22/04/2026: Terrible service, the lady who arrived before us was in a bad mood, there were no napkins on the tables, and then she told us she would close in 5 minutes. Maybe if they had told her earlier she was closing, she could have taken me somewhere else to eat, and I had to eat very quickly for nothing, and there was paper on the floor.

02/02/2026: We arrived at 8:45pm, they came to take our orders after half an hour and the pizza arrived at 10:45pm, even when the water ran out I had to go to the counter to ask for another... the coffee saucer was dirty... terrible service
31/01/2026: They took half an hour to take our orders from the time we arrived, and it took over an hour and a half for the pizza to arrive. Plus, the coffee saucer was dirty. Terrible place.

19/05/2026: Not much choice. It's a shame because the quality isn't bad and the prices are lower than average. There were only 10 people there on a Saturday.
14/04/2026: Of the various sushi places in Campobasso, I think it's the most respectful. The service is always friendly and helpful, and the dishes are tasty, some of which are probably the best compared to other all-you-can-eat restaurants in the city. The atmosphere isn't that of a large restaurant, but it's familiar, comfortable, and peaceful. It's worth a visit.

28/09/2025: The restaurant was empty. They set a table for us right in front of the counter, where everyone paid for their pizzas.
The conditions were so unfriendly that I declined a coffee and left the restaurant.
03/09/2025: The only pizza in the little village of Oratino. Don’t rely on stated opening times - call and make sure. Also beware of days of full closure.

02/05/2026: I strongly advise against it for animal lovers and those who are well-mannered!
The owner is incredibly rude.
We enter the pizzeria and ask the waiter at the entrance if we can bring our dog (obviously, we ask permission), and he tells us yes. Shortly afterward, the owner arrives and says, "Did you ask if the dog is allowed in?" We say, "Yes, the guy said yes." The owner says only "small" breed dogs are allowed in (so, according to what standards?). The owner always says, "Who cares!"
Now, whether dogs are allowed in or not is up to the owner, who then decides based on the dog's breed and not its training, which is quite debatable.
It's a shame the dog was well-mannered, but the owner was rude and also very unhappy.

Average food, nothing special. The coffee was super burnt!

The waitress can't even describe the dishes.
I order two starters.
A bottle of wine (which later arrives dumped on the table like that) that's not even available at a Chinese restaurant.
After a long wait, the starters arrive incorrectly, and the waitress asks me if I can eat them anyway.
Furthermore, the cook comes out of the kitchen to treat me rudely and tell me that I'm the one who needs to figure out what I'm eating.
Not her waitress, who offers me a different dish than the one she brings me!!!
Result:
70 euros and I didn't eat anything.
Not even an apology.
I work in the restaurant business, and I would never have treated customers like that.
Terrible!!!

02/08/2025: The girl who took care of the service was polite, smiling, and well-mannered. The service was quick and the price was fair. I was pleasantly surprised by the pizza dough: light, flavorful, and truly delicious!

13/10/2025: A quick stop for a coffee. At the register, they offer Arabica coffee for 30 cents more, which we confirm and, of course, it appears on the receipt. Unfortunately, at the bar, they read the receipt but grind regular coffee instead. After pointing this out, they make the other blend without any comment. Was it a deliberate oversight or was it a coincidence?!? Hmm…
11/10/2025: Terrible experience at this service station. The cashier insisted on selling bar products...we just wanted a coffee...

06/01/2026: The food is good. The prices are high, and the most absurd thing is that they charged 5 euros per person for the "show," which was actually a regular DJ. It wasn't written anywhere that you had to pay for the show. I don't think it's fair; it would have been appropriate to specify it at the entrance or on the poster. Then they sat us at a table, and after a while they made us move to give the table to other people.... The waitresses dropped first a fork and then a plate on one of my friends....
