14/04/2026: Excellent, refined dishes, fast, friendly service, and a great location near the castle and free parking. Highly recommended.

11/04/2026: Before we were seated, the waitress consulted with the chef and informed us that we might have to expect a slightly longer wait. In fact, our dinner stretched to three hours – but we did get four courses plus an amuse-bouche. Both the kitchen and the front of house were staffed by only one person – while this wasn't noticeable in the quality of the food, it was evident in the wait time and the waitress's apparent stress level. Overall, however, it was one of the best culinary experiences we had during our two-week road trip.

24/03/2026: We had some very good pizzas, huge, thin, and with a crispy crust, cooked in a wood-fired oven. The pizzas on the menu can be customized to your liking when ordering. The only problem is that they're so big that by the time you get to the end, they're already cold! Recommended.

23/02/2026: Try it and understand! Delicious and easy-to-digest pizza! Discovered it by chance, it's now our favorite pizzeria even though we're from out of town.

05/04/2026: This restaurant in the heart of Bolsena's historic center took me back to the '90s, with an authentic and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was extremely courteous, and the owner was helpful and attentive, even recommending an excellent bottle of local wine at a truly fair price. The two of us enjoyed four portions of fried artichokes, two lake-sourced pasta dishes, and two tagliata with arugula, parmesan, and cherry tomatoes: everything was simply delicious, with meat that melted in your mouth. To round out the meal, two amaro liqueurs and a bottle of water. The final bill? More than fair for the quality and quantity. I highly recommend this place... I'd go back a thousand times over!

28/03/2026: Trattoria in the historic center, welcoming and clean, with excellent service. The dishes are carefully prepared and beautifully presented. Try the "carbonpesce" pasta and the citrus-flavored whitefish fillet. Right prices.

29/03/2026: The place was very nice and well-kept, we ate well, but when we asked for a sorbet they brought us ice and lemon soda... I would have preferred if the waiter had told me they didn't have sorbet... I wouldn't go back.

29/03/2026: Fantastic experience! We were here with the family two nights in a row, need I say more? Compliments to everyone, from the chef to the staff. The fish and meat were delicious, and the first courses were equally delicious. Highly recommended!

03/01/2026: I had lunch at this restaurant on January 1st. I found the staff very kind and, above all, I ate really well with some very good dishes. Located at the foot of the lake, it's definitely a place worth trying.

04/04/2026: It's fine for those who don't know what pizza is. Like the Germans or Dutch who are plentiful in the area. Acceptable service, the guys are quick, polite, and professional. But pizzas, gentlemen, are none of their business. An almost raw, unleavened slab of pizza cannot be passed off as pizza. The antipasto platter is not made on site, but rather bought in trays at the supermarket. No flavor 🤷🏻‍♀️ Pleasant atmosphere, a bit '80s-esque.
