Tables without tablecloths, with a touch of color. An open kitchen at the entrance. An original menu featuring reinterpreted local dishes and flavors. Top-quality ingredients. Dishes presented with the care and elegance worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant. Simply divine, for example, is the "Dal Mediterraneo al Volturno" appetizer, which combines Volturno River trout, Mediterranean tuna, and burrata. Even the local wine sold by the glass, from a winery in Monteroduni (Island), is superior quality at a very low price. The staff is courteous, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Applause.
