19/06/2026: Quiet place, excellent service, like on family

07/04/2026: We visited this place on Easter Monday. I have to be honest: upon arrival, our first impression wasn't the best, so much so that we even considered leaving. The atmosphere is very spartan, a bit makeshift, with less-than-perfect tablecloths and makeshift solutions to shelter the beach area. However, since it's the start of the season, that's understandable. The lady who served us was kind, helpful, and very approachable, creating a pleasant, family-friendly atmosphere. There wasn't a menu, but a few dishes were listed verbally, which made us think the menu was simple but based on fresh ingredients. We ordered fried baby octopus (a small portion), sautéed mussels, spaghetti with clams, and mezze maniche with pecorino and mussels, along with a bottle of wine, water, and strawberries with cream to finish the meal. I must say we were pleasantly surprised: perhaps apart from the sautéed mussels, the rest was really good. I almost completely changed my mind, thinking about how often we judge a place by its appearance and how, in reality, you can eat better in simple places than in so many "Instagrammable" restaurants. Unfortunately, however, the sore point came when we got the bill. We paid €120 for two, without a consultable menu or a detailed receipt listing the individual items. €60 each for two appetizers, two first courses, and a bottle of wine seemed decidedly excessive, especially considering the location and the overall context. Moreover, the service was very informal: we saw people setting their own tables, we were practically eating with our feet in the sand at rickety tables, and there were even trash bins nearby. And it's a real shame, I repeat, because up until that point I had completely changed my mind and would have returned. But the final price, absolutely DISPROPORTIONATE compared to both what we ate and the type of environment, left a decidedly negative impression. We felt cheated. Don't go.

17/08/2026: Never been treated like this in a restaurant. We arrived at 8:00 PM with two hungry children: the place was completely empty and they turned us away. We had simply asked for two pizzas for the children; in 30 minutes we would have left. I understand reservations and organization, but common sense and customer service are also important. Maybe they have gold in the oven. It's a shame hospitality was left off the menu.

13/07/2026: €9 for a pizza that was as thin as a sheet of paper, it literally looked like an omelet, I don't recommend it

10/11/2025: Terrible experience. We felt sick. I hate to write this review because the staff was really kind. After almost an hour of waiting, we ordered sautéed mussels, a mixed fried fish to share, and a bottle of wine. Aside from the price, which was truly too high for the small portion we ordered, the sautéed mussels were unthinkable: some mussels were raw (never happened before) and the sauce was off. We felt sick all day.

25/10/2025: A mystical experience. It felt like being in an episode of "Nightmare Kitchen." Slow service, waiters insulting each other, and subpar food. The location alone is worth it.

29/09/2025: We found ourselves having lunch with a friend during a stop on a motorcycle tour. The place is fabulous! It was a perfect late-September day for an excellent lunch in a quaint restaurant. We ate fettuccine with porcini mushrooms, mutton skewers, and sautéed broccoli, along with dessert and coffee. Everything was excellent. The staff was friendly, and we chatted with the owner about the history of the place. A pleasant break before heading home.

21/09/2025: We went to Patrizia restaurant and our experience was not positive. The receipt even had a different name and address listed ("Vanilla Café" in Rieti), which creates confusion and a lack of transparency. We spent €25 for three iced teas and two desserts, a price completely disproportionate to the amount consumed. The place is beautiful, with relaxing music, but the atmosphere doesn't make up for it: the staff's manners don't make you feel welcome; in fact, they discourage you from staying and enjoying the experience. In short: an expensive place, lacking transparency, and with a welcoming atmosphere that leaves much to be desired. I wouldn't recommend it, as it's neither worth the expense nor the experience.

02/08/2026: Interminable wait times (even for water) and absurd prices for extremely low-quality food (cold, rubbery, stale). The table was in the dark, and there wasn't even a fan to keep the heat from getting too high. The bathroom was in terrible condition.

02/08/2026: The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. The appetizers and starters are excellent, well-seasoned and well-prepared. The service is friendly and attentive. Highly recommended.

03/08/2026: The restaurant itself is decent, despite the tables being on a slope. The problem is the service; they made us wait an hour for our starters, and the food was poor. The prices are really, really high. The person taking our order got it wrong about three times. A truly terrible experience, not to be repeated.

03/08/2026: Sloping tables, for five appetizers and five entrees, the fish of which was worse than the all-you-can-eat sushi on the top list of the NAS, and a dessert, we paid €300. The waiter definitely needed a hearing aid (no offense to the deaf, who would have surely gotten a better order), he got the order wrong three times, endless waits, pure disorganization. Now I understand why people would rather wait for a seat at the restaurant next door than eat at this place. Never again.

06/05/2026: Reasonable prices; drinks and a croissant for two are €4-5. The place is very small and sometimes littered with crumbs. The bathroom isn't working (when I went). The barista is friendly. The pastries look lovely.
