04/04/2026: We had an absolutely fabulous meal here. Everything was delicious, the tuna carpaccio, the shrimp with tomatoes and burrata, the swordfish! However, the salmon with a coffee infused sauce was outstanding. Charming little restaurant that we would highly recommend..

22/03/2026: We visited this restaurant a week ago. It's a restaurant for seafood lovers. Excellent quality ingredients, prompt service, and very friendly staff. We'll gladly return. It's located in the historic center of Nardò, so you'll need to park outside the limited traffic zone (ZTL) and then walk there. The restaurant is easily accessible.

10/12/2025: I had lunch with my family on the Feast of the Immaculate Conception. It was a pleasant discovery: excellent food, impeccable service, and a very small and intimate location worth revisiting. Recommended.

27/02/2026: Although the restaurant was full and we arrived without a reservation, they went out of their way to find us a table. Our food was excellent. Everything was fresh and delicious. The waiter was very attentive and gave us great advice. We'll definitely be back.

01/10/2025: One of the best restaurants in the province of Lecce. I've known it for many years, and every time I go, it's always a surprise. It's one of the few that satisfies me in every way. Excellent food, excellent service, and a stunning location.

23/09/2025: I really don't like leaving negative reviews. In fact I never do (truly I'm not just saying this) because I know the effect they can have an a business. However I think people should get a glimpse of the restaurant before coming here to spend a ton of money for subpar quality food. How can you be a in a region with an absolute surplus of olive oil and have food this bland at exorbiant prices. I don't think there was a grain of salt on any dish. It's also criminal to call an appetizer red prawns then get 4 pieces of the tail of a prawn that is barely bigger than a finger nail. I would have also rather been spared the "mixed greens" under my octopus as it was just that. Mixed green with nothing on them and majority of the leaves were rotten. Also a lobster pasta dish in which it requires you to crack your own lobster with your hands? Trying to make food into something "artistic" is the downfall of dining. Put something on the late that is worth eating and priced fairly. 45 minutes between starters and mains is a no for me as well. Rest assured this is an honest review....sadly

07/04/2026: On the plus side, the location in Santa Maria al Bagno is excellent, even though it's on the road and not directly overlooking the sea. Open midweek in low season, and the service is truly excellent. It's a shame about the rest. Unfortunately, the quality-price ratio is decidedly poor. We tried the raw ham, which was quite expensive, but the real problem was the quantity: a sample for two, the smoked salmon from the packets, the cod, and the tuna tartare were quite tasteless. But the first courses were even worse: the seafood pasta was overcooked and salty, truly mediocre, and the clam pasta, although full of clams, was overcooked and tasteless. We didn't try the second courses. It's a shame, we'll hardly return.

05/04/2026: The service is excellent, the food is a treat for your taste buds, plus lots of celebrities have come to eat like Mago Forest, Ficarra and Picone, Alessandro Borghesi and many others. Come to CORALLO, you won't regret it! I recommend the linguine with sea urchins! And the home cooking is excellent! If you're Italian and you're in Santa Maria al Bagno, you absolutely have to come here!

Very beautiful place located on the sea, warm and welcoming location perhaps a little spartan, but delicious and abundant dishes, extensive menu, excellent presentation of the dishes and quality, competent and courteous staff, very fast service. 03/11/2025: La Pergola Restaurant was a real surprise during our stroll through Santa Maria al Bagno. It's centrally located, right on the village square, overlooking the sea. The highlight is undoubtedly the cuisine, which proved to be excellent. You can taste the freshness and quality of the fish, the true star of the menu. 28/10/2025: A very nice restaurant with more than reasonable prices and a warm welcome. The food is very good, very generous, and they accept dogs. I recommend it 👍🏻
