The flavors are intense, authentic, and perfectly balanced: every bite is pure emotion. The quality of the ingredients is outstanding and is enhanced with great skill. 11/05/2026: Brilliant, fresh, and never boring cuisine, constantly evolving with the advances of Chef Lele (and his team) and seasonality, combining the finest local and traditional products with a youthful and modern approach. Daniele and Valentina attentively welcome and guide guests in the dining room, creating an atmosphere that makes them feel like they're at a friend's house. Whether you're celebrating milestones, reconciling, or simply wanting to be pampered, Terra Arsa is a safe haven for the palate. P.S.: The cod and Chantilly cream with seasonal fruit granita (the citrus fruit of choice in the winter months) are unmissable!

04/05/2026: We had dinner at this restaurant in Mattinata and had a very positive experience. We ate inside, but the restaurant also has a truly beautiful terrace with a sea view. We loved the food: well-prepared, tasty dishes made with quality ingredients. The service was prompt and friendly. The owner, in particular, was very kind: even though dinner was served inside, he gave us the option of enjoying dessert on the terrace. A simple but much-appreciated gesture, which made the evening's ending even more enjoyable. The value for money was also good, in line with what we ate. Overall, a lovely experience that we would recommend.

I'm not giving it a fifth star because the freshly made troccoli with shrimp soak up all the seafood sauce, which is also incredibly fresh. Served with dried pasta, this dish would deserve a Michelin star.

Equally excellent was the welcome from a team of professional, cheerful, kind, and approachable women. Martina, who runs this business with such passion, strength, and dedication, is simply genuine.

16/05/2026: My girlfriend booked this place for an intimate dinner, just two meters from the sea. We had seafood starters, a delicious fried fish dish, and washed it all down with a lovely bottle of rosé wine from the province of Foggia. It was a lovely, romantic evening: the food was delicious, the atmosphere was calm and peaceful, and the wine was excellent. Congratulations!

10/10/2025: The best ravioli with tomato sauce in Italy! Meals made with garden produce. The lemon sorbet with locally produced amaro is irresistible! A stop at this restaurant is a must on this mountain road if you're passing through Gargano.

11/06/2026: A typical Italian trattoria! Very family-friendly, with those distinctive aromas. The place is ideal for watching the sunset; it has both an enclosed and an open area. It's right across from the port parking lot, which is perfect, and parking costs €1 per hour—very convenient. The restrooms are spotless, but not suitable for people with mobility issues. The entrance is via a steep staircase.

I went there for lunch during the week and was impressed by the quality of the dishes, including the classics and some more innovative and locally sourced dishes like the seafood pancotto. The fried rice flour dishes are also excellent, and are also suitable for celiacs. The prices are more than fair for the quality of the food. The service and atmosphere are also excellent. I'll definitely be back!

04/05/2026: Gorgeous lunch! The seafood was incredibly fresh and every dish was absolutely delicious, beautifully cooked and full of flavour. You can really tell they use quality ingredients. The service was warm, friendly and very attentive without being over the top. We had a great time and would happily return

03/03/2026: An extraordinary experience! If you love fresh fish, this restaurant is a must-visit. The raw fish is exceptional: top-quality, fresh, and with authentic seafood flavors. The sea urchins, in particular, were spectacular, with a rare intensity. But the real highlight was the pacchero with lobster: a dish that's simply delicious. Perfectly cooked pasta, incredibly fresh lobster, and an impeccable balance of flavors. Honestly, I've never tasted such a good pacchero! A special thanks to the owner, a friendly, helpful, and attentive person who made you feel at home from the first moment. The service was fast and precise. We'll definitely be back!
