09/06/2026: We went to Divine Follie and were truly satisfied. We ordered a gluten-free pizza and a traditional pinsa: both were delicious, made with quality ingredients and very tasty. A special mention goes to the gluten-free pizza, which truly deserves praise: probably the best gluten-free dough we've ever had. Thick, soft, flavorful, and not at all dry—characteristics that are hard to find in a gluten-free pizza. The pinsa was also excellent, well-cooked, and very light. Furthermore, the staff was courteous, kind, and attentive throughout the service. Highly recommended for both those looking for an excellent gluten-free pizza and those who want to enjoy a good pinsa. We'll definitely be back! 🍕😊
