Where the customer is the center of attention, pampered and guided to discover the flavors Molise offers through its exceptional products. As soon as you enter, you sense this welcoming and dedicated atmosphere. There are just a few tables, precisely to ensure every detail is taken care of. The aperitif was truly a treat we hadn't expected. My son was thrilled. "The secret cave," as he described the area where it's served. The first courses were each better than the last, the meat was uniquely delicious. Not to mention the desserts; the tart with ice cream was a delight for the palate. The complimentary tasting of local bitters, accompanied by delicious shortbread biscuits, was a truly delicious gift. I recommend visiting this osteria at least once for lunch or dinner; you'll be amazed.

Unexpected portions of exquisite roast caciocavallo cheese, roasted to perfection, without drying it out, melting the inside while still leaving the outside tender. The beef fillet in Tintilla wine was a superb experience: perfectly cooked rare, with a strong wine reduction for at least 300-400 grams of excellent quality meat. A vast and comprehensive menu for every craving. Truly satisfied, highly recommended.

Upon entering, we were overwhelmed by Tonino and Flavia's warmth and friendliness, and we immediately felt like part of the family, something they care deeply about. The place is aesthetically unique, not to mention the quality of the products and cooking methods, and the dishes were served with care. The passion they put into it really shines through. I recommend trying everything, absolutely everything! Our experience ended with a warm hug. It's a shame about the distance that separates us, but we'd love to return. 29/12/2025: A true gem in the heart of Isernia. The place is managed with great care and flair. The rooms are furnished with a unique and welcoming taste. The food is delicious and the ingredients are high-quality. The service is attentive and cheerful. The coffee is served just like a grandmother would, with a coffee pot and old-fashioned cups with a sugar cube. If you're ever in the area, it's definitely worth a visit.

10/01/2026: Bringing the family together over the Christmas period in a welcoming, pleasant, and hospitable facility was a wonderful experience where everyone felt at home. The heated rooms where we could play bingo and cards were wonderful. Santa Claus came for the little ones (and adults). Days were spent in complete relaxation. Even Romeo and Amanda (the family's two dogs) enjoyed the same hospitality as us. In fact, the bulldog took a dip in the pool out of sheer joy. Thank you so much for the relationships we developed with everyone.

18/12/2025: We had the pleasure of discovering Piana dei Mulini, a charming place surrounded by greenery. This old mill, expertly renovated and converted into a hotel and restaurant near Sepino, offers a warm welcome and high-quality, well-stocked food for both lunch and dinner. The wine list is excellent. Breakfast was excellent, with homemade cakes and jams. The rooms are beautifully renovated, warm, and clean. The staff is friendly and professional. We will definitely return, especially to explore this area of ​​Molise, so worthwhile for its history, nature, and tranquility.

23/12/2025: Ups and downs: There's no menu, so you have to order blind. The service definitely needs improvement (they served a dish for two but forgot to bring plates to share the portions). The atmosphere is a bit anonymous, with no windows, obscured by heavy curtains and the external structures leaning against it. This is all made up for by the quality of the food and the generous portions. Dishes are well-cooked and made with quality ingredients. The seafood spaghetti and fried fish are excellent. The price is surprisingly low.

Distinctive, as its name suggests, offers a selection of unusual and never banal dishes using local ingredients. An experience to remember and highly recommended! Lovers of platters should abstain! I'm intentionally adding very few photos so as not to spoil any pleasant surprises! Well done!
