and a dish of the day: fregola with grouper. Spectacular. We finished with the tuna belly 🐟, which we really enjoyed. The courtesy and professionalism of the staff, as well as the elegant and original atmosphere, truly made the lunch perfect. Thank you, we'll definitely be back!

24/07/2026: We had dinner here twice during our stay, and it was excellent both times! The atmosphere is warm, relaxed, and welcoming, right in the heart of Buggerru. The food is delicious, the portions are generous, and the prices are very reasonable. One thing that made this restaurant truly special for me was that they offer gluten-free pasta, which can be difficult to find. Marta was absolutely wonderful—she speaks English, was incredibly kind and attentive, and was constantly making sure every guest was well looked after. She even offered me gluten-free bread without me having to ask, which I really appreciated. The homemade desserts are fantastic. We tried the Crème Brûlée and the Ricotta with strawberries, and both were absolutely delicious. We also loved the spring salad, the appetizers, and everything else we ordered. A big thank you to Marta and the whole team for making us feel so welcome. We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Buggerru!
