Great restaurant! Great service! Beautiful location

A beautiful restaurant located in the stables of Palazzo Baldassini. We opted for the Daniele e Alessandro tasting menu, and what can we say? Excellent, well-balanced dishes, superb presentation, and service worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant. It's surprising that Michelin hasn't awarded it its first star yet.

Every evening I spent at this restaurant absolutely lived up to my expectations. I'd heard the place rave about and was captivated. The atmosphere was very refined, refined down to the smallest details, and the service impeccable. The wine list is interesting, although I admit I would have liked more attention to pairing our tastes; I found the staff's recommendations to be rather hasty. The wait times were just right. The food is truly exquisitely cooked and combines exceptional contrasts and flavors, sure to amaze you. My only criticism is that there are some dishes that didn't quite meet my personal taste, and I would have liked more guidance from the staff, especially when choosing from the à la carte menu. At my last dinner, I was particularly disappointed that two items on the menu that I would have liked to try weren't available (I'll use that as an excuse to return). This place is definitely worth a try, and I highly recommend it if you're looking to seduce someone, or simply to treat yourself, but above all, to be surprised by the taste! The prices are higher than average, but within the norm for the quality of the place. Rest assured, you won't be disappointed!

The experience was just a stone's throw from a Michelin star. The food and location are Michelin-starred, the service and details are slightly below par, but still adequate, as is the price. Highly recommended.

Excellent restaurant. The calamari parmigiana was excellent. Excellent seafood, and the wine list is top-notch and wide-ranging. The only small issue was a few tiny pieces of shell in the crab paccheri. Nothing special, but a touch off-putting. Very friendly staff and a wonderful location. It wasn't cheap (over €100 each), but we ate and drank a lot, and it was very good, so it's fair enough.
