17/05/2025: Eravamo già stati in questo locale e ci era piaciuto. Abbiamo quindi deciso di tornarci. Durante la prenotazione ci viene proposto un tavolo fuori. Accettiamo. Quando siamo arrivati ci siamo trovati ad un tavolo in cui praticamente a pochi passi da noi passava il treno. E i treni erano abbastanza frequenti. Gli antipasti come l'altra volta che siamo andati sono stati di nostro gradimento, questa volta i primi erano deludenti.

02/06/2025: Dinner on a splendid terrace overlooking the sea, on one of the first evenings of the season when you can eat outside. Delicious appetizers, good fish main courses. An excellent wine from the Marche region accompanies the dinner. Courteous service and a normal bill.

29/06/2025: Absurd and totally disappointing experience. We arrived at Jonathan with a group of friends to spend a quiet evening, and instead we found ourselves in front of yet another place that openly discriminates based on gender. Despite the fact that a normal entrance and one reserved for tables were clearly indicated, at the door we were told that "you can only enter with a table", while in the meantime they only let groups of girls in, without any reservations. We, obviously, a group of boys, were rejected without even a "sorry". No possibility of explaining, no coherence with what was advertised. It is clear that the selection at the entrance is made only based on who you are and not on how you behave, ignoring every minimum principle of correctness or hospitality. A place like this should be avoided by anyone who has respect for themselves. To those reading: if you are not a group of girls or you do not want to pay a lot for a table, save yourself the disappointment and choose another place where they treat you like people and not like numbers or "decorations" of a place.

27/06/2025: Very kind staff, he found us a place even if we hadn't booked and were practically full. We ate divinely, paid the right and without expectations. The fish was really excellent, the cold superlative appetizers, the fried a paradise.

16/06/2025: Good food in a setting far from the square of Sirolo. Restaurant in the typical alley of the village, excellent fish stew!

25/06/2025: We discovered this seafood restaurant thanks to the Michelin Guide Tuscany, Umbria, and Marche. The welcome and service were particularly charming, provided by a young woman whose mother works in the kitchen... and what a meal! We began dinner with an assortment of fish starters, both delicious and generous. We enjoyed succulent grilled fish, before concluding with an absolutely exquisite lemon sorbet—a dessert not to be missed! Since the dinner was so enjoyable, we asked if it would be possible to return the next day to enjoy spaghetti with clams. We were delighted: perfectly cooked pasta, accompanied by a generous and delicious quantity of clams. A truly gourmet experience not to be missed!

07/06/2025: Very charming little fish restaurant. You can easily walk past it, because there is no sign. Still, it is definitely worth looking for! We had a delicious lunch with pasta and seafood, plus a shared secundi with fried squid. Everything very freshly prepared. The fact that they could not serve everything on the menu is a plus, I see it as a plus, everything here comes fresh from the fish market and not from the freezer. The service was very slow with only 1 person, so a long sitting. Recommended!

11/06/2025: On the way back from Vieste we decided, near Pedaso, to exit the highway for lunch, restaurant found on the internet, the Faro restaurant on the sea, staff and professional, exceptional food, large portions.

07/05/2025: Dopo averlo notato più volte di passaggio ci sono andato a cena e sono stato benissimo. Il servizio è accurato e professionale, le cameriere gentilissime anche con la descrizione dei piatti. Molta varietà sia di pesce che di carne. Devo segnalare il risotto di mare davvero superlativo. Conto onestissimo, da tornarci per mangiare all'aperto.

24/06/2025: Seafood restaurant overlooking the sea, pleasant and quiet atmosphere, attentive and careful service. The fish is fresh and cooked without distortions so much so that you can feel the flavors of the sea on your palate. The owner is kind and welcoming.

21/06/2025: We ate for two in this very nice place with a sea view. Very good cold and hot appetizers and a ten out of ten fried food. Impeccable service from the very nice waitress Victoria 😊 We will definitely be back

25/06/2025: Many restaurants open and sooner or later raise the white flag because due to inexperience, presumption or the desire to make easy money they are unable to guess their winning formula. Uldergo, on the other hand, in Pesaro is a true "historical" institution, a friendly, serious, honest and competent person in his profession who has made fish-based catering a top-level culinary art... in the many times I have eaten at the restaurant and in the countless take-away dishes I have ordered he has never disappointed me... absolutely positive quality/price ratio from every point of view... Top-notch wine list... what can I say... a tourist or visitor to the city cannot leave Pesaro if he hasn't experienced what it means to eat quality fish at Uldergo!!

28/06/2025: We went to dinner for a change and we had pizzas, for me normal while my daughter and my husband liked them, for this reason you have to evaluate the subjectivity, the pizza is low and "crunchy" good service.

19/06/2025: The Adamo ed Eva resort where I stayed recommended this restaurant to me. Since they have an agreement with me, it was possible to buy a dinner package at a very fair price! On the evenings that I dined at this restaurant, I appreciated the place and the food and the waiters' service, the service was good. The waiters were kind and friendly.

27/04/2025: Ponte in mezza pensione. Siamo stati molto bene. Cena ottima, colazione pure, con vista mozzafiato e sottofondo musicale rilassante.

19/05/2025: The main dish of this place is the seafood padelaccia, I want to suggest this dish to those who decide to eat in this cozy restaurant! Fresh fish good wine!!! For those who love local wines, you can ask the "sommelier" who owns the restaurant for advice!

04/05/2025: Ospitalità eccellente, ottimo lo gnocco e gli involtini di pesce spada. A fine pasto il caffè ci è stato servito con una crostata squisita! E poi amano i cani!! Da ritornare!!
