17/09/2025: I've been going to this place for years, ever since the old management, which was a few doors down. The kebab has always been good, and the people working there have always been friendly.
The problem is that they've made a mistake in hiring staff lately: how can you not notice that some of the guys aren't really suited to this job? Last Friday, I came in with my partner, and we were greeted with zero smiles; it seemed like we were being a nuisance. When ordering, I asked if they made the dish with rice, but the guy either didn't understand me or couldn't explain that it wasn't available. At which point, in an attempt to understand me, he got nervous and started looking at the workbench behind him with clenched fists, as if he wanted to hit him. Noticing his nervousness towards me, I asked him what else I could do besides speak Italian. Moral of the story? After another misunderstanding, he asks my partner if everything is okay with my hearing.
Finally, with me already out after eating and barely saying hello, my partner (the kindest person in the world) wondered and asked them (sitting next to us chatting) if they should clean the table (something we do everywhere, but I didn't that night for obvious reasons). The rude guy arrogantly replied, "Yes," while the other guy, trying to uphold the principles of politeness expected of a customer, said, "No, don't worry." My partner put everything back in its place until they stopped her, embarrassingly.
As the saying goes, "the customer is always WRONG."
Next time I go, I'll look in; if he's there, I'll eat somewhere else.

15/02/2026: Chef with a very dirty apron that went from white to black. The pizza chef who handles the money and then makes the pizzas without washing his hands first. Poor hygiene and extremely slow service with few staff. In fact, we waited half an hour for an appetizer and almost an hour for the pizza.

01/09/2025: SO, there were tons of worms in the chips, then the cashier was rude and arrogant, and the toilet was always clogged and never available.
21/08/2025: The waiters are as rude as can be, they rush us to pay. They make no effort to understand what we're ordering, even though we speak Italian. We had to ask what others got for free, especially with the aperitif. What's more, when we were about to sit down, the waiter turned up the volume on the speaker right behind us. Avoid.

15/03/2026: Attention, professionalism, and elegance—but a simple and genuine elegance!
They were attentive to my requests from the start (especially thanks to Francesca, who I spoke with, for her availability!) for my father's retirement party. They fulfilled every request, and today they were extremely attentive and prompt in their service, impeccable from start to finish.
Not to mention the food, from the appetizers to the first courses (the stuffed pasta alla norma was especially spectacular!!!), including the excellent roast beef, and even the fruit was fresh and seasonal!
The place was warm, tidy, and clean, and the table was beautifully set for the occasion!
So, thank you to all the staff, and we'll definitely see you again next time for another party or event of any kind!

04/01/2026: A bad New Year's Eve evening. Freezing temperatures outside, unfortunately not well balanced inside.
Disappointing food for most of the menu, although the dishes themselves aren't bad looking.
Friendly and courteous service. Excellent parking.
Perhaps worth trying again on a normal evening, but specifying that you want to sit in the room with the fireplace.

25/08/2025: I went on a Saturday night. It's a place to avoid. The place is very large and has a lot of potential. But it's poorly managed, by people incapable of managing. Unprepared. Rude. And they serve very low-quality products. And you should invite them back...
24/08/2025: Last night we went for pizza....
We thought we'd get a plate of pizza, and there's no menu—you could only choose three types of pizza. In reality, they were just pre-made rectangular pizza bases. The beer was almost room temperature, and the service was very slow.

14/02/2026: Rude and confused staff, zero organization, food not up to par for a seafood restaurant. We waited for food from 8:00 PM, and at 10:30 PM, the first course still hadn't arrived. We left halfway through dinner because of this embarrassing situation. After asking the "matron" (if you can call the restaurant's handyman that), we were told to pay the total minus 10 euros and leave, as there was no problem with the service. Disappointing in every way.

05/09/2025: Just a few dozen meters from the sea, this is a very casual place, but both the fish and pizza are well-cooked and of excellent quality. The staff is knowledgeable and very friendly, and the prices are reasonable.

25/01/2026: I came in and the atmosphere was quite nice, but the service and food were terrible. I don't like the products they use at all. Not to mention the service! It's also incredibly bad, especially since some of the waiters are arrogant and nosy.
24/01/2026: The service sucks. We tried to order something different from our sandwiches, but they wouldn't let us.
After eating the wrong menu, we each ordered a dessert and paid for it, but instead of bringing one dessert each, they brought two to our table, insinuating that our order was wrong and responding with an annoyed look.
I don't recommend coming here, not for the food, but for the service.
