30/01/2025: In una giornata piovosa di settembre e ad un orario un po tardo abbiamo trovato accoglienza e eccellenza gastronomica. Presentazione dei piatti diretta e competente, una sorpresa di gusto dopo l'altra. Da ricordare un dessert al limone, rosmarino e olio coratina. Prezzo corretto.

18/01/2025: Ci siamo andati per puro caso e che dire, una cosa meravigliosa! Dal primo all'ultimo piatto ho potuto provare sapori che pensavo di aver perso per sempre. Uno spettacolo! Piatti veramente prelibati! Presentati in modo impeccabile. Servizio eccellente, personale cordiale e molto alla mano, ti mette subito a tuo agio con cortesia e simpatia. Un posto racchiuso nel centro storico di Vico del Gargano che si è dimostrato una scoperta veramente eccezionale. Veramente consigliatissimo, ci torneremo il più presto possibile. Luogo veramente incantevole.

I will go back in the summer because it has a veranda with a beautiful panoramic view.. in the end the owner offered us bitters and coffee.

Eravamo in tre e abbiamo optato per il menù degustazione che in genere si presenta come un equilibrio tra portate buone e altre meno. Siamo state sorprese dall' altissimo livello di tutte. Davvero un' esperienza notevole. Ottima cucina proposto da personale accogliente e super gentile. Quando torneremo a Foggia sarà un grande piacere ripetere. Bravi, bravi, bravi. Un consiglio per i futuri ospiti: andate preparati e nelle 12 ore precedenti, tenetevi leggeri.

04/02/2025: We went for lunch, better to book. The food is very good with local products. The service is excellent, they make you feel pampered. They have excellent alternatives for vegans, not the usual grilled vegetables!! I always go back very willingly. The prices are fair, about €30 per person. Highly recommended 🧡

20/01/2025: We are from Australia and we had to organise a Baptism that was to take place in San Giovanni Rotondo. We booked the event party from Australia with Fil and Max Ristorante for 45 people, we asked for a special menu for the event, including the celebration cake and entertainment. Fil and Max went over and above for our day, nothing was a ever a problem for them. They made our day the most amazing event surpassing all of our expectations; the food was incredible, the service was excellent and the atmosphere was just fantastic. EVERYONE had the most amazing time and said that it was the best party they had been to. The entertainment was just so fabulous; we all sang and danced the whole time. The whole event was just brilliant. Words cannot express our gratitude to Fil, Max and all of the team at Fil and Max Ristorante. We cannot say enough about their wonderful Ristorante. We highly recommend this beautiful Ristorante - Please book here if you are ever in the area, you will absolutely love the experience.

10/01/2025: Beachfront location, on the Vieste coast, with sea view and Pizzomunno in the background. Gourmet restaurant, friendly staff ready to explain each course, especially the tastings offered immediately by the chef. Followed by spaghetti with monkfish (very good) and orecchiette with asparagus (a little watery), good quality and preparation. Considering the location, the service and the quality, proportionate bill.

31/12/2024: A wonderful place with a beautiful park, a very well-kept, comfortable and welcoming environment from times gone by where you can eat many delicious local and national dishes, for events and any celebrations in general, the prices are also good. Convenient large parking, a few kilometers from both Foggia and Manfredonia. I recommend it

28/11/2024: We went to dinner on Friday for a dinner with colleagues. We opted for appetizers and giropizza. Good and plentiful appetizers at the centerpiece. The pizzas of your choice were very good. Light dough, well seasoned. Good cooking. The service was good. The waiters were always kind and professional. available. Good selection of wines. We also tasted the very good black forest in fresh desserts and the classic pastry chef's artisanal cantucci and really good crumbly chocolate. Ps forget the prices are honest and the bread is also excellent. We will be back to try the first ones.

31/01/2025: We, a couple, had lunch here twice during our week in Vieste. The first time it was randomly chosen, but we were treated to a fabulous meal consisting of 2 appetizers followed by spaghetti with mussels in a tomato and olive oil sauce and a grilled orata. Everything was done perfectly and generously served. The dessert was a chocolate soufflé with a pistachio filling. The second time was the piece de resistance. We preordered the zuppa di pesce, a combination of different local fishes in a rich broth with tiny vegetables and bread, in order to give the chef time to gather the ingredients. The broth was rich with the taste of the mixture of the five different fishes plus shrimp, mussels, clams and calamari. It was served in a giant vessel with grilled bread drenched with olive oil. It was the perfect zuppa and its memory will live on in my mind together with the kindness of Chef Elia who shared his philosophy of cooking with us. It was an experience that made our visit to Vieste a jewel that will shine on.

28/01/2025: Aunque esta es la temporada baja aquí en Vieste, la comida aquí es de alta calidad y se hace con respeto por el plato y el cliente. Tuvimos la suerte de haber encontrado Europa para el almuerzo y estábamos tan contentos después de tener una comida maravillosa que hicimos una reserva para volver en 3 días para saborear su Zuppa di Pesce. El combo de chef y esposa era un dúo dinámico. Él hacía platos sabrosos y ella era cien por ciento encantadora. Comenzamos la comida con una Bruschetta del Pastore, pan tostado con aceite de oliva local y cubierto con tomates picados condimentados. Vino con tres quesos locales diferentes, incluyendo cacciocavallo, ricotta salata y pecorino. Se servían con cucharas de dos mermeladas diferentes y en el centro había una bola de mozzarella y un poco de rúcula. El plato era delicado y memorable. También comimos una ensalada caprese, tomates cortados con mozzarella. Esto era tradicional, pero bien hecho con suficiente condimento para despertar el paladar. Pedí un plato, no en el menú porque otro cliente había empezado a comerlo cuando entramos. Era un espagueti aderezado con tomates picados y un poco de pepperoni (especia) en una salsa ligera de aceite de oliva y servido con mejillones al vapor. Era el par perfecto. Mi marido tenía un branzino a la parrilla que se hizo a la perfección, húmedo y sabroso con un lado de rúcula y una cuña de limón. Con eso tenía unos tomates a la parrilla, calabacín y berenjena. Ligero y delicado. Estábamos demasiado llenos para tener mucho más, pero era imposible decir que no al suflé de chocolate con el centro de pistacho. Era un cielo de chocolate y suficiente para cada uno de nosotros para satisfacer el diente dulce. Terminamos con café y un poco de limoncello (hecho en casa). La comida era divina y servida en un acogedor comedor rústico. Esta fue nuestra comida favorita en Vieste y esperamos con ansias la fiesta del pescado del viernes en un tazón. Tuvimos que preordenar la comida para que los ingredientes más frescos se pudieran obtener. Tienes que probar esta Trattoria. La comida es fresca y preparada con cuidado y servida por una persona feliz cuya sonrisa es contagiosa. El menú tiene muchas opciones en todas las categorías y usted puede estar seguro de que lo que pide será lo mejor que pueda ser.

12/01/2025: Il ristorante dell hotel Fini è davvero ottimo, dotato di 2 grandi sale, una per gli ospiti dell' hotel e una per gruppi, riunioni e cerimonie, tutte sapientemente allestite, arredate in stile shabby chic, eleganti, e gestite dalle sapienti mani di Antonio, il caposala, e i suoi collaboratori, tutti super gentili, disponibili, simpatici, e instancabili!!! Dotato di un ottimo menù alla carta ma anche di menù turistico con piatti tipici del territorio, con materiali praticamente a km 0, genuini, e sapientemente cucinati dallo Chef e il suo staff! I sapori tipici della puglia e non solo! Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, e se pernottate nell' hotel, al risveglio vi aspetta una colazione, sia dolce che salata, con una scelta esagerata, dove vi potete sbizzarrire come volete! Insomma 10 e lode!

11/01/2025: Mi trovo spesso di passaggio per lavoro. Insieme alcuni colleghi abbiamo deciso di pranzare nel ristorante dell'hotel fini è stata veramente una piacevole sorpresa, dalla qualità alla cortesia del personale....il personale --Francesco antonio e nicola-- si mostrano subito professionali nel consigliare le pietanze proposte dallo chef e abbinare il vino perfetto....(difficile da trovare personale preparato e professionale)..super consigliato.. sarà il mio punto di riferimento su sgr...ps..un caloroso saluto al personale di sala,continuate a lavorare sempre così e i clienti vi porteranno sempre nel ♡♡♡
