10/08/2025: Great, charming, well decorated hotel; perfect location for the old city, the train and bus station; friendly and helpful staff. Our room was comfortable, spotless and quiet. Good breakfast and we enjoyed the displays of the vintage toys displayed on the staircase. Because it is located in the city there is no parking available at the hotel itself but they have a limited amount of discount vouchers for the nearby secure car park (call ahead, perhaps) - otherwise, as we did, you have to pay the full amount, 1.80 euros/hr. A free car park is a little further away but it’s not secure so don’t leave anything visible in the car.

05/08/2025: We stayed at this hotel for a few days. I can't recommend it enough. Everything was fantastic, and we thank the staff for their extraordinary hospitality.🫶

15/08/2025: We had lunch there one afternoon. We had the meat platter for two for €40. Nothing to complain about, very good meat, large quantity, and good accompaniment. We recommend it.

15/08/2025: After eating tuna as an appetizer, I had a severe headache and redness all over my body. The tuna wasn't well preserved. I don't recommend it.

26/08/2025: Unfortunately, the evening was terrible. There were a lot of us, a beautiful table of 20 people. We arrived at 8:30 PM, ordered by 9:00 PM, and so far so good. They brought us drinks and then... waiters absent. The first pizza arrived at 11:00 PM. In addition to the pizzas, we ordered 3 dishes: "arugula and parmesan," "cotoletta e patatine," and "spaghetti allo scoglio." These 3 arrived after 11:00 PM. The cotoletta had a nice hair stuck in the breading. We called the waiter to take the plate back, very politely and without being noticed by other customers (a hair is never a nice sight, it can happen). The waiter took the plate, "Excuse me," then came back and said: "Anyway, the chefs wear headphones, so the hair is definitely yours, but we're doing it again!" HOW DARE YOU? Do you think we're starving at 11:30 PM and we're playing these games? If it had been mine or my sister's, I would have taken it away and eaten it. (Luckily, another polite waiter brought the dish and apologized.) The spaghetti with seafood was VERY SALTY, absolutely awful, I'll never regret it again! It was almost midnight, probably because they were closing. They didn't even ask if we wanted dessert, TERRIBLE! If I were the OWNER, I'd take a closer look at the staff, because today you lost 20 customers, and you know, customers are what keep the business going... Obviously, I don't recommend this place for the food or the service. As for the pizzas, they're good, but if you want to eat at a decent time, book at 7:00 PM and especially not for groups of more than 6 people.

09/07/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absoluter Geheimtipp in der Nähe von Cagliari! Wir waren richtig begeistert! Das Restaurant war ein echter Insider – keine Touri-Falle, sondern ein Ort, an dem scheinbar nur Einheimische essen. Genau das hat es so besonders gemacht. Das Essen war durchweg fantastisch: Ich hatte Spaghetti mit Meeresfrüchten – super frisch, perfekt gewürzt und richtig lecker. Dazu zwei Pizzen, die dünn, knusprig und geschmacklich top waren. Und als krönenden Abschluss gab’s Tiramisu – eines der besten, das ich je gegessen habe! Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist unschlagbar: Wir haben zu dritt gegessen, wirklich reichlich, und am Ende gerade mal 60 Euro bezahlt. Dazu konnten wir noch gemütlich Fußball schauen – eine entspannte, lebendige Atmosphäre, ohne dass es laut war. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Man hat sich sofort willkommen gefühlt. Fazit: Wer in der Nähe von Cagliari ist, sollte sich dieses Restaurant nicht entgehen lassen. Authentisch, lecker, günstig – einfach ein Volltreffer!

04/06/2025: Siamo atterrati ad ora di pranzo e avevo bisogno di un ristorante vicino dove mangiare veloce! Direi perfetto, a 10 min da Elmas e con un menu ricco! Posizionato in una zona periferica della città, pieno di operai del posto (buon segno) siamo stati accolti da una ragazza gentilissima! Le ho detto che mia figlia era celiaca e l ha subito messa a suo agio! Le ha portato le patate al forno e risottino ai frutti di mare oltre che a pane gluten free! Noi abbiamo preso un tonno con cipolla buonissimo e a seguire una frittura e un primo! Tutto buono!

23/07/2025: If you don't have your own way in, you're left out. I'm a tourist from the States, how do I bring ramp from home? By plane? Why don't you get a job for a good entrance? I'm not saying it's a good place in 2025. If you want, I'll eat like a dog on the street. Terrible.

L arredamento dell interno è bello e colorato , compreso il bagno super arredato per Natale..ma ovviamente abbiamo mangiato nei tavoli esterni.. 12/07/2025: We had the great honor of dining at this magnificent restaurant for several evenings, the only one in Villasimius that offers a sunset view of the sea right from the beach. The products they serve are fresh; the mixed raw fish was exceptional, as was our catch of the day. The waitress helped us choose wine from the extensive list, and with her excellent knowledge of food and wine, she explained the various pairings and accompaniments, something we've never encountered in Villasimius, as we are great wine lovers. This restaurant is top-notch; we paid a fair price for what we ate and the service was impeccable. We'll be back in September.

11/07/2025: Excellent quality, fantastic location, especially for dinner; we ate here for lunch. Prices are high and portions are small. There's a cover charge. A full meal, from appetizer to dessert, costs at least €100 per person. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

17/08/2025: Terrible service, inattentive, disorganized, and rambling. An exhausting wait for dishes that were below average. We waited forever for a dish after everyone else had finished theirs, with no apologies, and not even a glass of water offered for our inattention. A no.

13/08/2025: The dishes we ordered were excellent! Grouper with mussel sauce and potatoes, and the other was well-cooked steak with salad. The service was unbeatable. Great live music. We highly recommend it! The price-quality ratio is superb.

26/08/2025: A lovely, family-friendly setting right on the beach. Excellent pizza, even though the oven isn't a traditional wood-fired one... I highly recommend it.

23/08/2025: We stopped with the family for a pizza. It was light, delicate, and very tasty, with lactose-free mozzarella available. They have many desserts, but we preferred their artisanal gelato, which was truly excellent. The staff is friendly and polite, and they served us promptly, despite our 20-minute delay. The place is simple but modern. The only flaw, though not their fault, is the smell of sewage. Prices are in line.

11/08/2025: We were there last Saturday. Nice place, plenty of tables, open, clean, welcoming, good service, great atmosphere. It's the perfect location for a nice evening. Excellent food. Go there... a good choice. You have to book to be seated.

28/07/2025: I return every year; it's one of those places that feels a little like home. The atmosphere is relaxed, the staff always friendly and never intrusive. The aperitif is top-notch (try the Gin Basil Smash, Alberto is a guarantee), and the seafood is truly special: Gianna and Federico turn out dishes that never disappoint. Octopus tempura and tuna tataki deserve a standing ovation. And Roberto's pizza? So good, you'll want another one right away. A place that stays in your heart. If you're in the area, treat yourself.

28/07/2025: Ci torno ogni anno, è uno di quei posti che senti un po’ casa. L’atmosfera è rilassata, il personale sempre gentile e mai invadente. Aperitivo top (provate il Gin Basil Smash, Alberto è una garanzia), e la cucina di pesce è davvero speciale: Gianna e Federico sfornano piatti che non deludono mai. Polpo in tempura e tataki di tonno da standing ovation. E la pizza di Roberto? Talmente buona che ne vorresti subito un’altra. Un posto che resta nel cuore. Se siete in zona, fatevi un regalo.

29/07/2025: Ottimo posto, atmosfera e cibo. Ci siamo sentiti a nostro agio, la pizza era ottima e mi è piaciuta la possibilità di avere il posto sollevato per ammirare le saline.

13/07/2025: Ho cenato con amici sabati sera, non conoscevo il locale che a primo acchito mi è piaciuto molto, ci hanno fatto accomodare al tavolo ed abbiamo dato l’ordinazione ad una giovane cameriera molto gentile e sorridente, fin qui tutto bene… Dopo più di un’ora le nostre pizze non erano ancora arrivate e quando finalmente ce le hanno portate abbiamo notato che su tre mancava qualche ingrediente, le noci su una e la grana sulla parmigiana era talmente poca che non si sentiva neanche il sapore. Le melanzane erano completamente crude, ed anche l’impatto lo era! Sicuramente non riescono a gestire le ordinazioni perché intorno a noi c’erano solo tavoli di persone che attendevano di mangiare spazientiti… Non tornerò di sicure, anche l’atmosfera non mi è piaciuta c’era molto chiasso ed inoltre ci cadeva sui vestiti (ovviamente da lavare) la fuliggine del forno perché la copertura è fatta di canne… Terribile esperienza

15/07/2025: A VERY disappointing experience. When I ordered ARTISAN spaghetti...with fish and lime...I was greeted with spaghetti that was nothing artisanal at all, with clams, bottarga, and tomato. I called the lady back and she took the dish back to the kitchen...too bad a colleague arrived and shamelessly told me the kitchen was closed at 10:20 PM...then he handed me the dish I DIDN'T order. Now...it's not about the 3 euro difference, because I won't become poor and they won't become rich, but the absurd thing was this blame game. Please: don't behave like this with tourists: act like a gentleman and, above all, be competent...all you had to do was admit your mistake right away. Never again!! I forgot: the rubber octopus appetizer...try it before it comes out.

15/07/2025: A very quiet and relaxing hotel. The gardens and pool are very well maintained. The included breakfast was quite good. The room was very simple, with narrow beds and just the right size. It's more like a hostel, but everything was very clean and tidy.
