23/07/2025: Fantastic place with the sweetest welcoming staff and not least delicious food and wine at reasonable prices. Highest recommendation from our entire family.

20/07/2025: We were a group of nine people, consisting of two families, and were lucky enough to even get a table – without a prior reservation, it would have been impossible. We were seated in the "winter garden," and it quickly became clear that we weren't part of the usual clientele. The parking lot was rapidly filling up with luxury cars, and the restaurant teemed with well-heeled customers. The service was generally attentive, but unfortunately, despite communicating in Italian, there were some obvious misunderstandings. This started with the aperitif: We were refused a Campari soda because it wasn't on the menu. All the ingredients were available – it would have been easy to fulfill our request. The biggest discrepancies, however, occurred with the food: The adults had ordered appetizers, while the children were supposed to receive their main courses at the same time to avoid waiting. Instead, all the main courses arrived together, and the appetizers arrived shortly after. When we asked, we received only the brief explanation: "The pizzaiolo is faster than the kitchen." Such miscoordination simply cannot happen, regardless of who sets the pace in the kitchen! The pizza itself was a bit bland in taste, but the food was otherwise fine, and the portion sizes were appropriate for the kids. By the time we were finished, we clearly felt that our time was up. It seemed as if our satisfaction was secondary to the desire to generate the next sale.

01/08/2025: Uoffisielt Sirmiones beste restaurant! I alle fall den absolutt beste vi spiste på. Utsøkt mat, både på smak og utseende, rause porsjoner og god service. Meget godt utvalg av vin og drinker og jeg mistenker at de konserverer sitt eget kjøtt. Det hang nemlig store lårstykker til tørking i restauranten. Restauranten er også veldig fint innredet. Her er det fokus på kvalitet! Når det i tillegg er hyggelige priser for så flott mat, er valg av restaurant enkel. Er du ikke fornøyd med maten her vil jeg påstå at du er av den kresne sorten. Jeg kan varmt anbefale carpaccio, caprese, pizza og Tiramisu. Pizzaen er kanskje den beste jeg noen gang har spist. Tiramisuen er den beste jeg noen gang har spist. Nam! Kjøttrettene som ble servert rundt oss så også veldige gode ut. Vi må tilbake og teste… Gode, glade og mette skulle vi betale for gildet. Vi syntes regninga ble så lav at vi gikk gjennom kvitteringa. De hadde ikke registrert dessertene. Vi gav beskjed om det. Som takk fikk vi en lokal flaske hvitvin. Vi kan i alle fall ikke komme på noen annen årsak. Jeg ble helt målløs. Det har jeg aldri opplevd før. Meget God service! Tusen takk for oss ❤️ Vi kommer tilbake!!

31/07/2025: We even got a table right by the lake without a reservation. The wait was short. The food was excellent! A bit away from the hustle and bustle.

31/07/2025: Great ambiance, very friendly service, the team enjoys their work, which is noticeable and reflected in the pleasant atmosphere. The chef and his wife are also very hands-on. The food was delicious; we were recommended the burrata mozzarella on the pizza, which we would definitely recommend. The cheese spreads beautifully on the pizza when sliced and gives it a creamy texture. The seafood spaghetti was also delicious, with a subtle hint of garlic, perfectly seasoned, and plenty of seafood on top.

20/07/2025: I've already dined at this restaurant, but I have to say that today we upped the ante...an excellent dinner and excellent service with good value for money...absolutely worth trying.

Bei den beiden Malen die wir auch dieses Jahr bei Euch waren, haben wir das wieder erleben dürfen. 22/07/2025: Wonderful location...excellent food...I recommend the pizza with the corn and seed base (spectacular). The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I must say that it's always a pleasure to return. I absolutely recommend it.

11/08/2025: This wonderful Osteria is hidden in the heart of Sirmione's historic center, on a side street away from the hustle and bustle. The staff is incredibly kind, attentive, yet never intrusive. They advise you on your choice of dishes, and the service is as high-quality as the food. The cover charge is €3, but it's entirely justified by the beautifully laid table and, most importantly, the bread basket (with breadsticks, two types of bread, and taralli) accompanied by excellent Garda extra virgin olive oil. The pike with polenta and the bigoli with sardines, raisins, and pine nuts are highly recommended. We'll definitely be back.

05/07/2025: If you don't look like you have money, you'll get a seat, but you won't be served particularly politely... A shame, because the expensive food tastes good... (Although we weren't allowed any oil or vinegar, so they probably didn't see us as the right customers.) Whether it's worth the money is something everyone who arrives here in the right "dress code" has to decide for themselves... The table next to us was at least heavily courted, but they also looked like it was still an opera ball.

24/07/2025: Food and location was fantastic, but the service made our night! Arnoldo was a fantastic host and really made our evening. He even gave us a lift to our hotel because there were no taxis running - lovely man! Would recommend

24/07/2025: I can't recommend it. You wait forever for a waiter to notice you, you're seated quickly, and then you wait 30 minutes. The food is quick, which is OK. But the service is awful.

14/07/2025: We tested a lot of restaurants in Sirmione but when it comes to fine dining, this is truely the best restaurant in town! Amazing service, delicious food! It's worth every single Euro you spend there! Thank you!!!

12/07/2025: It pains me to leave 1 star, but the food was bland and pretty certain we had some stomach issues from the food, fish was very “musty”. Service was good, but way too quick in rushing between courses.

04/08/2025: I can't recommend it under any circumstances. Very unfriendly staff, and the food is simply abysmal for the price. The fish was not only very small, it wasn't even grilled, but more like boiled. My daughter's schnitzel (you shouldn't really call it that, frozen food thrown into oil) was still raw inside... an absolute disaster... a tourist rip-off, nothing less. Oh, and the five croquettes cost an extra €5...

03/08/2025: A very nice surprise among all the restaurants we tried, all rather tourist traps, apart from this one which really stands out on all levels, perfect welcome and follow-up throughout the meal, the dishes good and fresh, well presented, very good desserts too, then a very well-stocked spirits menu especially on the Grappa with an impressive choice to be repeated on the next visit Bravo! above all don't change anything

01/08/2025: What a disappointment! We got a table for lunch and wanted to order two portions of fries for the kids. This wasn't allowed without a main course. We left quickly. What terrible service!

07/08/2025: The food was okay and tasted good. It was a bit noisy due to the street, and the chairs at the street-side tables were a bit dirty and wobbly.

04/08/2025: Excellent food, fair prices compared to other places in the area. Service could be improved, but since it's a Saturday night and the weather is variable for outdoor seating, that's understandable.
