31/08/2025: It was a truly wonderful idea to exit the SS17, towards Rionero Sannitico. We found this little osteria that doesn't look like much from the outside, but as soon as you enter, you immediately get a sense of sincere welcome. The wood and brick furnishings also give off a warm feeling that, in winter, makes stopping in even more pleasant. The dishes are well-prepared, and the staff (in my case, just one young man) is extremely kind and helpful. The owner is also a lovely person. I had the tagliatelle with pancetta and truffle. A true delight. I also tried the ravioli filled with ricotta and spinach, and it was one of the few times I've found the puff pastry to be truly cooked properly. For the second course, I recommend the sausage and scamorza. The portion sizes were also more than satisfactory. The quality/price ratio was excellent.

16/12/2025: Over the past two years, I've been there several times in the evenings with colleagues from a Master's program. We've hosted many karaoke nights, both with sit-down meals and buffets. A place I'll remember fondly, highly recommended!

10/02/2026: On Sunday, on the way back from Roccaraso, we stopped at Terranostra in Scapoli. We ordered tagliatelle with mushrooms and ravioli, both simple dishes but made just right: fresh pasta, authentic flavors, generous portions, and that care you sense from the first bite. Everything was truly delicious, unfussy but with plenty of substance. And then the bill... a very pleasant surprise. Fair, more than fair, especially considering the quality of the dishes and the tranquility of the place. A restaurant worth a visit: authentic, welcoming, and with home-style cuisine. We'll gladly return.

The dessert was also good: flavorful but not heavy. SERVICE The staff is truly helpful and kind, discreetly overseeing our entire stay, and the dishes arrive at the right pace. LOCATION A tidy and bright environment, with a simple and elegant table setting. Comfortable, well-spaced tables and a quiet atmosphere. In conclusion: the food is good, the atmosphere is pleasant, and the experience is enjoyable in every way. If you're passing through Agnone, it's definitely worth stopping by.

01/11/2025: I ordered takeout pizzas, which arrived on time despite it being a Saturday night. The pizza is good, with an easy-to-digest dough and quality ingredients. I absolutely recommend it, among the best pizzas in Isernia.

06/03/2026: Beautiful farmhouse surrounded by greenery, very kind and professional staff... the chef and the chef in the kitchen gave us wonderful culinary experiences, always adherent to tradition and with excellent raw materials (the knife-cooked ventricina and shredded mozzarella are incredible). 14/02/2026: A beautiful place..we had dinner with the family and the pizza was really disappointing, raw inside and completely burnt on the outside. It was scary to see. I don't know how they manage to do this service..absolutely to be avoided.

27/10/2025: We made a reservation, and when you book you can specify whether you want meat or fish, otherwise it's just fish. Of course, I chose fish because it was delicious. A single appetizer with various tastings, a main course, a single or main course, and finally, lemon sorbet. Very good, not particularly spicy, so perfect. Attentive staff, ready to satisfy every need, and friendly. Fair price.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with kindness, warmth, and rare attention. The owner, a delightful person, made us feel truly at home, as if we were long-awaited guests. Lunch was simply exceptional. Carefully prepared dishes, authentic ingredients, and perfect pairings. The quality of the food left us speechless, but what truly made this experience special was the evident passion with which everything was made. A passion that can be felt in every gesture, every flavor, every word. The owner was not only an impeccable host, but also an engaging storyteller...he told us stories, anecdotes, and shared with us a piece of his life and his dedication to this wonderful place. For a few hours, we weren't just guests, but part of something more authentic. At the first opportunity, we will return without hesitation. 04/08/2025: Grill restaurant with a wide selection of meats. Impiccato is a great option for unexpectedly eating 400 grams of meat. Tender and tasty. Welcoming and spacious location. Friendly and helpful staff, as is the owner. Recommended!

01/03/2026: These days, checking Maps reviews while traveling is a must. So I did this morning to find something for lunch near Castelpetroso. I found this place, read the reviews, set the GPS, and arrived on a nearly lost street where this bar was located. I went in. I thought I'd made a mistake and been fooled, but I was wrong. I ordered a first course of fettuccine with porcini mushrooms and truffle: bam! The huge dish arrived delicious. Top! Homemade cuisine, as if cooked at home. Anyway, leaving aside a few small details, I can say I really enjoyed it.

31/01/2026: I'm writing this and I haven't even finished eating....DIVINE!!! PORCINI MUSHROOMS ARE EXCELLENT AS IF THERE'S NO TOMORROW. Extremely friendly staff and a fabulous chef. It's a place in the middle of nowhere, but don't let that put you off, it's definitely worth it.
