31/10/2025: If you want to eat really well without spending too much, this is the place! We went with the intention of trying both the fish and the pizza, and we were completely satisfied. We ordered: 1 small beer, 3 Cokes, 3 waters, 4 specialty pizzas, 1 portion of chiacchiere, 1 fritto misto (delicious!), and 2 Nutella chiacchiere—all for only €127. The pizza, cooked in a wood-fired oven, was simply exceptional: perfect dough and quality ingredients. The atmosphere is simple and welcoming, without too much pretension, and the staff was friendly and helpful. In summary: excellent value, authentic cuisine, and a pleasant atmosphere. We'll definitely be back!
26/10/2025: The restaurant is a large room with a wooden ceiling and an exposed wood-fired oven, behind a long counter. The place is well-kept and modern. The bathrooms, however, are small. Because it's a single room, the noise from people is deafening, not suitable for intimate or "quiet" dinners. The food is excellent. Fantastic pizza and very good desserts. The quality and price are extremely reasonable; they are truly honest.

12/10/2025: Excellent and beautifully presented land and sea dishes. The tempura octopus melts in your mouth. Exceptional desserts. Attentive service and a warm atmosphere. Excellent value for money. Glad we discovered it.
21/09/2025: Hidden among the cobbled streets of Dogliani, it welcomes you with a small opening in a historic wall, but as soon as you enter, everything becomes spacious and tastefully furnished. The exhibitions of paintings dedicated to rock artists are also tasteful. The service is excellent and very professional. I recommend the tasting menu for first-time visitors. The welcome dish is a must. Delicate appetizers, traditional first courses, and compliments on the rabbit for the second courses, but all with a Langhe soul.

02/11/2025: Very large and welcoming pizzeria restaurant. It's always best to reserve. But if you wait, they always find a place! The staff is friendly and everyone is very nice!! The pizzas are very good. In my opinion, the dishes need updating lately, like some appetizers, or the cheese risotto, which only tastes like cream. The desserts are good.

12/11/2025: I finally found my spot for lunch in the center of Fossano! Located in a charming little square, hence its name, just behind the Duomo, it welcomes guests with background music and a relaxing atmosphere. I was seated immediately, but the crowd made it clear that reservations are recommended. The atmosphere is charming and warm, at least from the part I could see, with a beautiful tree painted on the back wall. Pictures, photographs, and objects... contribute to the relaxing atmosphere. The service is kind and discreet; the courteous and helpful waitress immediately brought me both the daily menu and the à la carte menu. The à la carte menu offers interesting options, perhaps to be explored further over dinner, accompanied by a nice glass of wine. For lunch, the daily menu can be found for €16 including a first course, second course, water, and coffee, or for €12 including a second course, water, and coffee. €11 including a first course. They brought me delicious, warm, and crispy olive oil rolls. Overall, I had a great time. I'll definitely be back.
01/10/2025: In a square far from the traffic and noise, they offer truly exceptional food. The brandacujun is excellent: soft, just the right amount of flavor, and well-made. The toma ravioli with a flavorful tomato sauce are delicious. Desserts, such as hazelnut cake with zabaglione and bunet, are truly exquisitely made and served with elegance.

09/11/2025: This spaghetti restaurant in Manera was a pleasant discovery. The place isn't very big, but the owner, even though we hadn't called ahead, managed to get us a meal. The appetizers are very generous. The real highlight, of course, are the first courses: a choice of penne, fusilli, and spaghetti, followed by agnolotti, gnocchi, and tagliatelle. The gluten-free pasta is a must-have, but it's also a must-have. Before choosing your sauces, you need to decide on your portion: regular (200g), small (100g), or generous (300g) for those who want to roll out the door. The sauces are varied: meat-based, fish-based, vegetarian, unusual, and creamy, all at more than fair prices. We tried the tagliatelle alla norma, the Aida gnocchi with stracchino, chopped pistachios, and gorgonzola, and the nocino agnolotti with fontina, chopped hazelnuts, cream, and tomato. Regular portions are already generous, delicious, and, above all, easy to digest! To round out our fabulous meal, we ordered a homemade cake called "nocciotella," made with sponge cake filled with hazelnut cream and hazelnuts, served warm. I love hazelnuts, and I can say it was amazing! Kudos to the service, delivered with simplicity and professionalism, making you feel at ease. Kudos to the friendliness, quality, helpfulness, and cleanliness. We'll definitely be back with friends, but this time we'll book ahead.
25/10/2025: Whenever possible, we stop at this spaghetti restaurant in Benevello. Always a guarantee, with superb dishes and a wide selection of sauces and pastas. Highly recommended.

19/10/2025: When I walked into this place I thought I was in a Ruben Östlund film. Minimalist, modern, with only five tables. But don’t be intimidated— our server was very friendly and accommodating, and the food was excellent. Very nice amuse bouches as well. And it’s in a stunning location. We really enjoyed it. Small quibble: some of the seats face an extremely harsh outside light, the sort that can trigger migraines, etc. I recommend placing something on the windowsill that would block this health hazard.
11/10/2025: Elegant and well-kept restaurant, perhaps one of the best in the area. They deserve a star for the commitment and passion they put into every dish. Everything is perfect, attention to detail, and the food is of a truly high standard.
