28/12/2025: I booked for a company Christmas dinner. Pino, the owner, is always kind and helpful, recommending the daily specials and the perfect wine pairing. The portions, as always, were generous, and the service was very fast. Highly recommended.

06/03/2026: My wife and I had the pleasure of lunch at Trattoria Borgo Antico in Civita Superiore di Bojano, and we can say without hesitation that it was one of the most sincere and surprising gastronomic experiences of recent times. We began with a superb appetizer: a selection of top-quality cheeses, ricotta, and cured meats, all strictly organic. Authentic, clean flavors that express the region better than any words could. Each bite was a little journey through Molise tradition. From one dish to the next, we were accompanied by the genuine warmth of the owner, Filindo, who, together with his son Giacomo, welcomed and pampered us as if we were family guests. A rare treat, made of attention, passion, and a constant smile. Borgo Antico is more than just a restaurant: it's a place where traditional cuisine becomes an experience, where quality is a promise kept, and where hospitality is a true value. On behalf of my wife and I, a heartfelt thank you to Filindo, Antonella, and Giacomo. We will definitely be back.

16/12/2025: I discovered it through some biker friends of mine, stopping in Campobasso for the night and having dinner at Officina 921. The atmosphere is motorcycle-oriented, but especially Guzzi-oriented, and not just that. From the photo, you can also see a bus telling a story. If you want to know, go to Officina 921. The owner is a die-hard enthusiast of all things motorsport. I'll definitely be back, especially because the food and drink are great. Thanks, Leo, and greetings from the Alfee Eagles.

03/04/2026: I regret having to add a note of negativity and profound personal disappointment to the positive reviews I've just read. I read them one by one to understand why I, of all people, had been treated to the kind of dish that prompted such a scathingly negative review. It jeopardized my chance to enjoy Easter cuisine in two days. But it happened. And it's also sad that it happened. Today, after days of universal judgment, Termoli finally received a much-needed respite from the deluge of rain that has created numerous environmental problems. With relief, we try to celebrate. I happily call a beautiful, blue-eyed friend. Good food becomes more enjoyable when faced with certain elegantly applied colors. Another interesting friend awaits us in this place I didn't know. All right, let's go. How shall we start? With an excellent, warm, crispy focaccia. With a decent selection of cheeses accompanied by a tantalizing red pepper sauce and local coriander honey. Good. A burrata that didn't quite convince me, especially because of some of the Havana yellow hues. I have other memories of these dairy delicacies. Then I tasted duck-stuffed tortelli. Modesto e sei had a slightly vinous flavor. Almost a nuance with the wine in the sauce. But, in short, anonymous. And now comes the moment that made me risk unpleasant gastric complications by being diplomatic and stopping at the top of my digestion. One of the charming diners orders a plate of mixed legumes. I persist in my love for Salento and order one of its sacred dishes, broad beans and chicory. Something that in its simple linearity is absolutely delicious, drizzled with local olive oil. What a shame! A love affair gone badly. A poorly executed dish arrives, watery, with bits of broad beans mixed with chicory, but not enough and probably pureed. Maritata likes to call it Salento. Instead of the voluptuous velvety cream with a clearly visible spray, a nest of chicory perched abundantly on that Havana cream. Another disappointment from Salento? No. This time it's all the chef's fault. There's no excuse. Poorly executed and even gone bad. After less than an hour, my house started experiencing cramps and other unpleasant bacterial symptoms. Definitely bacteria, and that's at the very least worthy of carelessness and perhaps even greed. A Liliputian portion, and thank goodness in this case. I don't even want to think it could have been more. Luckily, I'm farsighted. I always have an intestinal antibiotic at home, the patron saint of millions throughout its history. God bless. You take one tablet every eight hours. My symptoms were so violent and acute that I'd already taken two within four hours. I'm writing this drama live. And as I'm just starting, I'm offering a prayer of thanks to the worthy discoverer of this intestinal redemption, a Pasqualina in my case. I'm sure that mess is to blame. My friends aren't in the emergency room; in fact, one of them is celebrating even more. Lucky her. The other one showed no signs of agony, so I was the only one who ate that bacterial culture. Are you sure about the bacteria? Of course, antibiotics only kill bacteria and the fools who misuse them. I've gone into detail because I don't like reporting things like this. But I like being sick even less before some festivity. Oh, I forgot, for this unpleasant event, along with the few items I ordered and a passable bottle of prosecco, €103. I'm paying for the antibiotics. What can I say? A bad day can happen to an inattentive chef and a customer in love. Be careful, love kills.

The owners, very kind, welcomed us warmly. Many compliments to the chef, who prepared elaborate dishes using traditional local ingredients, simple yet very tasty. Everything was truly excellent and presented with a certain refinement. 👏👏👏 Highly recommended ❤️

03/04/2026: Excellent hotel, it welcomed me during the floods in Molise. I found the service comfortable and spotlessly clean, and the staff were very professional and helpful. I didn't have a phone charger with me, so I asked reception if they had one available for a temporary charge, and they provided one without any problem. I recommend it both as a business hotel and for those who decide to stay for a holiday, as it's close to Termoli's beautiful seafront.
