18/03/2025: Este no es su restaurante habitual de mariscos a lo largo de la costa del Adriático. Y eso es decir mucho porque a lo largo del mar aquí se puede esperar comer muy bien. Gigas está definitivamente un corte por encima. Para el almuerzo los cuatro empezamos con un atún a la parrilla, un plato fuera de menú, que se hizo a la perfección. Seguí con la rocciola hecha con papas fritas de rapa y violeta. Ligeramente hecho en el horno era pura delicia, ingrávido, suave, incluso dulce. Al otro lado de la mesa mis familiares tenían el especial diario, un espagueti en tinta de calamar, que puede ponerte los pelos de punta e incluso estropearte el día. Esta pasta en tinta fue la mejor que he probado. A mi lado, una sopa de ceci con vongole y una reducción de canocchie. Era suave y sabroso. Tuvimos un muy buen verdicchio de la carta de vinos y terminamos con helado de pistacho y un sorbete de frutas. Comida, notas muy altas. Refinado y muy satisfactorio. ¿El espacio? Estás justo encima del mar. Hay asientos interiores y exteriores, un jardín con asientos en verano. He estado aquí antes por aperitivo. Una noche de verano sería encantadora. Servicio, atento, inteligente, experto. Mi esposa y yo estamos en la zona 2 - 3 semanas más. Sin duda volveremos a Gibas.

10/03/2025: restaurant/pizzeria in business since 1976. The atmosphere is basically pub style, with a mainly young clientele. We had two beers and two pizzas. The problem is the pizzas, from the point of view of the standard they are definitely not edible and also indigestible. I tried their "Rossini" which is basically a red with a hard boiled egg and.... "mayonnaise". You can't offer a pizza with mayonnaise, something that makes you pale just thinking about it and let's not even talk about the taste. The absurd thing is that I think it's the most requested... maybe in Pesaro they have different standards. Anyway, you can try it for... once.

16/02/2025: Ho prenotato un tavolo per san valentino... servizio molto deludente idem i piatti. 100€ a persona... direi che basta no? no non basta! bevande escuse ... e fino a qui ci sta! volete il benvenuto? 15 € in più volete 2 ostriche in più al menù? 20 € in più 5 € il coperto. arriviamo tra le prime persone... iniziano ad arrivare i primi piatti, arriva la gente e il nostro tavolo si ferma, dopo quasi 40 minuti di attesa vediamo uscire i piatti a tappeto su tutta la sala come se avessero unito per loro praticità i nostri piatti a tutta la sala. personale di sala di corsa, inesperti e in pochi (visto che hanno voluto prendere più gente delle loro potenzialità). morale? che senso ha dare questi disservizi? mi dispiace ma non andrò più.

22/03/2025: Rispetto agli altri ristoranti siamo stati invogliati, ad entrare in questa locanda ,dalla semplicità ed eleganza con cui erano apparecchiati i tavoli e arredato il locale . E abbiamo “visto lungo “!!! Personale gentile , premuroso e professionale . Abbiamo gustato una buonissima selezione di formaggi ,una tagliata cotta perfettamente con contorno di insalata e patate al forno . Deliziosi i dolci , ottima cantina . Giusto costo . Tappa obbligata per una cena o un pranzo all’insegna della qualità , dell’accoglienza calorosa e del buon cibo . CONSIGLIATISSIMO!

16/03/2025: Sono stato con amici in questa locanda viste le recensioni. Aspettative rispettate: menù corto ma ricercato e tipico: abbiamo gustato tre antipasti su quattro e devo dire che il flan era ottimo! A seguire ho provato la carbonara, ottima dose di uovo, pepe e guanciale. La tagliata veramente tenera e saporita al punto giusto. Nota di merito la MILLEFOGLIE! Assolutamente da provare era semplice per quanto buona. Location tradizionale forse da personalizzare un tantino in più. Lista dei vini corta come quella delle pietanze d’altronde ma con vini territoriali, che apprezzo sempre, e qualche chicca francese. Da riprovare sicuramente in estate dove il borgo di Gradara darà ancora più atmosfera.

26/02/2025: unfortunately I have to report a serious lack of safety for a restaurant with 40 years of experience, an accident occurred to my mother who fell down the stairs going down to the basement where we had booked for lunch (a group of around 50 people), the fall was disastrous, the problem was not the staircase itself (however you have to be very careful where to put your feet to avoid putting your foot in the wrong place as happened to my mother) but all the objects arranged along the path near the wall and also hanging at the same time, as he fell he hit vases, lanterns, ceramic plates, even a rake with metal tips which fortunately hit his jacket and not his face, causing a deep cut and a lot of blood, we wanted to apologize for the commotion and inconvenience caused to the place, in fact the head nurse got very agitated asking how many vases we had broken, forgetting to ask if the lady was okay, I would say that with all the blood lost perhaps she wasn't well, thanks for allowing us to have lunch before financially fixing the problem caused, thank you for having agreed on a damage refund of only €50 without a receipt despite having damaged ceramic objects, unique pieces of much higher value, we are sorry that we broke family heirlooms, it was not our intention, I wanted to remind you that there is a ruling from the Supreme Court which speaks of damages due to negligence, the restaurateur must do everything possible to prevent accidents from happening within his premises.

29/03/2025: We ate very well. However, the service was perhaps a little too fast even though it wasn't crowded and therefore there was no need to rush (and there were enough waiters). For the rest, everything was very good.

18/03/2025: I have been to this restaurant on more than one occasion, each time finding confirmation of the excellent quality. The location on the sea is exceptional, the outdoor tables are literally "on the shore" and eating with the sound of the waves in the background and looking at the horizon is beautiful. Excellent cold appetizers, tagliatelle with seafood, not to mention grilled and fried dishes. Very friendly and fast service, fair prices and in line with the quality offered. For us a fixed stop every time we pass through those parts. The last time, a few days ago, we had dinner in a separate part of the place, very quiet and peaceful, an excellent solution with two children considering that it was a Saturday evening and the rest of the place was packed and even in that case we had a great time. Keep it up and see you soon!
