07/08/2025: Purtroppo un’esperienza deludente Siamo stati all’Osteria Al Solito Posto con buone aspettative, ma purtroppo il pasto non è stato all’altezza. Il primo piatto è stato decisamente insoddisfacente: la pasta era scotta e il condimento a base di pesce sembrava più una crema, talmente frullato da perdere ogni consistenza e sapore autentico. La frittura di pesce, poi, è stata la vera delusione: completamente attaccata, come se fosse stata cucinata frettolosamente, e piena di spine, nonostante nel menù fosse chiaramente indicato che ne era priva. Servizio nella media, ma la qualità dei piatti non giustifica una seconda visita. Mi auguro migliorino, ma per ora non lo consiglierei.

06/08/2025: A family restaurant with true Italians in the kitchen, the fish was fresh, I received an excellent wine recommendation and the digestif was on the house.

17/08/2025: Excellent food, well-cooked, tasty, and fresh. The waiters were kind and attentive. Unfortunately, the service was a bit slow, but it was packed with customers. I had spaghetti and crudo with shrimp and zucchini, which was really good.

17/08/2025: We had a very, very good lunch. Everything was delicious. We waited a bit because we hadn't booked, so we were served a bit further back, but the chef is a master!

13/07/2025: Ottima cena a base di pesce. Servizio gentile e veloce ( con il locale pieno), porzioni abbondanti, prezzi nella media. Abbiamo provato: gnocchi le Fantine (con vongole e zucchine), pasta fresca allo scoglio, frittura di calamari (abbondante e ben cotta), pepata di cozze (una sperlunga basta per 2/3 persone). Lo consiglio! Torneremo certamente.

13/08/2025: I'm staying the week of August 15th. The hotel is beautiful, with a large terrace and clean rooms, thanks to the housekeeping staff. It's a truly wonderful place, with lots of nightlife. Congratulations, we're very happy.

18/08/2025: Bar and restaurant with an indoor dining area and outdoor seating. It's family-run, which means they're always willing to accommodate any customer request. In fact, without consulting a menu, we simply asked for what we'd like, and our request was promptly granted (there were two of us). The atmosphere is almost homely, although I would recommend a more organized distribution of tasks. In any case, the lunch was enjoyable, and the price is very reasonable, considering the time. Tip: don't miss the artisanal gelato, made on site!

03/08/2025: A group of us were in town from the US for a wedding. When we went to the grocery store the morning of the wedding and the woman at the register asked us to come to her restaurant, Gold. We said we would go the following day and we are so glad we did. The food was amazing. The wine we had was great. The atmosphere was cool and calm. The best part (apart from the food) was the service. The gentleman who served us- I believe one of the owners- was kind and patient and even brought in a friend to help translate our English and his Italian. They went above and beyond to make for a wonderful last night in Castelmauro. We enjoyed our meal and our experience and will remember it fondly.

18/06/2025: Servizio eccellente, abbiamo avuto modo di degustare i fantastici piatti a base di pesce e carne. Assolutamente insuperabili per qualità e raffinatezza. Consiglio a tutti di provarlo! Torneremo a far visita sicuramente!

09/08/2025: A small restaurant in a historic area with excellent local products served quickly and tastefully. Delicious meats and cheeses. The owner cooks, serves, and calculates the bill in a flash.

09/08/2025: The staff is very friendly, the food is delicious and the portions are generous. It's not expensive, but you eat a lot and well.

29/07/2025: I found it by chance on the web and it worked well, although the price is too high for a small tent, as the available space is the same for everyone, so a camper with a veranda and a 2-person tent cost the same.

27/07/2025: We stayed in a camper for four days from July 22, 2025, to July 26, 2025, and had a wonderful time: friendly staff and excellent organization in a breathtaking setting. The campsite restaurant, "La Locanda di Titti," is a must-try, offering a wide variety of excellent dishes and professional, friendly, helpful, and pleasant waiters.

16/08/2025: We ate on August 15th, excellent service, fast and attentive, we didn't have to ask for anything as the bread or wine was finished, it was served immediately, excellent quality food, homemade and fresh, we ate hot and cold starters, first course fishermen's style, abundant fried food or mixed roast, dessert, coffee and bitter for €45, but above all we ate in peace because they work below their limits precisely to give an excellent service, they didn't make substitutes for this and to say that they care about doing things in a certain way rather than thinking only about the economic side.....and then the owner is exceptional, I will definitely be back

29/06/2025: An unpretentious place, but welcoming for the kindness of the managers, especially the lady, who satisfied our requests of not wanting to eat too much but to taste more dishes. We will certainly return.
