23/04/2026: Everything was divine. The owners were kind. It's true, you feel like you're at home. Better than my home, actually.

10/01/2026: * Strongly recommended to foreigners who want to get a raw taste of old school Italianity * We were looking for something different, that we wouldn't easily forget. We drove by a few places before but they were all closed so we ended up here by chance. From the outside the place looked like a container which wasn't very promising. Little did we know about what was awaiting us inside. Waiters look and behave as kidnapped with a time machine from the 60's: 0% BS, 100% proper gentlemen. Actually the whole place is stuck in the 60-70's but still very tidy. Cuisine is traditional, simple, and exquisite. The mains we got after tons of antipasto were orecchiette ragù & linguine ai frutti di mare, and horse meat roll & grilled chicken. Portions are big. Best buffalo mozzarella of my life (ended up buying some extra to take at home). Wine of the house very good too. Prices are ridiculous. We walked out full, drunk, happy, and still quite rich, and there was a double rainbow waiting for us outside (no jokes). PS if you are looking for something fancy and gourmet, are vegan or are the "long-list-of-intolerances" person, probably best to steer clear from this.

04/01/2026: We stopped by chance for a quick lunch and, after quickly checking the reviews, decided to have lunch. The fisherman's rice was practically raw...not even a trace of fish. The mixed fried fish and roast meat were good. On the other hand, the price was really low.

14/07/2026: Unfortunately, this year I'm having to reconsider my reviews over the years. I was very disappointed with the quantity and quality of the dishes. A fried dish full of oil and a seafood troccolo that didn't taste anything seafood-y... 50 grams of pasta with three mussels, an empty clam, and a shrimp mush, all (so to speak) floating in a tasteless broth. I'm really disappointed, especially because everything else was worth it, especially the girls, who were very kind and professional. Perhaps I just had a bad night for the chef? I really hope so!

25/01/2026: I was there last night, and what can I say? It's a simple little place, but it offers some truly delicious dishes. Kudos to the very fast and friendly service. The first courses were delicious, as was the tuna steak. The mussels weren't great, but it's not their season. They offered dessert and limoncello at the end, and the prices were low. I'll be back. PS: Just one piece of advice: they're missing a menu for first and second courses with prices. I recommend you create one. Rating: 9

13/07/2026: The effort is there and it shows, but many things aren't working. The location is nice, although I'd give the place more of a personality rather than trying to imitate similar venues. When dining, it's not possible to do so with loud music or a DJ set. Since it's a seaside location crowded with tourists and families, I recommend giving top priority to children and, if applicable, pregnant women. Better coordination between the kitchen and service would be desirable (and I say this in your best interest). As for the dishes, you can see they're passionate about what they do, but a piece of advice: try the dishes! The arugula pesto was inedible (very bitter). For the rest, I hope you have a great season. Good luck!

12/07/2026: Non-existent service, incredibly long waits. I've been there several times, but the situation has always gotten so bad that I've changed my mind about the restaurant itself and have therefore been forced to never return. I strongly advise against it!

20/05/2026: Nice and clean rooms, but the air conditioning doesn't work. Food is good. Everything is clean. Very steep climb to the hotel.

22/04/2026: The location is only in name, but overlooking San Lorenzo Bay is nothing like it. The staff is friendly but poorly trained... they say the waiter listed some dishes in the appetizer, but then he brings 70% of them. The raw seafood is very hot and not fresh. The San Lorenzo appetizer should be the best for this restaurant, but there were maybe 300g of seafood and the other half was all julienned salad to convey the size of the dish... the waiter said it cost €14, but at the cashier it cost €25... a paltry dish. Not to mention the spaghetti with clams to my son... who, turning to me, says... but they're just spaghetti with oil... I tasted them and, as expected, they turned out not to be with clams, which had nothing to do with the flavor. The fish they served was truly appalling, the portions were meager... orecchiette with tomato sauce, 50g for a girl, and they were even die-hard... Troccoli with seafood tasted of flour and was full of a cream that didn't taste like seafood at all... What can I say about the high bill and the chef who couldn't answer his own disgrace, and at least had the dignity to say... you're right!!!! Such rudeness I've never seen. The only excellent thing was the pizza and the peppered mussels. P.S. The old management was a whole different world... it was better than this one. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT.!!!!!!!!!!
