27/10/2024: I stumbled upon Lavori in Corso with colleagues after a workday nearby, and we were all pleasantly surprised by the excellent food quality. Each dish was clearly prepared with passion and high-quality ingredients, giving a true taste of Sardinian tradition. The restaurant itself is small, but if you’re lucky enough to find a spot, you’re in for a genuinely enjoyable experience. The menu is limited, yet it offers something for various tastes, which adds to the charm. The only reason I’m not giving a full five stars is a slight rigidity from the kitchen with small requests – they stick closely to the menu, even for minor adjustments or combining appetizers onto a shared platter. Despite this, I highly recommend it; it’s one of those unexpected finds that adds so much to Italian dining tradition.

The atmosphere is unique: stone walls, medieval decorations with attention to the smallest details and soft lighting that makes everything even more evocative. The staff is highly trained, helpful and always kind, ready to recommend the best of the menu. A detail that particularly struck me was the bathroom, a real highlight. Here, toothpaste, deodorant, hand cream and many other useful products are available to customers that make anyone feel at ease, like at home. A restaurant that I highly recommend to everyone, both for the quality of the food and the attention to the customer. Congratulations to the staff for the excellent service! 03/11/2024: What can I say...excellent seafood starters: mussels, tuna, monkfish, octopus salad, mixed smoked seafood and fish fritters...delicious seafood couscous, like spaghetti with clams...an excellent restaurant to celebrate my dad (93 years old).. Totino and his son Stefano make you feel at home, kind and professional...it's a shame because we weren't able to eat the second course...we were already full from the goodies brought...thank you so much Joseph

A bottle of water and a juice placed on the table from 8am (with 30 degrees in the shade). So forget about the classic abundant buffet breakfast. In addition to this, we had the unhealthy idea of ​​taking a PLATTER OF CURED MEATS AND CHEESES, note the plural, we received a plate with pieces of cheese cut at random, accompanied by mortadella cut in the same way, price of the platter? €20 TWENTY EUROS. I can't imagine what they would have given us for dinner if we had stayed there. Really a shame, the place is really beautiful.

03/04/2025: We were in Carlforte on a spring day and walking through the streets of the center we noticed this place where we stopped to read the menu which was very inviting, we were immediately welcomed by the owner who explained the menu to us a little and then seated us. Varied menu with a wide choice of typical local dishes and wines, the food was delicious and the portions generous, excellent service and very good value for money.
