20/08/2023: Ho avuto il piacere di imbattermi in questo ristorante/stabilimento, in occasione di una visita allo splendido zoo di Falconara. Abbiamo preso 2 spaghetti alle vongole servite in una fiamminga bella abbondante, una frittura calamari gamberi e verdurine e due cannoli siciliani squisiti. Tutto veramente ottimo. Prezzi nella media. Da ritornare!

18/02/2024: Son capitato per caso, dopocena, in questo ameno "risto-pub" a metà strada fra la piazza del Duca e il Foro Annonario, alla ricerca di un rifugio dove fare quattro chiacchiere tranquille con un amico nel cuore del centro storico di Senigallia.. La location è molto accogliente, con un arredamento dalle tonalità calde e rilassanti. Il personale giovane e gioviale, preparato e veloce nel servizio. Un'ampissima carta dei vini e una discreta offerta di stuzzicherie per accompagnarli degnamente. Tra un calice di verdicchio di Matelica e un Soave Veneto ho avuto il piacere di assaporare i tartufi di tartufo (delle crocchette in pastella di tartufo dal cuore di crema tartufata) e le speziate chips al lime. Dei due i tartufi mi hanno conquistato a man bassa. Pienamente soddisfatto di questa piacevole scoperta, da riprovare sicuramente.

17/02/2024: Localino caratteristico con una atmosfera intima amplificata da questi muri rosso scuro e dall’arredamento ricercato, personale giovane, vasta scelta di cocktail dagli 8.50€ in su con anche un menù gastronomico per la cena. Siamo stati bene.

29/12/2023: Dopo che ci si è stati una volta non si può non ritornare. Beschim è un mago nel preparare il pesce , piatti deliziosi ed abbondanti. Abitando ad Ancona fare qualche chilometro non è nulla per quello che si trova qui. Per me numero uno !

07/12/2023: Ottimo Ristorante di Pesce conosciuto grazie ad una segnalazione di un amico. Sono andato diverse volte e mi sono sempre trovato bene. Gestire gentili, qualità del Pesce ottima come ottimi sono i piatti serviti Ottimo anche il rapporto qualità prezzo. Lo consiglio vivamente per una sosta ottima e rilassante.

06/04/2024: There is nothing to do, Acqua Salata is one of those places that remains in your heart: your eyes are delighted by the preparation of the dishes and the view of the sea; the palate enraptured by the perfect combinations and a service that becomes the true pearl of this place due to its professionalism and hospitality. The chef is good, the waiters are good (Azzurra first and foremost) and all the others. Well done, well done, well done.

07/04/2024: 2 place settings 1 water 1 first course (fresh pasta with seafood) 1 rich grill 1 side dish 1 dessert for a total of 70 euros, my asking for explanations cost me 10 euros. Very disappointed.

04/04/2024: The waiters are very kind, everything is very good, prices are honest... anyone who gives 1 star I think is doing it out of malice, it's a restaurant for average people, those looking for luxury, or those who want to eat everything for 10 euros have the wrong address. I advise the cook to first make all the customers leave and then complain to the owner... it must be a private thing.

24/03/2024: Informal, yet welcoming environment. Fresh and well cooked fish without paying too much attention to the aesthetics of the dish. The sardines as an aperitif and the fried ones are excellent
