12/04/2026: I paid €3.50 for the ice cream, which included cream added to the cone. It was a modest amount of ice cream, and it had different flavors, but all tasted the same. You can't pay €3.50 for an ice cream and go home hungry.

06/04/2026: I stopped by last night and had a great time. My only small complaint: €5 for a simple tonic water seemed a bit high. Nothing serious, but perhaps slightly above my expectations for such a simple drink. Otherwise, a pleasant experience.

09/03/2026: ...explicitly unwanted wine brought to the table, left untouched but added to the bill, a coffee consumed and another phantom coffee on the receipt, as well as a bottle of water (one ordered, but I found two to pay for). And even though I pointed this out, the bill remained unchanged. Not to mention the lack of a paper menu... Mediocre food, with a short wait, yes, but definitely not worth returning.

15/06/2026: Terrible dinner, poor food, a person who was, to say the least, repulsive. When we were about to leave, the owners were on the verge of coming to blows because of a mistake made by a waiter who, poor thing, didn't understand Italian...

13/08/2026: A Bad Experience at Masseria Massimino Last night we went to dinner at Masseria Massimino, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing, especially regarding the way we were welcomed and treated throughout the evening. Upon arrival, at 8:30 PM, we were told that our reservation wasn't recorded, even though we had proof of having made the reservation back in May. This alone left us very perplexed. We then placed our order, but the waitress immediately proved to be very unwelcoming and unhelpful. After choosing our first courses from the menu, we were informed that, in fact, only one of the first courses on the menu was available. We then also asked for arrosticini. We were told that 70 arrosticini were too many and that they would check if they could prepare them and let us know. It's a shame no one ever came back to give us an answer. The situation became truly absurd when, after arriving at 8:30 PM, at 11:00 PM our table was still full of dirty dishes, and no one had bothered to clear it or check if we needed anything else. At that point, we decided to ask for the bill and leave. Just then, we were informed that the arrosticini were available. By then, however, after almost two and a half hours of waiting and what we deemed unacceptable service, we had finally decided to leave. What was supposed to be a pleasant evening turned into a huge disappointment. I understand that there can be unexpected events, but what was completely lacking was communication, organization, and, above all, customer service. Unfortunately, as far as we're concerned, it's an experience we can't recommend.

13/08/2026: Our experience at Masseria Massimino on August 12th was characterized by a series of behaviors and shortcomings that we consider grossly inappropriate for a self-proclaimed professional establishment. The reservation had been made in May, with a clearly agreed-upon date and time. Upon our arrival, instead of receiving a welcome compliant with minimum standards of courtesy, we were rudely and inappropriately accused of having booked "too early." This allegation was not only unfounded, but expressed in a manner that demonstrated a lack of respect for the customer and a lack of professionalism. The menu, available via QR code, featured three à la carte first courses, only one of which was actually available. In addition to appetizers and first courses, we ordered 70 arrosticini, and the waitress replied that they were "too many" and that she would let us know. No subsequent communication was provided. It was not clear whether the order had been accepted, rejected, or modified. This complete lack of information represents a serious organizational flaw and a clear lack of internal coordination. The appetizers were served as expected, followed by the first courses. Subsequently, service completely stopped: at 11:00 PM, the first course dishes were still on the table. This detail highlights a service management that did not comply with minimum restaurant standards, with inattentive, uncoordinated, and inadequately trained staff. When we asked for the bill, instead of receiving an explanation or an apology, we were told in a rigid and uncooperative tone that "we still had the arrosticini on order" and that we needed to decide whether we wanted them. Considering that no one had ever informed us of their availability, this response is unacceptable, as well as indicative of confusing and opaque management. The food, despite the limited options available, was adequate. Everything else was seriously inadequate. Unprofessional welcome, poor communication, disorganized service, unbecoming attitudes for a public establishment, lack of customer service, and a complete lack of time management. In light of the above, we believe that Masseria Massimino demonstrated a series of critical issues that made the overall experience negative and not recommendable. This level of service, given the manner and behavior observed, deserves to be highlighted and certainly not repeated.

22/04/2026: Terrible service, the lady who arrived before us was in a bad mood, there were no napkins on the tables, and then she told us she would close in 5 minutes. Maybe if they had told her earlier she was closing, she could have taken me somewhere else to eat, and I had to eat very quickly for nothing, and there was paper on the floor.

19/03/2026: The products may be good, when you find them, but I ordered pizza and a donut for my daughter's school party. They only delivered one tray, explicitly telling me that everything was there, and that the donut on display wasn't mine. The tray only had pizza, but they also charged me for the donut. When I called to ask for an explanation, they arrogantly and rudely blamed me for forgetting to pick it up. They arrogantly refused to deliver it, since I couldn't get through, telling me, in my own words: "I'm not going anywhere, it's here. Come get it if you want."

16/07/2026: I recommend these excellent cocktails. My favorite is the Mojito, and they know how to make it so well 😊 Very cute, neat, and clean place. The owners are very kind and helpful. Well done 👏👏 I forgot to take a photo 😅 But trust me! Seeing is believing 💪

24/06/2026: I'd only been there rarely and fleetingly in the past, but recently I've started going more often, and I have to say they absolutely deserve a five-star review. The service is excellent, and the products are all homemade, fresh, and truly delicious. I highly recommend it, especially for aperitivo: unlike other places, the appetizers here are all homemade, artisanal, plentiful, and of excellent quality. You can really tell when there's passion and care for the customer. I'll definitely be back often, highly recommended!

15/09/2025: The onion focaccia is a masterpiece, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The fried panzerotti and desserts are also delicious. The place is simple but welcoming. It's probably a seasonal business, and in August, you might need to be patient during peak hours, but the quality of the products makes it worth the wait.

05/05/2026: Even though I lived nearby, I'd never been to this pizzeria. To pass the time, I ordered a slice of Margherita pizza and was pleasantly satisfied. I later learned that the place had recently changed management. As they used to say in an old TV commercial: TRY IT AND YOU'LL BELIEVE IT!
