12/10/2025: Everything was delicious, with new but above all authentic flavors. Highly recommended. The new dishes were all delicious. We had the chickpea cream soup with Ionian delights, linguine with Ionian delights, grilled swordfish, and homemade desserts. Fantastic, and we'll definitely be back. Wonderful, attentive service.

01/10/2025: We were here for lunch on a tour. Food was good, but the prawns were excellent!

08/11/2025: Pampered in taste A trendy place for refined palates. Here, the raw ingredients, namely fish, are treated by expert hands. There are no crying kids or running around with strollers or rowdy families, but rather a respect for the taste of connoisseurs. They still have a long way to go, but the base is enormous. I recommend booking, and the GPS to get there is a bit hidden, but it takes you through the beautiful and baroque center of Nardo'. Update 27-08-2025 Update Unfortunately, the good old days are over; they're no longer in the old place, and everything has become more flat. There are no unknown mussels and clams (only mussels from Spain), which is incredible because we're in Salento. My wife wanted to come back because she wanted mussels and clams, and she had to settle for a fast-food rice cake. The menu is a bit limited, probably because times have changed. 01/10/2025: One of the best restaurants in the province of Lecce. I've known it for many years, and every time I go, it's always a surprise. It's one of the few that satisfies me in every way. Excellent food, excellent service, and a stunning location.

23/09/2025: I really don't like leaving negative reviews. In fact I never do (truly I'm not just saying this) because I know the effect they can have an a business. However I think people should get a glimpse of the restaurant before coming here to spend a ton of money for subpar quality food. How can you be a in a region with an absolute surplus of olive oil and have food this bland at exorbiant prices. I don't think there was a grain of salt on any dish. It's also criminal to call an appetizer red prawns then get 4 pieces of the tail of a prawn that is barely bigger than a finger nail. I would have also rather been spared the "mixed greens" under my octopus as it was just that. Mixed green with nothing on them and majority of the leaves were rotten. Also a lobster pasta dish in which it requires you to crack your own lobster with your hands? Trying to make food into something "artistic" is the downfall of dining. Put something on the late that is worth eating and priced fairly. 45 minutes between starters and mains is a no for me as well. Rest assured this is an honest review....sadly

23/11/2025: I visited this restaurant in the summer, and since I had promised to leave a review, here I am, months later, because it truly deserves it. I'll be brief: it was an exceptional experience. After many years in Puglia and countless restaurants, I can say without hesitation that this place is excellent. We tried sushi, pasta dishes, and much more, and everything was simply perfect. The location is fabulous, the food is top-notch, and the staff's professionalism is extraordinary. We promised ourselves we'd return at least once a year, even if we travel many miles, because Il Mignano Germogli has remained in our hearts.

In my opinion, however, the most notable feature is the staff, who were so kind and professional that I couldn't help but appreciate them. 03/11/2025: La Pergola Restaurant was a real surprise during our stroll through Santa Maria al Bagno. It's centrally located, right on the village square, overlooking the sea. The highlight is undoubtedly the cuisine, which proved to be excellent. You can taste the freshness and quality of the fish, the true star of the menu.
