26/10/2024: Mi dispiace molto raccontare questo episodio, perché il pagatore è stato per 30.anni il nostro posto del cuore. Ma è accaduto che la settimana scorsa il mo compagno abbia prenotato un tavolo per due, come fatto una infinità di volte, e quando ci siamo seduti il titolare ha mandato un cameriere a informarci che c'era stato un disguido nelle prenotazioni e che il tavolo era stato assegnato a un'altra coppia. Inaccettabile, soprattutto per me è il mio compagno, che frequentiamo quel posto da tanti anni. Se il titolare, Rolando, avesse avuto la cortesia di uscire e spiegare personalmente il problema forse avrei capito . Ma è stato maleducato e insensibile, ha perso così clienti fedeli. Mai più, davvero. un ristorante non è solo cucina e sapori ma accoglienza e organizzazione. E cortesia. Tutte qualità che il Pagatote non possiede.

28/10/2024: Siamo stati a cena in questa Osteria accolti dall'amichevole chef Ermes. Si tratta di una bella ed interessante realtà gastronomica ed i piatti offerti rappresentano al meglio la tradizione del territorio dell'Alto Molise. Il ristorante è arredato con cura ed armonia nei colori. Anche il servizio è molto curato con chef spesso presente in sala per spiegare i piatti e suggerire abbinamenti. Abbiamo provato dei deliziosi gnocchetti al tartufo con burrata (che meritavano un bis !) ed il coniglio disossato accompagnato da saporitissime rape stufate. Conto in linea con la qualità dei prodotti e del servizi. Consigliatissimo.

08/12/2024: Returning from the ritual fire festival in Agnone, at the suggestion of a friend, we stopped in this small restaurant where they served us their typical products with kindness and refinement, absolutely recommended! Excellent value for money, genuine raw materials, very helpful and friendly owner.

01/10/2024: Vine a Civitanova del Sannio para conocer la ciudad natal de mi papá. Quería caminar por las calles por las que caminaba. Sé que muchas cosas han cambiado desde que vino a Canadá. La zona es preciosa y me hace preguntarme por qué se fue. Nos encontramos con Delle Querce mientras preguntamos a los lugareños sobre nuestra familia y nos sorprendió gratamente este gran restaurante. El personal era muy amable y el menú era auténtico de la región. Comida con la que crecí y estaba buscando en Italia. Teníamos cinco en nuestro grupo y no escuché una queja sobre la comida o el servicio. Los precios eran muy razonables y la selección, no grande, pero había una buena elección. Toda la comida hecha con el toque de amor y tradición familiar. Sentí que estaba almorzando en casa. Recomiendo encarecidamente comer aquí. Apoya a estos pueblecitos cuando puedas.

23/03/2025: Abbiamo chiesto 2 pizze, entrambe con extra mozzarella, pagando in più 1.5 € a pizza . Totale 17 euro. Ci hanno servito con due pizze normali. L'abbiamo fatto notare e non c'è stato alcun gesto per risolvere. Sconsigliato

16/01/2025: Very pleasant surprise. We stopped here while passing through. Very welcoming environment and very kind staff. We opted for starter and pizza. All great but the pizza really deserves praise. We will find the opportunity to return to those parts to be able to taste those goodness again! Highly recommended.
