The experience was just a stone's throw from a Michelin star.
The food and location are Michelin-starred, the service and details are slightly below par, but still adequate, as is the price. Highly recommended.

Excellent restaurant. The calamari parmigiana was excellent. Excellent seafood, and the wine list is top-notch and wide-ranging. The only small issue was a few tiny pieces of shell in the crab paccheri. Nothing special, but a touch off-putting.
Very friendly staff and a wonderful location.
It wasn't cheap (over €100 each), but we ate and drank a lot, and it was very good, so it's fair enough.

We visited Lo Scudiero Restaurant, in the heart of Pesaro, for a family lunch, and it was a truly impeccable experience in every way.
The restaurant is charming and refined: you enter a historic building, where the exposed brick walls and open kitchen blend seamlessly with modern design elements and contemporary artwork. The resulting atmosphere is elegant yet welcoming, a perfect balance between history and modernity.
We chose the white truffle menu, which included a choice of three courses, plus amuse-bouche and dessert, both naturally with truffle.
The dishes we tried were:
Golden Egg with white truffle, surprising for its intense and flavorful olive powder;
Classic tagliatella with white truffle, executed to perfection;
Cappelletti with creamy 24-month Parmigiano Reggiano cheese and white truffle, a dish that won everyone over with its balance and richness of flavors.
The dessert, savory mascarpone with coffee ice cream and white truffle, was a true revelation: an unusual yet perfectly executed pairing.
The service is impeccable: professional but never stiff, with that discreet warmth that immediately puts you at ease. Special praise goes to Giovanni, the dining room manager, who is always attentive and ready to guide you through the wine selection.
The menu (€140 per person for four courses, all with white truffle) offers excellent value, considering the quality of the ingredients, the quantity of truffles, and the overall excellence of the experience.
In short, a top-notch restaurant, capable of combining tradition, creativity, and hospitality.

Highly recommended for both romantic dinners and family lunches: a place where every detail is taken care of and nothing is left to chance.

A beautiful spot in the center of Pino. The former stables of a noble palace have been transformed into a welcoming and whimsical setting. The table is meticulously set, both for cutlery and, above all, for glassware. Unusual dishes are carefully prepared using local ingredients, complemented by a vast selection of Italian and international wines. The galleries, converted into a true wine cellar with historic bottles, are open to visitors and highly recommended.
