13/04/2025: A meal at this restaurant is special. The composition of the dishes and the spices used are actually on the level of a star cuisine. In keeping with the house's motto, "Gourmet for everyone", the food is served to guests in a very unpretentious manner. We had three courses plus dessert, some to share, namely Vitellone Tonnato, then Ravioli Plin Galina and Risotto Milanese, then Kakiage, finally Sorbetto and Cioccolato Fondente. An exceptional taste in every dish on the menu. The service and atmosphere were calm and pleasant.

26/03/2025: Sono stato in questo ristorante con la mia compagna. La location è ottima, il personale è cordiale ma il prezzo è ESAGERATAMENTE alto rispetto alla qualità della cucina che ritengo comunque gradevole.
Il prezzo del vino è completamente fuori misura....2 prosecchi iniziali su loro invito (quasi come fossero di benvenuto) e tre calici di rosso registrano 90 euro ... Un dolce normalissimo 16 euro.....il furto è stato perpetrato...
Non tornerò più ovviamente....si può trovare decisamente di meglio.

Menù un po’ turistico con vari piatti della tradizione italiana non tipica del posto .
Primi a prezzi molto onesti ma sopratutto molto molto abbondanti , grazie al consiglio del cameriere abbiamo diviso una porzione di gnocchi ( circa 200gr), linguine vongole e cozze e calamarata .
Mezzo litro di vino , due acque , 4 dolci ( buonissimi , fatti in casa e veramente eccezionali : soufflé al cioccolato , due cheesecake e un budino ) totale 85 euro .
Consigliato per cena veloce , senza troppe pretese però buono e davvero abbondante .
22/04/2025: più volte frequento da anni questa osteria ubicata a suna frazione di Verbania - cibo di buona qualità e porzioni abbondanti- famosa la milanesona spettacolo di cotoletta alla milanese. ottima la carne ed il pesce -d'estate ci sono tavoli direttamente sul lago

31/03/2025: Beautiful location, on the lakefront but secluded. Fast and kind service. I only had a cesar salad with rabbit tuna and a coffee, all very good and nice (not the usual big salad). Good bread, with the addition of a few pieces of focaccia. Very pleasant and aromatic decaffeinated, served with two delicious shortcrust pastries included in the price. Normal prices for the location.
Next time I will try the homemade desserts which looked delicious (especially the salted caramel tiramisu) and some typical dishes that intrigued me.
Very clean and scented toilets.
16/03/2025: Il nostro ristorante preferito dove siamo sempre accolti e coccolati. Nuova carta di vini e una super novità con l'amaro della casa "smemorino"...una delizia dopo un ottimo pranzo!

Unfortunately our experience at this restaurant was decidedly disappointing. Despite the attempt to present itself as a refined establishment, the quality of service and food are far from those expectations.
We were recommended one of the thematic menus (sea, lake, land), with the promise of quick preparation, but we found ourselves waiting over an hour for the first course. The situation worsened when, after having served the first one, our cutlery was taken away for no reason, and, after a long wait, they brought us the second one without even remembering to provide us with new cutlery. We had to get up on our own to get them.
The quality of the food was also far below expectations: poor dishes, excessively seasoned with garlic and not very tasty. We can only advise against this restaurant. The lack of customer focus and poor quality do not justify the visit. A real disappointment. It's a shame because it's one of the first restaurants that appears when you get off the ferry and it's a terrible business card.
31/03/2025: A place whose only exception is the fact that, as the name suggests, it is located on the lakefront. For the rest, a restaurant to forget: we took the lake menu, therefore the menu of the day, and we had to wait half an hour for an acceptable first course and another 25 minutes for an inedible fried lake fish accompanied by baked potatoes of poor quality and horrible taste.
Despite the long wait, the owners didn't even have the good sense to give us a small discount, a gesture we would have appreciated.
Furthermore, the rest of the service also leaves something to be desired, the waitress dropped oil, glasses and cutlery and not just us.
We definitely won't be back and we don't recommend it to everyone.

Dunque:
Pizze molli, poco cotte, mediocri birra pessima ... chiedete il costo della maggiorazione prima di chiedere una variante. Vergona!!! Altro che Napoli..

05/11/2024: Cena per Halloween: un menù a prezzo fisso ed un primo abbiamo speso 50€.
Il prezzo non è stato certo economico, ma la cosa peggiore è che i piatti erano pessimi: il riso alla zucca era senza zucca, lo stinco non era arrosto, il dolce inqualificabile.
Avevamo tante aspettative, tra l'altro era un compleanno... Purtroppo deluse.
