12/05/2026: A beautiful restaurant located in the stables of Palazzo Baldassini. We opted for the Daniele e Alessandro tasting menu, and what can we say? Excellent, well-balanced dishes, superb presentation, and service worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant. It's surprising that Michelin hasn't awarded it its first star yet.

11/07/2026: A delicious pizzeria in the center of Pesaro. We arrived late, but they welcomed us with a table and served us quickly and professionally. A wide variety of pizzas, with a wide variety of toppings, some even unusual. The prices are fair and, I'd say, even lower than the average we're used to. Recommended.

10/07/2026: A historic restaurant in the center of Pesaro. We came here to try the famous Rossini pizza... but unfortunately, it wasn't for us! The pizza itself was good, and the mayonnaise (homemade) was perfect, but we weren't entirely sold on it. I still recommend coming here if you want to try it! Fair prices: for water, two pizzas, and dessert, we paid €32.

08/07/2026: Simple but good food, a spartan, basic place with no unnecessary frills... excellent value. Whenever I'm in Pesaro for work, it's a regular stop. The tagliolini and fried food... Sante? A sure thing!

04/07/2026: If you ever visit Pesaro, you must stop by DeSante. I love seafood, and they serve some of the best I've ever eaten. The atmosphere is like a good friend's. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by the owner, always smiling and happy you found them. If you prefer pasta, no problem, there's plenty to choose from, and if you like meat, you won't be disappointed. Do you like seafood? You couldn't have come to a better place. I rarely write reviews, but this time I couldn't resist. Visit DeSante. You won't be disappointed.

05/07/2026: The food is extravagant, like at a canteen. At lunchtime, they offer complete set menus for €15. In the evening, however, since they offer a menu without prices, when you go to pay, you don't know how much you'll pay because everything is unknown, they presume to charge €30 for a fried food or €25 for a bottle of wine (frozen). All this is served in a place that has all the makings of a show (a trattoria for truck drivers), because it overlooks the highway. Furthermore, if a diner wants only a salad, they almost become an enemy to the owner. I conclude with a complete failure, except for the staff.

It's a classic trattoria where good substance and few frills prevail: here, the focus is entirely on the food and genuine hospitality, without getting lost in the latest trends. The dishes are generous and flavorful, with that authentic homey feel that never gets old. The super owner, Walter, is always there to welcome you: a delightful, hospitable person with a quick wit. His management makes you feel part of the family from the moment you arrive, and that's the restaurant's true asset. The quality-price ratio is exceptional, with absolutely fair and honest prices for the quantity and quality of the food. The location is very easy to reach and parking is hassle-free. If you're looking for an authentic atmosphere and excellent cuisine, go to Walter's for sure. Highly recommended!

04/07/2026: We are regularly in this region for work, and this has become our go-to place for dining. The owners and staff are always incredibly friendly and hospitable, making you feel welcome immediately. The atmosphere is wonderfully relaxed and truly Italian. The food is delicious every time, the portions are generous, and the quality is always excellent. We return here with great pleasure and can wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant!

09/05/2026: Nice place with a friendly and welcoming staff. The tomato salad was especially delicious and very fresh. We were less satisfied with the seafood pasta — the crab shells were not cracked, so it was very difficult to get the meat out. On the positive side, the dessert presentation was beautiful and very well done.

I recommend the appetizer tasting; the tagliolini with clams are also excellent. Compliments to everyone, from the kitchen to the service. I'll be back.

The food is strictly local, and the portions are so generous that you almost have to be organized to face the challenge... Strategic advice?! Arrive hungry!! "This is my advice if you want to try every delicacy without feeling guilty for not being able to try something to satisfy your hunger, and then regretting it later when you get home and your hunger strikes again." The staff is the real added value: welcoming, curious, and readily available. The owners are delightful, capable of keeping you company with ease and kindness between glasses of their local wine. Very fair prices for the quality and experience offered. The service is very fast; Respecting the right amount of time between courses. Personally, I recommend you stick with the house menu; you won't regret it! I'll definitely be back; on an empty stomach! Haha

17/11/2025: It's a beautiful location, and that's the only good thing about this place. But the windows were full of flies (November). Sorry, but it's a place where you eat! The person serving us was indifferent and didn't even know which desserts were sold out. The dishes were simple; we definitely made the mistake of stopping there. We won't be returning.
