01/05/2026: Waiting an hour to order food, then almost an hour for each dish to be served? Nothing special on the menu, and the taste is very average. The prices are quite high for this kind of service and food. It's a real disappointment.

01/05/2026: Never again 🤢….. Terrible service… We had a horrible seafood appetizer… including some fried anchovies floating in oil 🤢… Spaghetti with clams was tasteless and flavorless… Never again…

07/09/2025: An experience, both personal and for those at my table, that was unforgettable in every way. From the moment we arrived to the moment we were literally kicked out of the place. We arrived, we asked where we could sit, and no one showed us where without accompanying us, which is something that happens everywhere I've been, but we decided to overlook this seemingly pointless matter, so we had to choose ourselves. As we sat down, a waiter came over and literally threw the menus at us from behind without saying anything (a rather rude gesture). We decided to overlook this aspect as well, even though it was more significant than the first. When they came to take my partner's and my order, we felt very intimidated by what we'd chosen (because he looked at us like a couple of poor wretches). We decided to overlook this as well, because ultimately it was just our gut feeling, even if it was obvious. They brought us drinks by slamming the water on the table in an incredible way, and that was fine... the only positive note, so far, is that everything arrived promptly; they practically didn't make us wait for anything. But let's continue with the story. While we were finishing our first course, they came to ask us what we wanted for the second course, and we simply replied that we had to decide. Two minutes later, my partner went to the bathroom, and the waiter returned, asking me what I wanted for the second course. I replied, thanking him, saying that I didn't want anything else. He then asked me how I wanted to pay and immediately brought me the payment card so I could pay at the table without asking, emphasizing that all this had happened in about a minute. By the time my partner returned from the bathroom, we had to get up and leave. Truly unfriendly in every way. If you want a quick bite to eat and then leave, it's a fine place, but if you expect even a modicum of courtesy, definitely leave it alone. I don't recommend it.

16/10/2025: The homemade cookies are among the best I've ever eaten, and the welcome is incredibly warm. It makes you feel right at home.

24/08/2025: The chef comes to the table to explain what's on the menu, and this alone speaks volumes about the quality of the products offered. All the dishes exceeded expectations, everything was fresh and prepared to perfection. This will definitely be a regular stop for years to come.

29/09/2025: We found ourselves having lunch with a friend during a stop on a motorcycle tour. The place is fabulous! It was a perfect late-September day for an excellent lunch in a quaint restaurant. We ate fettuccine with porcini mushrooms, mutton skewers, and sautéed broccoli, along with dessert and coffee. Everything was excellent. The staff was friendly, and we chatted with the owner about the history of the place. A pleasant break before heading home.

21/09/2025: We went to Patrizia restaurant and our experience was not positive. The receipt even had a different name and address listed ("Vanilla Café" in Rieti), which creates confusion and a lack of transparency. We spent €25 for three iced teas and two desserts, a price completely disproportionate to the amount consumed. The place is beautiful, with relaxing music, but the atmosphere doesn't make up for it: the staff's manners don't make you feel welcome; in fact, they discourage you from staying and enjoying the experience. In short: an expensive place, lacking transparency, and with a welcoming atmosphere that leaves much to be desired. I wouldn't recommend it, as it's neither worth the expense nor the experience.

03/05/2026: A disaster, 8 of us arrived, we ordered pizzas that arrived 5-10 minutes apart, so much so that we told them not to make the last one. The pizzas were horrendous, disgusting, the 4 Seasons with whole slices of spicy salami and mushrooms, raw underneath, tasteless mozzarella, and sour tomato sauce. A glass of white wine that was definitely the kind of wine from the supermarkets that sell them for €2 each, and I paid 5 times that much!!!! You order a portion of fries and what do they say? The van didn't unload the potatoes today? I don't recommend it. Learn how to make pizzas, change your chef and especially your pizza chef.

02/05/2026: PARANORMAL EXPERIENCE I was already tempted to leave when I read the menu, but my boyfriend insisted... Menus have to be requested because they certainly don't bring them, and if you're in a hurry, it's better not to, because it takes at least 40 minutes for the dish to come out. Let me start by saying that out of the 10 appetizers listed on the menu, 3/4 were available. So, we ordered spaghetti with clams and a fried dish with ONLY calamari. The pasta was okay, a little too dry, while the clams were COLD (as if they'd added them later). The fried dish, however, arrived shortly afterward, and the oil they'd used was so EXHAUSTED that it probably evaporated shortly afterward (in fact, it was brown and rubbery). Furthermore, it wasn't a fried dish with only calamari... When it came to the bill, we had to wait another 10 minutes because they didn't have change (that's the least of the problems). While waiting for change, I went to the bathroom; The conditions were appalling; there wasn't even paper available, and to flush the toilet, you had to gently pull a cord attached to the drain above. CRAZY PRICES, very disoriented staff, I hope they have room for improvement.
