I missed the Mexican music and the waters (orchata, hibiscus, etc.), but it's my favorite Mexican restaurant in Italy! The prices are great, and the dishes are generous.

04/04/2025: Heerlijke pizza met een dunne bodem uit de houtoven, zoals het hoort. Verschillende soorten bier, ook lekkere bekende Belgische topbieren. Vriendelijke bediening en snel geholpen. Met achteraf een shotje limoncello van het huis. Ja, het interieur komt wat gedateerd over maar dat maakte de bediening en kwaliteit van het eten ruimschoots goed!!!! We hadden 2 voorgerechten, 2 pizza’s en 4 bier en waren totaal nog geen € 60,- kwijt. Het is niet voor niets dat het hier vol zat met de lokale bevolking, kwaliteit.

03/05/2025: Known by chance in 2023 because my boyfriend and I were looking for a burger joint and we found ourselves at a pin-up themed evening. We were positively surprised and enthusiastic. Delicious burgers. Nothing to really say. Tried practically the entire menu in recent years beyond the burgers 😂 Starting from the Bud Spencer-style beans, from the meat dishes to the desserts. You absolutely must try the chiminchanga!!!!! My absolute favorites. Guys they are very good. Impossible not to resist. Not to mention the vast selection of excellent quality tequila and whisky. I often brought my friends from outside here too. They always made me look good. Attentive, scrupulous and super friendly staff. Place of the heart here.

03/03/2025: I'll tell you what happened on. February 23rd for lunch.... Booked lunch for 7 people for my mother's 81st birthday ... I go to the pastry shop to get a cake of MY liking, I take the cake to the restaurant so as not to keep it in the car, I was literally ATTACKED by the owner, (not the person in the kitchen) giving me information in an angry and nervous way, YOU DON'T NEED TO BRING CAKES OR OTHER SWEETS, otherwise HE WILL THEN THROW HIS SWEETS ?????and how do you do it!!!!!! I wasted half an hour in traffic to bring the accompanying letter to the allergen cake due of course, but I was treated as if I were a child employed by him, INSOLENCE AND RUDE with A CUSTOMER WHO DIDN'T BOOK PERSONALLY, it's ABSURD!! YOU HAVE POLISHED OUR DAY!!!! , which was supposed to be a day of celebration!! …. You don't do these things and then say sorry!!! Personally I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, I don't argue about food, but education is not ITS strong point, sorry!! Don't bring problems to work... remember that the customer is precious!! You made a terrible impression!!! Bringing the pastry sheet to keep the cake, maybe I don't argue but that wasn't the way or the tone.. in any case it was enough to kindly apologize, it's clear that such behavior doesn't belong to you.. too full of oneself!! Congratulations for the service, the only polite thing that works!!

05/05/2025: The place is nice, the location is good and the place is well-kept and large enough. The food is very good, plentiful and varied. The music is characteristic and can be heard well, except that starting from 10pm, after 10 minutes of absolute silence, it starts intermittently with advertising of dubious taste. the real shame is that we waited more than half an hour before ordering (the place wasn't full) and then at least another half hour for dessert, extending our dinner to about 2 hours... must they have forgotten about us?? who knows, they certainly didn't really notice our presence which seemed almost incidental. Last but not least, our table was in the basement, in which a bunker effect is generated whereby the telephone is completely cut off and the wi-fi, apparently present, is in reality a mysteriously phantom presence, which does not connect in any way. Definitely perfect for deepening knowledge in the old fashioned way, but maybe not… PS. the bill is not even that generous, although not exorbitant. Note: The owner is attentive and takes great care in offering a satisfying experience, which proves that ours is only an exception. I was contacted and also received a promotion and an invitation to the next dinner, which is certainly not a given.

22/05/2025: A granite certainty: Aldea Antigua is a place for everyone. The menu is extensive and with a lot of choice. The service is impeccable. In the kitchen they are very organized. The place is clean and the atmosphere is really pleasant. Various traditional choices but also vegetarian. We have been going there for almost 15 years, it is a place to return to as soon as possible. Absolutely book a table on the weekend.

The cake moment was unforgettable: it involved us all and even moved the birthday girl! Thank you so much for making this birthday even more special! We had fun and we had a great time!
