25/12/2025: We had dinner on Christmas Eve. They reserved a beautiful room for us, and the service and helpfulness were impeccable. The seafood dinner was truly delicious, all topped off with such kindness and cordiality. You made our evening wonderful. Thank you so much!

10/10/2025: Great restaurant that clearly takes pride in their food. Lovely retro vibe inside. Service old fashioned which I liked. Food was tasty and plentiful. Homemade pasta lovely and fresh, beef carpaccio and salmon tartare were excellent, pork with porcini to die for. Dessert were especially good and lovingly prepared. Wines we tried were superb. Hosts were clearly enjoying hosting which is always a plus. Best in Lierna and not just because of food which is amazing but the whole experience. I went away happy and smiling twice. Grazie mille

10/11/2025: I often come here to buy lake fish at the counter, always excellent quality. Then I started trying the restaurant, too, and every time I'm thrilled: all the dishes I've tried are delicious and rich in flavor, and there's always great care in describing them and recommending the wines, chosen with great skill and passion. I truly appreciate the kindness and attention to detail shown to customers, precious qualities that make you feel welcomed. A special place, highly recommended!

Excellent quality ingredients in a familiar yet meticulously maintained atmosphere. A special mention goes to the sommelier for his kindness and expertise. We'll definitely be back.

04/01/2026: We had a terrible experience... the first course was mussels, which smelled bad and tasted really bad, while the second course was a seafood risotto with lots of pieces of broken mussel shells inside the risotto, and it had no flavor at all. The owner's response was (sorry, but that's part of the restaurant business). Congratulations. I'll reply to your comment: Inside the cavatello with potatoes and mussels, there were exactly 3 small mussels that were covered in the flavor of the potatoes and ricotta, and in the risotto, there weren't just 3 small pieces, but many more inside the plate. We tried to avoid them, but it was no use.

01/01/2026: Delightful experience for New Year's Eve at Mamaioa. The cuisine was delicious, the wines excellent, the service perfect. All in a warm atmosphere. Definitely a place to stop by when coming to Lecco.

18/01/2026: A lovely evening with friends. The appetizers were top-notch, worthy of a 5-star meal. Followed by a fried dish that didn't live up to the restaurant's name. The baked sea bass was okay. The first courses (served last) were passable, perhaps I'm used to bolder flavors. Followed by gelato on a bed of fruit that was excellent, and a mini cannolo that was twice as good. Coffee followed by a jug of amaro to help digest the bill.

27/12/2025: We've been customers of Zambros for years, ever since they were in the old location, and for us it's always a sure thing. It's a trattoria and pizzeria with a relaxed, family atmosphere. The menu changes occasionally, but the food is always good: the pizza is delicious, and the cooking never disappoints. I have a weakness for Mrs. Rosy's ravioli: homemade, always different, and a pleasant surprise every time. They are very attentive to dietary needs and always willing to make adjustments when needed, which I greatly appreciate. And then... the desserts! All delicious, with a special mention for the homemade tiramisu, which for us is a must. A special thanks to Rosy, Alessandro, Silvia, and Irene, always kind, welcoming, and smiling. 30/01/2026: The place is nice, the atmosphere is great, the fast service is very good, and the food is also good, but the staff are very grumpy and shameless. We didn't see any smiles, and they brought the bill without us asking... But I guess there aren't many alternatives in the area.

24/12/2025: I went for lunch and had a very good meal. The atmosphere was clean and tidy. The staff was kind and attentive despite the fact that it was fully booked. Well done to everyone, even Santa Claus showed up!

23/12/2025: This pizzeria really surprised me. The pizza dough is just right – not too thick, but not too thin either. The pizzas are always generously topped and perfectly seasoned. I especially recommend the "Diavola" – simply an explosion of flavor! What I also particularly appreciate is the service: The staff are always friendly and quick, and the place has a very pleasant, relaxed atmosphere with a view of the lake. The wine selection is also excellent and goes perfectly with the pizzas. If you're looking for a really good pizza, you should definitely stop by.
