Nothing is left to chance here: you can feel passion, dedication, and obsessive attention to every single detail. Each dish is a work of art, both in presentation and flavor. The flavors are intense, authentic, and perfectly balanced: every bite is pure emotion. The quality of the ingredients is outstanding and is enhanced with great skill. It's clear that behind every course lies study, experience, and a love of cooking. The added value? The owner: an extremely knowledgeable, kind, and friendly person, capable of transforming a simple dinner into a memorable experience. In short: everything is simply perfect. 24/03/2026: Highly recommended. Welcoming, tidy, and clean atmosphere. Impeccable restrooms. Ample outdoor parking. Very good food. Polite and cheerful staff. Just steps from the sanctuary. This is the second time I've had lunch there, and I'd gladly return.

17/03/2026: Every forkful was an experience, you could clearly distinguish all the flavors that made up the dish: the cuttlefish appetizer, with the crunchiness of perfectly cooked cuttlefish, combined with the sweetness of carrots, the freshness of fennel, and the bittersweetness of broad beans. The cod was amazing, both wrapped in a light and flavorful frying and baked in a gratin as delicious as the shortcrust pastry. That sweet cherry tomato was the icing on the cake. I truly enjoyed it. I dined alone and the welcome was kind and warm. They offered me a pre-appetizer and an additional appetizer on top of the one I had just because it "deserved to be tasted." Indeed, that fried cod will remain in my heart, and the purple cabbage pairs perfectly with it! I suggest you indulge in a meal at the osteria. It reminded me of summertime, with fresh fish dishes and the perfect way to ensure there's nothing wrong with the dish. They even offered dessert, so why not since "it's almost Father's Day"? The cream was delicious, and I found myself wiping the bottom of the plate with my finger, where a bit of cream had remained, just waiting to be eaten. A restaurant where you can be sure of a meal and enjoy every little detail of the dinner. Thank you so much again for the kind service ☺️

27/09/2025: It's hard to imagine a more beautiful place for a wonderful dinner. The food itself – mainly fish and seafood – is truly excellent, and the price-performance ratio is excellent. The freshly baked, delicious bread is also a real highlight. Add to that the fantastic atmosphere and the attentive service, and you'll have a truly unforgettable experience. But the tables with your feet in the sand are the icing on the cake. We'd love to come back! Grazie mille!

The slow-cooked pork ribs caramelized in vincotto were wonderful, and the amberjack carpaccio with orange reduction was perfect. Dessert: the lemon parfait with pieces of impressive lemon zest. 10/10/2025: The best ravioli with tomato sauce in Italy! Meals made with garden produce. The lemon sorbet with locally produced amaro is irresistible! A stop at this restaurant is a must on this mountain road if you're passing through Gargano.

09/03/2026: A beautiful little restaurant, the food is amazing! I had the tagliolino with white truffle, and it was delicious. The meat and cheese selection was superb, lots of local ingredients and strong, unique flavors. A must visit for tourists! One of the servers spoke good enough English to recommend some dishes on the menu.

A PERSONAL EXPERIENCE: This restaurant is well-known among tourists and locals alike. When you arrive, you can enjoy an incredible view of the sea. Especially at sunset, when the sun disappears behind the rocks, the sea is tinged with various colors. On the several occasions I've been, I've enjoyed both the fish-based first and second courses, as well as the pizzas. Each dish reflects the tradition of the Gargano. The restaurant has ample parking, a significant detail in an area that's very busy during the summer months. The photographs I took are testimonies that tell a story, more than a thousand words. FUN FACT: DID YOU KNOW THAT...? The Port Tower was one of the ancient coastal towers built in the 16th century to guard against Ottoman pirate raids.
