08/03/2025: I stayed at this property for about a week for work purposes. The hotel is in a rather convenient position as it is right at the entrance to the city, at this moment you have to take a slightly longer tour than the entrance foreseen by the navigator because there is some work in progress, but this is absolutely not a constraint, it is a limit to getting to your destination anyway. The hotel is decidedly clean and in excellent condition (being a new structure), the presence of art in the reception area stands out very much. Overall very modern and well kept. In my opinion, still a little lacking in personality, but this is a personal point of view which in no way affects the review and the totality of the experience. The rooms are clean, basic and welcoming. the staff is exceptional, all very helpful, smiling and welcoming, always ready to listen to the customer's needs. The only flaw that unfortunately I regret to point out is that for a week we always found the same breakfast while stocks last", thus risking finding tarts and pastries that were not always fresh. This is an aspect that in my opinion must necessarily be reviewed especially for those who have a stay longer than a couple of days. The restaurant's cuisine, however, is of a completely different nature. Each dish with effective and engaging flavors! A well-prepared, delicious cuisine, with a refinement of flavors and raw materials that is perceptible, first by smell and then by taste. every day we ate very well, also varying the tastings on the menu, and it was always a guarantee of quality! An absolutely recommended restaurant, for those who happen to be there even without staying in the hotel. VERY GOOD! We hope to meet again soon, especially in the kitchen.

18/02/2025: I was there on February 11, 2025, h. 1.00pm, RT 96IKN002505. The harmonious hotel complex stands in the middle of an industrial area which, obviously, does not offer particular architectural interest. The restaurant is vast and looks like a pleasant corporate structure, with green chairs, not very comfortable, probably designed by an architect from the glorious and beloved IKEA. I took "taccozze with chickpeas and porcini mushrooms" (truly an excellent recipe from the area in question) with a slightly flat EEG, and moreover just overcooked. I then ordered a grilled scamorza with cherry tomatoes and salad, a little anemic. I didn't manage to taste the grilled, roasted meats etc. , the local's workhorses, about which I have heard a lot. The final cost was normal, but the €2.50 cover charge didn't excite me. It would be better if they had been spread on the various dishes on the menu. Enrico Alfonso Ricciardi Neu-Ulm (D)

29/03/2025: The food was amazing. It took a little time to get served and receive food but worth every second. I had their own delicious house wine while I waited. I asked for vegetarian option of a pasta dish w mascarpone and nuts. Came w baked wafer of Parmesan. Seriously good food, kind service and fabulous wine. Be careful with google maps, as it can send you the back way which is a tiny road and can add 15min to drive.

11/03/2025: I discovered this place by chance..... For a work event and I must say that it is a truly enchanting place, where you can still eat genuine food and find very kind and very affable people! Unfortunately I encountered a bad rainy day, but in my opinion there with a splendid sunny day it is worth a visit! I recommend Parco delle Stelle for a weekend as a couple, as a family or for those who want to relax for a few days and eat excellent food! It enjoys a beautiful view, the road is a bit of woodland.... but with a good car you can get there easily! I will definitely return

12/04/2025: Immediately upon entering I felt at home. The sensations were like returning to my dear grandmother's house in the past, the service was a real spectacle with exceptional staff who were very polite and courteous, super approachable but above all efficient. The food speaks for itself, a real feast for the eyes, the palate and the heart even if a little less for the cholesterol. Now we're at home, we like to come back every weekend or better, work permitting. The home-made dishes at zero km are a real delight, spectacular!!!! The unquestionable value for money, bordering on credible!!!!! We sincerely thank all the staff on our land, even the cook because we were truly amazed by the beauty and amazement of each of their services towards us. That said, if you find a welcoming place for lunch or dinner with family or friends this is the place for you. Truly SUPERLATIVE. Thank you so much for these experiences you have given us

20/04/2025: Found it almost by chance, we chose it by looking at Google... we were very satisfied overall, very kind and professional staff, clean and welcoming environment, delicious and digestible pizza, excellent fish dishes and, I recommend everything, but the fried food in the evening is the first time that it doesn't cause digestion problems, from now on if I pass through Rosolina I won't miss a stop at Corallo.

The food was delicious from the appetizers, the first courses ....... Speaking to a celiac person, here I really found everything like a person who eats normally, I found the fried food which I can't find in some places. EVERYTHING GOOD
