The place is packed, I think easily more than 100 tables, very normal for a holiday like this, what is not normal is: waiting 30 minutes to order (only one person took the orders for all the tables), 2 hours for a course (ordered at 1.30pm, the course arrived at 3.30pm) after having solicited the waiters at least 4-5 times, but obviously the chaos and the sea of ​​people to manage sent them totally haywire. Ordinary food quality, again to be expected, but at this point why not make a fixed menu? To choose from a maximum of 2-3 courses per type (starter, first and second courses). I'm not a restaurateur and I never will be, so I don't know certain dynamics, but as a customer it was a terrible experience, which certainly drove us away from the restaurant. Sin

02/04/2024: First experience in this place was positive, excellent value for money, despite a very crowded holiday we were served quickly and professionally. Everything was very good from the starter to the sorbet. The only flaw is the very limited choice of gluten-free, I understand the large crowds but a place with potential can also manage gluten-free without difficulty, this is what distinguishes the quality, we will return on a less crowded day to be able to enjoy everything to the fullest!

12/12/2023: Ristorante situato su un trabucco storico, con vista sul mare e su Peschici, con molti posti al chiuso e all’aperto. Difficoltoso il percorso di gradini dal parcheggio al ristorante ma si può chiedere in anticipo la navetta che viene a prendere al parcheggio. È opportuno prenotare con molto anticipo, specie d’estate. Il menu propone tutte preparazioni di pesce. Carta dei vini con un numero limitato di scelte, prevalentemente vini pugliesi, con ricarichi elevati. Discreto il prosecco locale di San Severo d’Araprì Pas dosè (cioè senza aggiunta di zuccheri) e ottimo il bianco abboccato Verdeca masseria Li Veli, entrambi correttamente serviti con secchiello del ghiaccio. Per antipasto, molto buone le cozze ripiene e il tonno fritto con lamelle di mandorle. Fra i primi molto buone e ben condite le orecchiette con le seppie, i troccoli al nero di seppia, mentre poco saporiti gli spaghetti ai ricci di mare. Fra i secondi discreto il polpo arrostito, molto buona la tartare di tonno con zest d’arancia, buona e originale l'anguilla grigliata. Molto buona la crema di formaggio con arancia candita e crumble, senza rilievo i biscottini al mirto accompagnati dal liquore di mirto, piuttosto secco il dolce al cioccolato affogato al caffè. Con il caffè viene offerto un cioccolatino. Ci hanno offerto dei liquori fatti in casa. Il servizio è stato è cortese, attento e professionale, descrivendo tutte le portate. Abbiamo pagato circa 80 euro a persona, non è economico ma ci sembrato è adeguato per la bella location, la qualità del pesce che abbiamo mangiato e per il servizio cortese e professionale.

01/10/2023: Cenare in un trabucco è di per sé speciale, farlo al Trabucco di Monte Pucci è magico. Io ho cenato qui con mia madre il 31 agosto scorso e siamo state da 10. Arrivate davanti all'ingresso della strada che porta giù, fino al trabucco, abbiamo parcheggiato e poi, siamo state accompagnate da un autista che fa da spola parcheggio-trabucco per portare i clienti. Del resto, la strada che scende al trabucco è angusta, stretta e molto in discesa. Arrivate davanti al trabucco per l'ora del tramonto, abbiamo ammirato il sole nascondersi nel mare e poi ci siamo accomodate in un tavolo vista Peschici. Il trabucco è bellissimo, lo avevamo già visto su internet che lo era, ma viverlo fa davvero tutto un altro effetto... e allora, ci siamo godute una serata praticamente in mezzo al mare vedendo prima scendere il sole, poi nascere e salire la luna piena. Uno spettacolo meraviglioso. Come se non bastasse... abbiamo cenato davvero molto molto bene. Abbiamo ordinato: merluzzo in pastella con cipolla in agrodolce e glassa di balsamico, cozze ripiene fritte con emulsione di sedano e acciuga e due porzioni di squisiti troccoli al nero di seppia con ragù di polpo... Tutto eccellente. Consiglio vivamente a chiunque voglia fare un'esperienza speciale questo splendido posto.

No apologies or discounts. Done for leaving 25 euros of GRILL... Congratulations 👏

19/11/2023: We were there in August 2023 Pasta with seafood, with seafood containing rice, ergo stolen from Rice with seafood, grilled inedible fish, the octopuses, very beautiful to look at, were not able to be cut, much less chewed, when the time has come to point it out, given the 20-odd euros for the barbecue alone, the waiters turned a deaf ear, ergo I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO BE TAKEN OFF IN THIS PLACE AGAIN... 17/09/2023: You can't say you've been to Vieste without having passed by De Simio: the farmhouse is very well known in Vieste, quiet, with comfortable and abundant parking. Excellent dishes and satisfying portions - woe betide you if you miss the starter. We go to visit them every time we return to Vieste: my wife has celiac disease, and they have always done everything not to disappoint her, offering her gluten-free alternatives. Thank you as always for your warmth and hospitality - see you next year.

30/09/2023: After a few days in Vieste we were craving pizza, rather than fish dishes. In this place they make excellent pizza which can be enjoyed on a beautiful veranda overlooking the sea. You eat with the sound of the sea, the moon reflecting in the sea, pleasant background music. Advised.

10/02/2024: I was in this perfect location on the beach with a sea view on a Thursday in the second half of July. I chose this place among many others between Foggia, Manfredonia, Margherita di Savoia and Mattinata for a dinner for 4 people. Really very good pizza with light, digestible dough and good fries too. Delicious pasta with fresh seafood and generous portions. I recommend the house white wine, fresh, sparkling and fruity, really excellent. I stayed with my relatives until midnight to celebrate my sister's birthday and we also had an entire, splendid and comfortable lounge on the beach at our complete disposal. Safe place, we had a pleasant time there. The humble staff, very kind and attentive to satisfy every customer request. We left a generous tip to thank the professionalism of all the staff. Clean and well-kept place, even the bathrooms. Before leaving the lounge on the beach we cleaned everything easily thanks to the recycling bins located in the immediate vicinity. This place gave us a magical, fun evening, above all expectations. Really honest prices, 20 euros per person. Thank you so much, I will definitely be back.

What can I say about it, a unique experience, from the attention to a bag holder to put under the table, to the perfect explanations given by excellently trained staff. To start, the appetizers that increasingly stimulate the taste buds and the curiosity to see what a true Chef can create. A continuous crescendo of flavors, emotions and surprises until the end of the service. The wines recommended to us sweetly accompanied every single dish. The only sore point, which unfortunately led me to opt for the 4 stars. The second course was served to us with a gap of almost 50 minutes from the previous dish and the fish was overcooked and not very tasty. To remedy this, they offered us two glasses of wine but this still left a negative mark on this experience. It remains a one of a kind restaurant with an incredible view.

01/09/2023: Ristorante sulla spiaggia in stile etnico molto curato. Proprietaria e personale molto gentile ma soprattutto professionale, sempre pronti e molto veloci. Cucina di qualità e molto veloce nelle preparazioni. Abbiamo preso un insalata di mare e una tartare di tonno con cipolla caramellata, a seguire una caponata e un primo del giorno gustosissimo "orecchiette con pistacchi orata e sughetto di datterino giallo". Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimi in più metti che mangi sulla spiaggia, nulla da eccepire. Complimenti.

30/08/2023: Locale molto accogliente dallo stile di arredamento, personale simpatico e cibo squisito. Gli antipasti sono eccellenti e decorati, i prodotti sono di qualità e serviti con accostamenti perfetti. Rapporto qualità prezzo molto onesto. Ci tornerei molto volentieri.
