08/03/2025: I stayed at this property for about a week For work reasons. The hotel is in a rather convenient location as it is right at the entrance to the city, at the moment you have to take a slightly longer route than the entrance expected by the navigator because there is work in progress, but this is absolutely not a constraint but a limit to still arrive at your destination. The hotel is definitely clean in excellent condition (being a new structure), the presence of art in the reception area stands out a lot. Overall very modern and well kept. In my opinion, still a little lacking in personality, but this is a personal point of view that does not affect the review and the Totality of the experience in any way. The rooms are clean, essential and welcoming. the staff is exceptional, all very helpful, smiling and welcoming, always ready to listen to the needs of the customer. The only flaw that I regret to point out is that for a week we always found the same breakfast while supplies lasted, thus risking finding tarts and pastries that were not always fresh. This is an aspect that in my opinion must necessarily be reviewed especially for those who have a stay longer than a couple of days. The restaurant's cuisine is of a completely different nature. Each dish with effective and engaging flavors! A well-curated cuisine, very good, with a refinement of flavors and raw materials that is really perceptible, first to the smell and then to the taste. every day we ate very well, also varying the tastings of the menu, and it was always a guarantee of quality! An absolutely recommended restaurant, for those who happen to be there even without staying in the hotel. WELL DONE! We hope to see you again soon, especially in the kitchen.

18/02/2025: I was there on February 11, 2025, 1:00 p.m., RT 96IKN002505. The harmonious hotel complex is located in the middle of an industrial area that, obviously, does not offer any particular architectural interest. The restaurant is large and presents itself as a pleasant corporate structure, with green chairs, not very comfortable, presumably designed by an architect from the glorious and beloved IKEA. I had "taccozze with chickpeas and porcini mushrooms" (indeed an excellent recipe from the area in question) from the EEG slightly flat, moreover just overcooked. I then ordered a grilled scamorza with cherry tomatoes and salad, a bit anaemic. I did not manage to try the grilled, roasted meats etc., the restaurant's strong points, which I have heard a lot about. The final cost was normal, but the €2.50 cover charge did not thrill me. 04/02/2025: If you are looking for an unforgettable experience, La Baita is certainly an excellent choice. The real protagonist, however, is the food. The meats are of superior quality, prepared with skill capable of giving a unique flavor to each dish that tells a story of passion and dedication to cooking. Another aspect that certainly deserves to be highlighted is the excellent management of the room. The staff is impeccable: welcoming, smiling but above all very knowledgeable. Each waiter is capable of answering any question with competence, passionately recommending the dishes and the best pairings. Finally, cleanliness and the environment, which are always well looked after, add further value to the already excellent experience.

31/01/2025: A beautiful surprise! I knew "La Baita" for its historic garden bar, but I was unaware of its new modern, elegant, cozy and welcoming winter look. Very pleasant, accompanied by a young but at the same time kind, prepared, dynamic and polite staff. But we had the surprise on the menu! A selection of seasoned grill meats, with exquisite carpaccio of the best international meats. A quality raw material that the owner recommended to me, served on a simply perfect stone, which kept the meat warm without overcooking it. My pregnant wife ordered a well-cooked hamburger, and we expected the usual charred and dry hamburger, but instead the meat was cooked perfectly and equally delicious, juicy and accompanied by delicious fried foods! Guys keep it up! 10+

05/03/2025: I had the opportunity to have lunch yesterday, for the first time, at this little restaurant, which I had heard good things about and I can only confirm that our experience was also very positive. The environment is very clean and nice, the dishes all lived up to expectations. We tried some very good mixed hot and cold appetizers, some first courses (taccozze with chickpeas and cod and fusilli with monkfish, and some roasted cuttlefish then a fragrant fried calamari) we were 4 adults and a little girl, honest bill, friendly staff and owner. There will be no shortage of other opportunities to return

16/12/2024: Very simple, welcoming, well heated and clean place. With a reservation, we were served immediately, the pizza menu varied but they still accept customer changes. The desserts are the packaged ones, which need to be removed and placed on a saucer. The cost of dinner, mixed fried pizza and water, does not exceed €10/15. Nice setting for an evening with friends, family, etc. They also have a room reserved for events. I will definitely return to try the cuisine. To be recommended without a doubt.

19/03/2025: A place where I will definitely return. I had dinner with my family, we were all satisfied with the excellent quality of the ingredients, all typical of the area. The pizza dough is super digestible, studied in the smallest details. The other thing that struck us was the kindness of the staff and the owner.

Among the appetizers and focaccias I chose the pizza... beautiful Italian, crunchy and thick at the right point, with an excellent choice of classic and special pizzas.

28/02/2025: Locale molto carino,grande e particolare.Personale gentile e veloce. Piatti buoni e abbondanti. Forse l' unico neo è stato che il piatto di tortelloni non era proprio caldo.Non ho dovuto nemmeno soffiare e la pasta al grano saraceno con patate e verza forse l' avrei preferita senza gratinatura in quanto il piatto era ottimo ma i pezzi gratinati lo erano troppo tanto che sembravano duri e crudi. Consiglio al momento del pagamento lo scontrino " parlante" in quanto non sono specificati i prezzi dei piatti e dei servizi anche se sono presenti sul menú
