03/04/2025: A small place with the possibility of a summer terrace! Clean room and toilets! Friendly and helpful staff! Quick and very good dishes… I only recommend serving the accompanying sauces at room temperature and not cold to enjoy them better. Low prices.

08/12/2024: Very minimal place, the food overall very delicious, the only flaw being the two practically non-existent girls always behind the counter chatting, we wanted to order something else and twice we had to go to the counter to order. Furthermore, the churros were nothing special, perhaps if simple Nutella was used maybe the situation would have improved.

Reserve una mesa para 7 , apareció solo para que me dijeran que me habían enviado un correo electrónico diciendo que no estarían abiertos hasta las 7 . 30 . No enviaron un correo electrónico. Todo tipo de gaseosas americanas en los menús, pero cada vez que pedimos una no estaba en stock. Los platos principales estaban bien, nada en particular que quejarse allí. Pero los batidos... Por encima de 5 euros y podría haber hecho mejor en casa, no hay helado incluido, a pesar de decir que estaba en el menú. El personal hizo todo lo posible, pero era lamentablemente escaso de personal Con todo, muy decepcionante

07/03/2025: We were welcomed in a warm and friendly manner. The service was fast and attentive while the food was delicious. The prices are medium/high but the portions are certainly generous so the value in the end is more than good, especially for being in Camogli. Advised!

08/02/2025: In Camogli on a rainy weekend. The search for a restaurant to eat in becomes difficult. Every place seems like a tourist spot or too expensive for our budget. Finally we come across the Taberna Don Ricardo. The place is warm and welcoming and above all unexpected. Perhaps it is not obligatory to eat typical food this time too, but we can indulge in an informal chat at the table of a Mexican taberna. The food was good and plentiful and served with a smile. It deserves all 5 stars!

06/10/2024: Tastes great! Better than any Mexican in our home! The nacho plate alone is worth 5 stars. The tacos al pastor were very tasty, but I found the portion to be tiny. I regretted the 16 euros for it.

28/09/2024: Excellent food, friendly staff, and excellent choice on the menu. Inside the environment is very characteristic, note the discordant drinks cartons inserted in every hole of the place, especially the bottles of sangria (among other things, in a Mexican/Spanish restaurant the sangria should be prepared on site and not purchased at the supermarket). We have been there a couple of times with our family as the value for money is excellent and as already mentioned the atmosphere. I recommend Puerto Escondido especially to those who, like us, love an alternative to classic Italian dishes. For being in the center of Castiglione they also have honest prices. I especially recommend the DULCE DE LECHE, a delicacy.

10/03/2025: We had a wonderful evening, we were 30 people, we were served quickly, each course was a delicacy for the sight and the palate, my red beer was served perfectly cold at the right time! The meat was excellent, I will definitely be back! Highly recommended

15/03/2025: Sad and disappointing delivery food. Quesadillas with Cocinita pibil, where wrap tastes like mass production I can get in Coop, the meat was very thinly spread and didnt cover more than half of the quesadilla, barely any cheese to find there either - costed 13 euro, you must make like 70%+ margin on this. Tacos were decent, but definitely not worth 5e a piece, mainly stuffed with lettuce and tomato. Burrito was probably the highlight because it was cheap and actually had some flavor to it, but majority of it was stuffed with rice and bean paste that was quite bland. When I order Mexican cuisine I want it to be bursting with flavors and juices, I want it be loaded with stuff. Your food is super expensive with little quality, quantity and taste. Many fastfoods are more satisfying and charge 1/3rd of what I had to pay for your food. Disgrace. Not sure how you get so many positive reviews - do you do it much better when it's not delivery food?

30/01/2025: Lunch on the occasion of the chestnut festival. We chose this rustic cellar because it immediately won us over with its authentic and welcoming atmosphere. The environment is simple, but with attention to detail: exposed beams, wooden tables and a good smell that you breathe in as soon as you enter. It is the classic place where you feel at home, perfect for those looking for a genuine experience far from more formal restaurants. The cuisine is entirely homemade, prepared with fresh ingredients. Each dish is a tribute to tradition, but with that touch that makes every bite special. The staff is courteous and friendly and made us feel at home. Ultimately, if you love authentic flavors and want to treat yourself to a dinner without frills, but with lots of quality and warmth, this cellar is a place I absolutely recommend. Fixed menu €25 including water, wine, grappa and donuts.

05/11/2024: Super cute experience! The place is very traditional, rustic, comfortable and above all a cheerful place! The staff is kind and helpful, also quick in the kitchen, I think they are ready meals, the only flaw is the portions of the dishes, they are too small, not so much for the first courses but for the second courses, a bit small! The evening was super cheerful and we had fun singing during the karaoke, nice atmosphere!! Pay attention to the portions, you could stand out and really have added value!
