24/01/2026: Biblical wait times! From 9:00 PM to 10:30 PM, two appetizers were served. The beans were barely warm, and the rest of the food was cold from the refrigerator. Only the burgers and fried food were okay. Clearly, there's a lack of staff and experience.

09/03/2026: A restaurant serving traditional Mexican, Spanish, and Argentinean cuisine. Beautiful location overlooking the Varazze harbor, good food, and fast, friendly service. We especially appreciate the fact that once you leave, you don't smell the slightest bit of food on your clothes, despite the type of food offered. Highly recommended.

20/03/2026: Not considering the fact that I personally know the owners, some friends who work there, and others who have worked there, La Miguelita in Albinea (RE) has all the credentials to be classified among the best Mexican restaurants. Not only in Reggio Emilia, but also in Emilia-Romagna. La Miguelita was founded in 2006 and, for 10 years, was a meeting place for a chat over a plate of nachos, a steak taco, and a cold beer, but it was nothing like what you find today. Since 2016, a new management has taken over and, step by step, has improved every detail. First, more than 97% of the frozen products purchased were eliminated and a new homemade production process was implemented. You can taste the difference with the first bite. In addition to the magnificent summer terrace, an indoor dining room has been created to accommodate customers during the colder periods of the year. Last but not least, the quality of the bar has also improved significantly thanks to the addition of a dedicated bartender and a selection of high-quality products. The entire selection of tequila and mezcal-based drinks is a must-try, not forgetting La Miguelita's mojito. Yes, we know: the mojito is a Cuban drink, but La Miguelita has created its own crushed, sweet, and drinkable version that will leave you smiling. In addition to the classic, I recommend trying the other nine variations. My favorite? The Mojito Pimiento. What can I say, La Miguelita surprises! I'm increasingly curious to see all the new things that will be arriving at this place in the coming days. Hasta pronto, Miguelita ❤️

05/02/2026: Hi, as regulars, such a drastic change in the quality/quantity of the food has made itself felt. The new location is beautiful, but it doesn't justify the food. The quesadillas served were half empty (literally), the rest was just flatbread. The most shocking thing is how much the portions have shrunk. There are no more nachos or tomato salsa. The salsa has been replaced with three dots of salsa. I hope they can recover.

01/02/2026: Too expensive, tasteless, they brought me hot sauce after I asked for Tabasco, and added €1 without mentioning it on the bill. Comfortable sofas. We won't be back.

20/02/2026: Discovered by chance, thanks to the Fork app, for logistical reasons, Foscolo Tre truly surprised me, even though I came here without much expectation. Minimalist chic, with a warm, noir-inspired design, natural touches, thoughtfully designed soft lighting, and wines on the walls, a cultural symbol of food and wine art. Refined, fine-fusion cuisine, using locally sourced ingredients, essential dishes, excellent table settings, a balance between classic and creative dishes, and a focus on seasonality. Delicious homemade breads and desserts, thanks to experimentation with ancient flours, with a good moisture/maturation ratio. Superlative selection of aged, marbled, and premium meats. Comprehensive wine list, featuring regional and international selections, with excellent champagnes, Franciacorta, and Metodo Classico. Friendly, attentive, and helpful service. Chef, mentor, and guide, acting as a gentlemanly "management de salle," offering comprehensive explanations of each dish served. Good value for money, thanks also to the The Fork discount, which was initially not applied to the cover charge, but was promptly corrected later.
