12/01/2025: Ero già stata in questo ristorante per dei pranzi di lavoro ed ero stata benissimo. Anche a cena non ha deluso le mie aspettative. La qualità dei piatti, la cura nella loro presentazione e la gentilezza del personale di sala sono veramente impareggiabili. Ci torneremo appena possibile!

I like trying new places, but I always come back willingly to Corsiero, because I know I will find the quality I'm looking for.

25/01/2025: If you want to taste excellent quality pizza you will be happy here. The place has been active for many years and we have been frequenting it for a long time. The prices are slightly high but you are paying for a quality product. They have an extensive menu with refined Gourmet and classic Neapolitan pizzas with a high crust. For those who don't know it, I recommend trying the roast canal ham, it's a delight!! This evening I wanted to try their Gourmet pizza with chicken tuna and I must say it was very pleasant! Balanced and tasty. To be honest I was a little disappointed by the dessert (Piedmontese cake). The slice of cake was extremely small. The accompanying cream and chocolate are also nothing special. However my review is especially for the pizzas and these are certainly 5 stars!

28/01/2025: I knew the place having been there some time ago. It was nice to see that the positive impression I had previously had not only been confirmed but pleasantly improved. Elegant place with wooden ceilings, careful lighting with useful soundproofing panels, very clean, with white fabric tablecloths, wine glasses, quality plates and cutlery, kind, professional staff with an authentic sense of welcome. Unfortunately we were in a hurry and limited ourselves to a fantastic traditional pizza with house wine and an excellent coffee, reluctantly giving up the appetizing seafood first courses and seafood starters and second courses. The traditional cuisine and desserts on the balanced menu are also worth the visit. Ultra-correct price for the quality of the dishes, service, kindness of the staff and environment. We will be back soon for the fish dishes. Super recommended THE

17/02/2025: I stopped for lunch after a visit to the castle of Fossano...fixed menu 🍽consisting of fresh pasta🍝 (tagliatelle) topped with pumpkin and sausage, roast 🍖with a side dish of potatoes🥔, onions🧅 and carrots🥕, dessert (off the menu) a chestnut delicacy🌰🍧🍨 with cream...like Mont Blanch...WIDE choice of 🍷🍷🍷 wonderful experience...HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

26/01/2025: Recommended by a shopkeeper from Fossano we had lunch in this restaurant. Excellent veal with tuna sauce and fassona steak. Homemade tagliolini with veal ragù and a delicious warm hazelnut cake with zabaglione. Friendly and professional owner. We will definitely be back!
