29/10/2025: This seafood restaurant is highly recommended online and by acquaintances, but it's a bit overrated. The appetizers were plentiful, but, aside from the octopus, they were mediocre. The tomato flavor of the fregola pasta overpowered the seafood. The service was quick, but the interior was very crowded and noisy.

25/10/2025: We had lunch here and I can't understand the rave reviews, but everyone has their own tastes. They begged us for appetizers: we were served a sardine (half each) and a first course that left us wanting. Terrible value for money. As they say: we've put a stop to it! NEVER AGAIN.

Excellent for breakfasts with a wide selection of pastries (including vegan) and super quick and affordable lunches, but above all, GOOD!! The staff makes you feel at home in a family environment, I go back whenever I can 🫶🏽

15/12/2025: Excellent spaghetti with clams and roasted cuttlefish. The mussels in white sauce are the best I've tasted in recent years. The food is good, which is why we'll be back. The only flaw is the service; they seem listless, and the bathroom door needs to be repaired ASAP because it can't be closed or locked.

08/12/2025: On Saturday evening we went to dinner at this trattoria. I'd been here a while ago... they've been renovating the place for a while now. What can I say... The food is always amazing, the staff always friendly and attentive to every need. Tasty, plentiful dishes... 16/11/2025: Excellent food, beautifully plated, and decent portions. The place wasn't exactly spotless, with a few cobwebs and a bit of a mess near the bathrooms. The bill was fair, prices were average. I should start by saying that the room was empty; there were seven of us. The overall experience would have been more than positive if it hadn't been for the waitress's attitude when I told her we wouldn't be splitting the bill equally, but rather based on our orders. From that moment on, the waitress never left the table, appearing nervous and impatient, seeming annoyed that we were arguing among ourselves and, to boot, meddling in our accounts. This attitude left us very perplexed, ruining the good feeling we were feeling when we left the table. Service: 0. Too bad...

06/11/2025: We stayed in Pula for 3 weeks and had dinner and aperitivi here on a number of occasions. The staff were brilliant, very friendly and we always received a warm welcome. The food was excellent. I would highly recommend, we loved it!

20/12/2025: We chose Antica Hostaria for our company dinner, and the experience was truly excellent in every way. The setting is refined, welcoming, and perfect for large groups, with a pleasant atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The food was excellent: beautifully presented dishes, quality ingredients, and balanced flavors that satisfied everyone. The service deserves special mention: the staff were professional, friendly, and always attentive to the needs of the guests, without ever being intrusive. An absolutely positive experience that we recommend for both business dinners and special occasions. Antonio and Claudio are true professionals. <3 We'll definitely be back! Also recommended for tourists who want to savor the delicacies of Sardinian cuisine.

08/12/2025: We spontaneously decided to eat there in October. We hadn't made a reservation, but since it was already the off-season, they still had a table for us. The owner is very friendly. The service was generally good too. I think because our Italian wasn't very good, they kept their conversation to a minimum. I imagine staff are more communicative when they realize you speak the language. But overall, there's nothing to complain about. The food was absolutely delicious. We'd gladly come back if we're ever in the area again.

05/10/2025: Delicious meal, everything we tried was good. Especially enjoyed the bottarga pasta and mix grill fish. We also tried the Sardinian cheese with honey, tiramisu, and caramelizad pears for dessert and all were amazing.

26/10/2025: Warm welcome and excellent cuisine. We ate a delicious mullet carpaccio with bottarga, followed by black rice with octopus flavored with fish broth. Perfect flavors from start to finish. A lime sorbet to finish. A very generous limoncello spritz. 2 glasses of a local white wine full of character. Everything is just right in the flavors and cooking. All for 70 euros per person, which seemed justified to us.

08/08/2025: Abbiamo soggiornato a Quartu Sant’Elena per una settima e abbiamo cenato in questo ristorante per ben tre volte. Abbiamo sempre mangiato pesce e la qualità dei piatti era veramente altissima. Disponibili molti piatti senza glutine o comunque riadattabili. Il personale era molto attento alla celiachia oltre ad essere molto professionali e simpatici, ma non invadenti. Consigliatissimo!! Piatto secondo me più buono: pasta con astice!

15/10/2025: Locanda di Baccalamanza (wedding on October 10, 2025) We fell in love with Locanda di Baccalamanza as soon as we saw it: we didn't feel the need to look elsewhere, because it was the place we had always imagined. Antonella and Enrico welcomed us with warmth, helpfulness, and rare professionalism, making us immediately feel at home. We chose the carob garden, an intimate and refined location, where the green lawn is illuminated by a thousand strings of light bulbs. The soft lighting and natural elegance of the space created a magical and sophisticated atmosphere. We opted for a modern, lounge style, avoiding traditional static tables, to create a dynamic and youthful reception, just how we wanted it. The staff was impeccable: discreet, attentive, and always smiling. Everyone felt at ease, and every request—even last-minute ones—was met with kindness and precision. A special thanks goes to Antonella, who, with her sensitivity and passion, managed to convey warmth and emotion, making our wedding truly unique and unforgettable.
