28/07/2025: The setting was stunning, the view magnificent. Slow service, but the real sore point was the food. Poorly cooked, poor quality food. It's a shame, because in the past it was a guarantee.

24/08/2025: A landmark, high-end restaurant in beautiful Pescara. The portions aren't generous, but they aspire to a high-end reputation. The experience is certainly mid-to-high-end. It's true, however, that in my opinion, they should be supported by more courteous service from all the dining room staff, commensurate with the price and the elegance they seem to be seeking.

24/08/2025: Restaurant right in the city center with nearby parking. Food: Hot fish appetizer was good but too little. Turbot with potatoes was excellent. Creamy millefeuille was excellent. Service: Despite having booked by phone and having confirmed in person half an hour beforehand that everything was fine, as soon as we entered, a rude waiter announced that the restaurant was full. A colleague had to intervene. Aside from this rude, poorly perfumed, visibly tired, and unsympathetic waiter, the restaurant is of a very high standard.

28/08/2025: Located in one of the most beautiful spots of the Giulianova beach, I only give 3 🌟 because (1) the sunbeds and deckchairs have had their day and the park should be renovated and (2) the prices for food are rather high and the content of the dishes, beyond the quality, are rather poor

31/07/2025: Simply everything was exceptional! We ordered the sautéed mussels and spaghetti with clams, and it was an unforgettable experience. The mussels were incredibly fresh, cooked to perfection... The spaghetti with clams? Probably the best I've ever had: abundant clams, the aroma of the sea, and a perfect creaminess. Friendly service. We'll definitely be back!

14/09/2025: The service is in keeping with the beauty of the restaurant. The waiters are always prompt and efficient. Now for the downside: the five-course menu comes to a total of about 80 grams of food. This would be fine if the dishes lived up to the restaurant's ambitions. All for €60 per person, excluding service charge, water, and a glass of Pecorino wine, which can be found online for €4.90 a bottle. Having already read negative reviews, I advise the owner, who I'm sure will respond, to carefully reread your comment, checking spelling and paying particular attention to the use of h's. It's never too late to improve, even in the restaurant business. UPDATE POST RESTAURANT OWNER'S RESPONSE I'd like to point out that you started by using the formal "lei" and then the informal "tu" with me. A mistake I probably last made in third grade. I'll spare you any comments about the vandalism of punctuation.

07/09/2025: A Slow Food Presidium, it obviously serves gourmet cuisine, but the two of us left hungry and with empty wallets. We ordered a sampling of appetizers and a main course each, but the sauces and other seasonings in all the dishes covered the flavor of the fish. The prices were high, the portions were small, though the service was quick and efficient. I wouldn't go back!

22/08/2025: I hope the owner doesn't take offense but understands that a multigrain crust with three arugula leaves (from the bag), marinated anchovies and caramelized onion with a scoop (the highly praised mango pearls) of mango Bubbles tea, believe me and try it, does not taste good. I'm sorry but even on a chitarrina with clams (cold and not sautéed with the pasta, because you can taste the temperature and the flavor too) bland pasta and chili pepper that really tasted of nothing. I ate those clams because I was hungry and they were closed, but I repeat, two dishes with different condiments you CANNOT not sauté them for at least two minutes in the pan. The place then, anonymous, beer hall style, Havana style, is a seafood place and honestly I was disappointed by how you raised the prices and lowered the quality. The only normal thing was the waiter's kindness. I paid and politely left, but he kept saying 40 minutes for two unseasoned pasta dishes, closed and cold clams, and a price of 14-13 euros for two frozen scampi, not even sautéed with the pasta. I'm not a fan of them. I suggest customers not just stop at the Vesuvius gnocco. A profound disappointment.

19/08/2025: We went there on the recommendation of the hotel where we were staying and what can I say, it was a wonderful culinary experience, the staff were kind and helpful, the food was excellent and the price was fair too. When we got to the cashier, sorbet and coffee were offered to us! I recommend it!

12/03/2025: Ottimo ristorante solo sono stato un po' di tempo fa ora mi hanno detto e' sceso un poco ma io non credo mai alla bocca delle persone che sono cattive ed invidiose quindi andro' a riprovare x la mia esperienza buonissimo ristorante

01/03/2025: Assolutamente consigliato: cura dei particolari, pesce freschissimo e un ambiente pulito ed accogliente sono la nota caratteristica di questo locale. Lo chef Danilo Albani racconta il suo amore per la materia prima nei piatti che propone. Da Milano è un po’ fuori mano, ma vale la pena di passare appena se ne ha l’occasione.

09/03/2025: NTIPASTO striminzito PRIMO accettabile SCONDO striminzito DOLCE (della CASA ) lasciamo perdere non ho aggettivi a riguardo conto per due .... 80 sberle e senza ricevuta fiscale ..... per andare a mangiare sulla trignina ....... La ristorazione è PASSIONE e SACRIFICIO !!!

03/01/2025: Pranzo con sorpresa finale. Buona l accoglienza ma non è possibile avere un menù scritto con i prezzi, le portate vengono elencate a voce . In quattro due antipasti di salumi, 2 primi un centrotavola di arrosto di carne misto (non abbondante) , un insalata, messo vino della casa e una bottiglia di acqua 130 euro. Costo elevato per la qualità, la quantità ed la tipologia del locale. Sicuramente esperienza da non ripetere né da consigliare.

26/08/2025: We had a seafood aperitif. The gin and tonic tasted only of tonic water, and the seafood appetizers weren't particularly good. Two small plates of surimi. A tuna ball, I presume, had a bitter/acidic flavor. These tastings didn't convince me at all. The calamari in tomato sauce was good. The land-based aperitif seemed better, but I expected something else, even fewer, from the seafood menu. The portion was very generous, but of a higher quality.

24/08/2025: Bar/restaurant on the Vasto seafront. Excellent coffee, excellent fish, and a great idea: bruschetta by the meter.

05/09/2025: Many years ago, when I still lived in the north of the country, we bought a seaside home in Francavilla, on Via Delle Driadi. As always happens in these cases, over time, we questioned the wisdom of our choice, concluding that, as with all stages of a family's life, some things, as a result of the decision to buy a seaside home, turned out to be positive, others less so. Among the good things that happened to us, along with our new living situation, was undoubtedly the proximity to the Merope beach resort. Here, we spent every day of our summers in absolute serenity, allowing us to make an important contribution to the growth, education, and socialization of our children. Sometimes, many things in life are taken for granted, but looking back on them after so many decades, it becomes clear that among the many situations that contribute to the development of young people, choosing the right beach resort can also be a key factor, especially if you spend more than three months of your life there during the year. Thank you, Sergio, for helping us achieve a positive balance of family experiences.

27/08/2025: We rented an umbrella and two sun loungers at this beach resort and were very happy with the price. The beach resort offers excellent services, and has a private beach area where you can enjoy the beautiful, crystal-clear sea of ​​Francavilla al Mare.

24/07/2025: In vacanza con la famiglia abbiamo cenato in questo ristorante e l’esperienza è stata ottima. Antipasto Martin pescatore super abbondante con numerosi assaggi di pesce freschissimo e cucinato benissimo. Mezzi rigatoni allo scoglio e fritto di paranza eccezionali. Il proprietario persona affabilissima che sa coccolarti e consigliarti dall’inizio alla fine del servizio. A chi si trova da queste parti consiglio vivamente. Prezzi super onesti.

14/04/2025: Siamo stati consigliati a cenare in questo locale da amici del posto e anche dall'impiegato dell'hotel (dite che vi ho mandato io!!!) ma le aspettative sono andate totalmente deluse sotto tanti punti di vista. Il locale si presenta bene, poco distante dal faro di Punta Penna, con una ampia vetrata sul porto di Vasto (la sera c'è completamente buio e non si vede nulla, ma di giorno sarà senz'altro piacevole alla vista). Bello l'arredamento, pulito e in stile marinaro, col bianco e blu che la fanno da padroni. Le note negative arrivano con il servizio e la cucina. Partiamo dal servizio: acqua che arriva tardi e va richiesta più volte, pane uguale, prima dell'antipasto viene richiesto il piattino per poter assaggiare l'olio (buono!) col pane. Passano i minuti e su 8 commensali viene portato UN solo piattino che facciamo passare tutti e assaggiamo il buon olio col pane! Alla domanda: perchè solo uno? La risposta è stata: tanto gli antipasti sono pronti! Ma il fine cena è stato ancora più esilarante, quando vengono chiesti 2 bicchieri di Chartreuse, il liquore d'erbe. Il cameriere chiede se "il RUM" lo vogliamo col ghiaccio o senza! Passiamo alla cucina con un solo esempio ma rivelatore: le linguine ai ricci hanno il sapore solo di limone. Peccato! Conto corretto ma la cena non è stata soddisfacente!

02/09/2025: We hadn't booked! It's true that in a seaside area, it would have been better to book. I gave it 4 stars not for the food or the waiters, because they were super helpful and kind! But for the manager's father, I think, who told us and six others to wait outside (in a somewhat authoritative tone) while they looked for a table for the last arrivals! (i.e., us and the others). The service was fast, the pizza was good, and the waiter, Romano, was so friendly!

31/08/2025: The owner is very arrogant and apparently doesn't like German tourists; the bill arrived before I even got my coffee. I was looking forward to a great wood-fired pizza, but unfortunately, it was a disappointment: too much cheese and the crust was burnt... What a pity.
